**What do you like best about MYR POS?**

Koomi POS is a good replacement for our old POS system. We use an iPad as input device and orders go directly to the printer in the kitchen where the orders are printed automatically. The cashiers can be trained quickly andfind the program easy to use.

**What do you dislike about MYR POS?**

The one thing cashiers complain about the program is the input of customer specific wishes. Here the whole thing should be better structured, so that you get to the input of the wish faster. At the moment you have to scroll through an endless list of extras to find what you are looking for. Also the analytic side could be improved in order to have more informative reports.

**What problems is MYR POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to speed up the checkout process, since it was the bottleneck in our fast food restaurant. Now we are able to serve more customers at a higher speed. Less waiting time also leads to less frustrated customers. By sending the order immediately to the kitchen, the preparation of the food can be started immediately.

**What do you like best about MYR POS?**

We have been using Koomi in my café for 3 years, and we love it! It's a cash register system that is easy to use and program, and Koomi's customer service has been impeccable from the start!

**What do you dislike about MYR POS?**

In the absence of being able to create sub-categories of products, it would be good for the interface to present different colors so that the items are easier to spot visually. All the buttons are the same color and when there are several products in the same category, it can take some time to search! Otherwise, it would also be interesting if Koomi came with an integrated payment system. buttons all same colors

**What problems is MYR POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating sales reports is really easy with Koomi.

**What do you like best about MYR POS?**

The interface is very easy to use. If you a have clover flex terminal, it is integrated into the POS system so you don't have to punch anything into the terminal! Orders come out easily in the kitchen tablet as well as the paper printer for your old school chefs that don't want to look at a screen during the juice. Costumer service are super helpful when you need help with anything! the back office is really easy to use.

**What do you dislike about MYR POS?**

If you have a long range restaurant like ours, having a Koomi rover helps. Just make sure your wifi reaches all areas. There are still little minor glitches in the software but thats normal for every POS system. Becareful with the Variable (taxes) button on the rover as Koomi M doesn't get the amount and leaves it at $0.00. Make sure you read back your order to the costumer before ending it because it'll ring out at zero. the only thing I don't really like is that once you send the order in and the costumer changes their mind, you can't really take it off the bill unless you create a "cancelled" button in your discounts. but then in your reports it's still considered a sales. If you can create a delete button with a supervisor code that would be nice! Same thing for when you press end, if you can create a delete button with a manager code to complete take off the item instead of discounting the item. The only way to do it now is to complete the order, refund then repunch the whole order back in again without the item the costumer didn't receive.

**What problems is MYR POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Koomi has been great with costumers service. The flow of order to when the client gets their order has been super beneficial for both parties. I highly recommend it for anyone with a fast pace restaurant. Uber eats integration is a great idea and really helpful when you're in a rush to punch in the order while having a lineup.

**What do you like best about MYR POS?**

The simplicity of the cash register software, all my employees experienced the transition to Koomi quickly and easily. Koomi meets the needs of my business much more compared to other software offering MEV integration. Impeccable customer service, a big thank you to both the salesperson and the IT specialist for their assistance, support, and follow-up! Furthermore, we are informed as soon as an update is made.

**What do you dislike about MYR POS?**

The possibility that Koomi removes the taxes on pastry products that are taxable when it is not the same product. For now, we have to do it manually.

Switch with Koomi to save time

Time! Both in terms of scheduling and for the completion of reports.

**What do you like best about MYR POS?**

The simplicity of the software is unmatched. It helped me streamline my operations from the moment the order is taken to the moment the meal is delivered to my client. The mobile ordering app is also a great way to generate more sales for my restaurant.

**What do you dislike about MYR POS?**

Koomi doesn't offer the capability to split bills which can be problematic in some case.

**What problems is MYR POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I managed to optimize the efficiency in my restaurant, which brought my delivery time down, so I've been able to serve more customer in the period of time.

Easy to learn, good interface, easy to program , good pricing

I would have liked a more advanced software for catering

I save time to train employees because the IPad device combined with the koomi interface is very friendly and easy to learn.
The daily reports are pretty nice too.
I can program it from anywhere from any browser.

Speed of customer service, easy to use.

Sometimes updates are not practical... There can be "bugs." However, generally the problem is resolved quite quickly.

**What problems is MYR POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been with Koomi since the beginning... I have never encountered major problems, and if I did, everything gets resolved quickly.

**What do you like best about MYR POS?**

Its simplicity.  It's super easy to add and subtract menu items, change their prices and their categories.  Also, there are few steps to go through from order to payment which speeds up the process for the customer and allows us to give the level of customer service expected from us by our clients. 

**What do you dislike about MYR POS?**

I wish I could give the buttons custom colours so it would be easier to find what I am looking for at the till.

Best way to replace a traditional cash register. 

**What problems is MYR POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting, inventory, real-time statistics.  Koomi's admin pannel allows me to keep an eye on real time sales, even when I'm out of the country.

I have saved a lot of time with an easy to use koomi system. I have saved money with a monthly invoiced account, including updates.

I love Koomi because it’s so easy to use. Easy system. User friendly. Anybody can use it and it’s comoatible with my IPad.

Sometimes we can’t always erase items once you’ve reached a certain point

I can serve customers quickly when I have lineups.
