There are a plethora of training available, including games and other things. Everything is already built in, but you can also create your own. The sales and customer service team are very knowledgeable and helpful.

There used to be a function to help users reset their passwords. I'm not sure where it went but they should offer it again.

According to our Insurance, our company is a liability. Having our employees take Cyber Security Trainings helps reduce that liability issue. Plus, it keeps new and existing employees updated and aware of the types of breaches and scams out there.

I have enjoyed and appreciate the way that they communicate. Digital security is not an easy topic, but the KnowBe4 team makes digital security accessible. Appreciate their desire to help all of those who are digital engineers stay safe from those who would seek to take advantage of all those online.

There are a great many things to glean from the team. However, there are quite a few email messages that I receive that do clog up my inbox. I would ask for targeted marketing in the future to reduce clutter.

The problems they are solving are company-wide awareness of data breaches or attempts at said breaches. They give us phishing tools to identify potential threats and help us understand how to deal with those threats accordingly.

Knowbe4 help us to reduce the manual work needed to review phishing reports for users with the PAB button for Gmail and the training have had good results reducing incidents of users with their emails

I think the interface of the tool could be improved, in the training it should be stated more clearly the difference between Spam and phishing and what actions should be followed in each case

The use of real phishing emails as templates to send out to your user base allows you to inform and educate staff on the latest trends. The ability to send emails to individuals or highly vulnerable groups is another great feature that helps drive home the message about what users should be looking for.

Recently, there has been more of an emphasis on templates in languages other than English. While I understand their desire to expand into more markets, I would like to see more effort put into adding additional templates in English. Also, I cannot filter templates, so I only see one language. Lastly, no domains have been added to the list or URLs used in the phishing emails. Advanced users spot the existing domains right away, spoiling the surprise element.

KnowBe4 is used for phishing awareness training. Customizing the phishing tests has allowed me to gain insights into what users are clicking on and create education campaigns to reduce that behavior. It also allows me to report on how our organization is performing versus similar size companies in our industry.

Both training and phishing awareness campaigns are highly customizable and provide robust auditing mechanisms. The training material provided by the platform covers a wide variety of topics, with some being quite engaging and enjoyable for users ("Inside Man" in particular). Custom content is easily brought into the platform to cater to unique training requirements.

A few minor nuanced features are missing (e.g. when sending out "Security Tips & Tricks", there isn't a way to track which specific newsletters have previously been sent out, making it difficult to avoid double-sending content if you have to modify a campaign or create a new one), which would be nice to have, but not required.

The primary use case is (as the name suggests) security awareness training for our users. KnowBe4 provides a platform that allows us to do this easily, effectively, and in an auditable way.

The topics are very well choosen, they are clear and not to hard for users without any technical background.

Yeah, it's been Ten months of using the Knowbe4 to learn the security issues about tackling problems, like what to do if we get mail from an unknown person with Phishing links; with these real-time stimulation classes, I have learned many things regarding spam, phishing, etc.

I haven't found any issues with using this learning platform, but the only suggestion I would prefer is if there are any mail alerts for incomplete sessions. It would be so helpful for me because I forgot to complete the sessions.

I haven't gotten bored any time using this platform because the sessions they provide on security are exciting and engaging to listen and participate.

Automation is my favorite part. I can easily automate new campaigns for my end users, and also ease of use. the "Clone" function also saves me alot of time instead of re-creating the alerts section when lunching new campains.

I don't really dislike anything about it. I would say that more opportunity lies in the automation engine that can be utilized. Like email analysis and give you more insight on what end users receive such as "This person from HR received 10 emails about "Crypto" "

Compliance and automation. I can easily be compliant with current regulations and know that I have up-to-date information and content that I can trust. I enjoy the phishing and reading about what different campaigns were launched.

The demo session helped me understand more and gave me a better perspective.

I don't find anything in particular. However, some general extended topics made me feel unimpressive.

It made me aware of some easily affectable vulnerabilities.
