There is nothing that I dislike about KnowBe4.

KnowBe4 has helped me push training and simulations to all of our users. It has made everyone security conscious and aware of the risks out there in the cyber world.

KnowBe4 provides updated training for our end users that is easy to understand. They also provide excellent phishing testing that we push out monthly. This has greatly reduced the number of people clicking on unknown links in email.

There's not much to dislike about KnowBe4. The only complaint I have is that the procedure to replace existing training can be a little confusing at times.

Before KnowBe4 we had staff click on anything inside emails without concern for what damage they might cause. After implementing KnowBe4 training and phishing tests our click through rate dropped from 30% to less than 1%.

Fairly intuitive interface. Broad spectrum of modules that range in time and engagement.

They could benefit from creating learning modules are have game mechanics to engage users better.

It solves the problem of getting users to be able to consciously identify email and phone scams. More awareness keeps these scams at the forefront of their minds.

I like the wide range of security trainings offered, the phishing testing, the integration with our directory and automatic enrollment for base training and additional training as phishing test are failed. Their support is also amazing.

Educating staff with engaging training. Prior to this it is very hard to educate staff on the many threats and tricks out there. We've seen a material reduction of staff clicking into phishing emails and have good baseline training that must be completed every year or two.

I love how you can customize and create a phishing campaign for your organization. It even includes some useful and realistic phishing templates and provides a helpful visual report of your organization's Risk Score. I also love that they offer webinars and are always up-to-date with the latest threats and phishing attacks.

Some features like the KCM GRC and full access to their training materials are only available if you get a higher subscription tier. We hope that this more features are added to lower tier subscription or keep the prices cheaper.

Wide variety of available training videos, and "The Inside Man" series is a new favorite - different tactic for training videos which is a great idea! It is developing a much greater awareness across all our user base that every person has responsibility for security.

I have not seen any downsides at this point.

The use of alternate videos, which contain humor/satire, has proven to be very valuable to many of our users who tend to see this kind of training as boring. These alternatve videos which KB4 has produced is a great bonus feature.

Helping our users become more aware of their role in maintaining our organization's security. It is creating dialog across all of our user base, as they discussing with each other the phishing simulations that they are receiving.

When we have questions about setting the training campaigns, the customer support team has been very responsive and works with us via Zoom to confirm that we understand our options. The training curriculum has a good amount of variety and the 'fake phishing' tests have been effective in evaluating our security awareness.

We have not had any issues with KnowBe4.

We raise the awareness of our staff to the threats we face inside and outside of the organization. Testing shows that the training has had a positive impact in making our organization more secure.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is simple to use and very effective. The dashboard provides a single pane of glass for everything. The content of the training is up to date and relevant to current trends. Set it one time and forget it; the system will manage everything related to itself.

We have yet to find something which we dislike.

We have had Phishing compromises, one that provided credentials. The testing and training has brought awareness to our users to check their email for several factors before responding and avoiding links when possible.
