The Knowbe4 training platform contains relevant and up to date security awareness content and setting up campaigns is simple and intuitive.

Some of the content could be more technically in-depth, but I understand there is a wide target audience base...some with limited technical skills.

First, it helps to train our employees to have a security concious mindset. Secondly, it covers are training compliance requirements as well.

The content is engaging and short enough to encourage all staff to complete the modules.

There is nothing about the training that I dislike.

Raising awareness to phishing emails, how to spot them and how to avoid them.

The cyber security training videos with the training questions afterwards are very useful. Especially the funny ones that are more engaging to watch. It's easy to create training campaigns and the reports are great. You can see who has completed what.

To encourage users it would be helpful to have more content about their personal cyber security awareness as more often than not it's the same processes as corporate focused things won't encourage them to learn as much. Staff obviously care more about their personal security than corporate.

Teaching the staff about cybersecurity and training them on things like MFA.

What I like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is its excellent integration with Active Directory, which simplifies user management and ensures comprehensive training and phishing simulations for all users. Additionally, its automated rules integrated with Outlook for threat and spam email detection are highly effective and enhance our cybersecurity efforts.

It doesn't have a search option on campaigns that we create which would have been very handy to sort out users based on name. And also would be handy to sort out based on alphabetical order.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solves problems related to phishing awareness, user engagement, automated threat detection, compliance, and risk reduction. It benefits us by improving employee awareness, streamlining security training, automating threat detection, ensuring compliance, and ultimately reducing our cybersecurity risk.

I would recommend KnowBe4 because it offers a comprehensive and easy-to-manage security awareness programme. The training materials are high quality, the phishing simulations are realistic and effective and the content is regularly refreshed. It has been a valuable tool for helping our staff stay aware of evolving cyber security risks.

Overall, I am very happy with the platform. One area for enhancement would be the inclusion of more office and work-from-home scenarios, as these would reflect the environments in which many employees now spend most of their time.

We are ISO 27001 certified, and regular training is a key requirement of the standard. This ensures that we meet the criteria for providing continuous development to our staff. The training is not only valuable for their work, but also for their personal lives. Several employees have shared positive feedback, mentioning they’ve learned things they weren’t aware of, which can be applied outside of the workplace.

Previously, we had to create our own training programs, which was time-consuming and required specific expertise. Now, with KnowBe4, we can simply choose from a wide range of pre-designed training topics for our campaigns. This flexibility allows us to tailor the training to our needs, whether we want to cover a lot or focus on just a few key areas. There’s always something relevant to discuss.

I like their Phishing campaigns and cyber security training.

It can be difficult to find new training modules at times. Once you use the tool for a while, you may need to start recycling modules that tailor to the organization.

It has helped employee's learn how to identify phishing emails the right way and report them, as well as learn security best practices.

The training is easy to assign and reliable. Employee's are much more aware of phishing attempts than they were previously.

It's very easy to understand and work the website. The training is relevant to possible cyber attacks.

There's no easy-access to the proper training for the Admin/backside of assigning training to individuals/group.

My organization has nontech-savy employees so this keeps them on their "toes" when it comes to outside sources for cyber-attacks.

I love how simple the tool is and how readily available their staff are to help with any set up you need done.

I have no real dislikes for KnowBe4. It's a really great tool

They have provided security training and phishing training for our users so they can be compliant. It also helps us stay compliant with our clients.

We were onboarded quickly to protect our org and satisfy compliance demands. Platform is intuitive and easy to use and customize.

The trainings could be less cheesy. More advanced phishing messages.

Our phishing clicks and cyber incidents have notibly decreased within our org. We didn't have to use a consulting firm or augment staff for phishing training and document compliance. We also benefit heavily from the automatic phishing quarantine as well as the outlook plugin to allow users to report phishing.

I really like the assesment that employees can take so that we can target weak spots when deciding our infosec training plan. PAB button is good, dummy phishing campaigns are very useful, especially the automated extra training for 'clickers'.

I like the area where I can review and choose content too.

Campaign set up could be more user friendly, its not always obvious how to get to the next step.
