I fine the Phish ER to be difficult to understand why they ruled something as clean - or as a threat

I like the fact that it is always evolving to new practices and threats. I can choose the time duration and cater to our employees. There is also a variety like videos and games which keeps it a bit more entertaining for our employees.

There was a time where someone else tried to do a competition and sent the link to a series of videos for everyone to watch and those that completed it received a company prize. We were unable to track who actually watched the video of the link was sent.

It is helping us as a company in whole be more aware and ready for phishing attempts. We have seen the numbers go significantly down for phishing clicks. This is a huge security benefit for our company as we handle a lot of emails.

It's very helpful to learn about security awareness and how to help protect our company data. The videos and interactive questions are helpful as well

It’s also helpful that there’s a wide variety of content formats, so it doesn’t feel repetitive every cycle.

Some of the training modules can feel generic or overly scripted, especially for more technical users. After a few cycles, the phishing simulations can become somewhat predictable unless they’re rotated carefully. The reporting is strong at a high level, but deeper customization of dashboards and exports could be improved. There’s also a bit of alert fatigue if campaigns are run too frequently.

I like that it's quick and easy to setup and I love that I can automate training to people who fail certain phishing simulations. The biggest part that I appreciate I think is that it handles sending it out to the users and bugging them to complete the training when they ignore my requests personally.

It's hard to know how people retain it sometimes but for compliance issues it checks all the boxes.
