Kooltra's technology is cutting edge and their team is simply magnificent. Their engineering and product team is incredibly efficient, ingenious and productive, with turn-around times that are truly market-leading. Their commercial and customer experience team is transparent and has strong technical knowledge, enabling efficient and effective decision-making and prioritization of initiatives. Their solutions are incredibly well thought-out since inception and with multiple different industry use cases in mind. This makes their technology incredibly adaptable to be tailored to each specific client's needs. In our experience, this has meant consistently discovering ways to further leverage Kooltra as a key partner to further improve our capabilities and operational efficiency. I think what best describes this is that, from our experience, Kooltra feels more like a part of our business than a strategic partner. Their interfaces are clear and simple to use, both for end-clients and internal users. **What do you dislike about Kooltra?** Our experience with Kooltra has been outstanding so far. The only limitation that I can think of is that they are still a relatively young and small company, with limited resources. Whilst this likely also works in their favor and contributes to a lot of what is great about them, it does mean that one may be at times development and implementation will be dependent on their backlog of initiatives from other clients. They do compensate for this magnificently, however, by working in an incredibly disciplined, agile and smart manner. **What problems is Kooltra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kooltra is our trade-, credit risk-, treasury-, AML- and onboarding compliance-management platform, supported by their connectivity with LPs, Treasury Management Systems and internal systems, and their white-label end-user portal. ### 2. They tailor solutions to suit our exact needs, and are always willing to collaborate and work with our team to create efficencies. **What do you dislike about Kooltra?** There isn't a whole lot to dislike, if anything, onshore support in APAC would be a benefit, but we survive well with the online global coverage from Europe and North America. **What problems is Kooltra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Where do I start! We are custom building Liquidity Cashflow dashboards, they have built a settlements/risk/margin modules that suit our business very well. All out reporting capabilities are far more advanced, and they even stop-gaped for our business as DR when another platform had a significant downtime. ### 4. The traditional companies built their businesses in the days of on-prem deployments and customer integrations. We wanted more of a platform. We're happy that we went with Kooltra. Not only were they more forward thinking than the alternatvies, but they've also been willing to support us and help us get what we need.
