It helps all the staff improve their awareness and understanding of cybersecurity. It can customise training and follow-up training based on users' training results. Deploying it is so easy. We use it often. Users would not be annoyed too much if they completed their training correctly. The customer support is very helpful.

Additionally, the initial setup is extremely easy, requiring only a single sign-on from my company's system, which makes the whole process hassle-free. Overall, I appreciate how user-friendly the platform is, as I have not encountered any issues with its functionality.

There really isn't anything I don't like, but always love it when trainings are made as concise as possible without the fluff to try to make them "entertaining". I think KnowBe4 does a good job with this though.

The platform is exceptionally easy to use and implement. Just takes 10 minutes, started using this weekly for security updates, has pompt customer support. Has many features and easy to integrate.

Frakly there is nothing to-date which I dislike about what is provided.

KnowBe4 provides stage-by-stage weekly, monthly GRC and security awareness deployments for corporates. THe content provided includes illustartive videos, presentations and as such content is out of the box. The content be be immediately used for running human in person cybersecurity and GRC compaigns with minimum effort putdown.

End User Security Awareness Training

The campaigns can design emails to make you think to check with others before taking any actions. If you fail the test, you get an email saying you have to redo the training. You can create Awareness training as often as needed for your staff, especially for businesses that have a lot of turnover.

I cannot say anything bad about KB4 its a great tool. It will send emails to your staff to make them think if it could actually be legit.

For the clients that it's rolled out to, it helps their end-users experience fake emails, understand what to look for and how they can find little things the bad actors could do. If the end user still isn't sure, there is a Phish button to hit and you can check with your security team to see if the email was a scam. But the clients that fell for the scams, they suffered an attack. What is the old saying, "A hard head makes a soft a.."

The library of training choices is quite extensive. I like how we can tailor each year's annual campaigns based on what we want to include and there are so many options to go through. The content has almost always been right on target and updated with the accelerating threat landscape.

Some of our users still seem to struggle navigating into KB4 and doing their training. I don't know exactly how to suggest improvement in the UI necessarily. But it comes up here and there. One thing I've noticed is that when I get the KB4 email with trainings to do, I click the link to follow to the training, go through my SSO, and then it opens on the landing page and not on the training I clicked.

We have used the phishing campaigns every quarter to test and evaluate the risk of our employees in that manner. I love this part. The SAT portion is more to fulfill control requirements.

I enjoy how easy it is to manage their site and filtering and the training questions are solid. The team always follows up with me and customer service is quick to respond

Hmm, what I don't like is how some emails get stuck in the queue for blocked. And it takes work to release it, and have to check the system manually every few weeks

The overall roll out was simplistic and adopted well by users.

While there are minimal dislikes with KnowBe4, I would suggest that they continue to build upon their already impressive set of tools. Enhancing and expanding their toolset would provide even greater support for users, ensuring they have access to the most up-to-date and comprehensive resources. Continuous improvement and innovation will help maintain their competitive edge and further solidify their reputation as a leader in the industry.

The product solved a key issue for us, basic employee security training and exercising remeditiation skills.

The training programs are informative and there is such a wide variety of lessons, videos and "games" to tailor it to your team! There are so many topics and activities available that I no longer get the "sigh, this again" emails... We have been using for a bout a year now and have been pleased. It was easy to set up, customer support is fantastic and my team has really taken to it! I love that I can see progress reports and send out reminders right inside of the Application!

sorting and filtering the training can be a bit cumbersome- especially when looking for the next part of a series

Our office is required to participate in 40 hours of cyber security training per year and I was struggling to come up with ideas and consistently push phishing tests- now my phishing tests are pushed automatically so I don't even have to think about them and ensuring training is done is so easy!

KnowBe4 has made conducting security training for our staff incredibly straightforward and easy.

There honestly have been no downsides to using this product.

It makes it incredibly easy to distribute the necessary training to our employees on a regular schedule.
