Certainly the most outstanding thing about Kooltra is how they are able to consistently excel across all the areas of their value proposition: powerful, reliable and far-reaching technology supported by a nimble, agile team with a rooted understanding of the FX Trading and Cross-border Payments industry across multiple different jurisdictions. Their engineering and product team is incredibly efficient, ingenious and productive, with turn-around times that are truly market-leading. Their commercial and customer experience team is transparent and has strong technical knowledge, enabling efficient and effective decision-making and prioritization of initiatives. Their solutions are incredibly well thought-out since inception and with multiple different industry use cases in mind. This makes their technology incredibly adaptable to be tailored to each specific client's needs. In our experience, this has meant consistently discovering ways to further leverage Kooltra as a key partner to further improve our capabilities and operational efficiency. I think what best describes this is that, from our experience, Kooltra feels more like a part of our business than a strategic partner. Our experience with Kooltra has been outstanding so far. The only limitation that I can think of is that they are still a relatively young and small company, with limited resources. Whilst this likely also works in their favor and contributes to a lot of what is great about them, it does mean that one may be at times development and implementation will be dependent on their backlog of initiatives from other clients. When we needed to select a vendor for our back office systems, we had a hard time deciding between the traditional providers and newer companies like Kooltra. The traditional companies built their businesses in the days of on-prem deployments and customer integrations. We wanted more of a platform. We're happy that we went with Kooltra.
