Overall, I’m very satisfied with Kontainer, but one area that could be improved is the custom download process for larger batches of products. When we need to download many files in a specific format, we have to manually review each one before proceeding. This extra step can be time-consuming, especially when we know that the images (like packshots) don’t require manual cropping or review. It would be a big improvement if Kontainer allowed bulk downloads without mandatory review in such cases. Upload and download speeds could be improved. But we have not experienced many issues, and any challenges we have encountered have either been resolved with support from the Kontainer team or addressed through product updates. We have discussed with the Kontainer team our wish for improvements to the InDesign plugin, particularly the addition of more information and data within the plugin window. I find Kontainer very structured, and it makes it easy for me to find the material I need for any situation.
