The training content. Accurate, quality information, and provided in a variety of ways to cater to anyone in the company. It far exceeds the quality of any competitor.
What I would love to see added to KnowBe4 is more info graphics with learning material that I can print and post throughout the company. It seems most are simply a "poster", I'm looking for learning content as well.

The biggest issue we had in the business was thinking Cybersecurity was our problem and not theirs. This has shown our organization that Cybersecurity belongs to everyone!

KnowBe4 needs to adapt its approach to new research that shows the trainings have not changed user behavior sufficiently. Trainings need to be shorter. Posters and graphics need to be modernized.

I like the ability to do custom branding of the KnowBe4 training. We have recently started a remedial clicker training for those who fail their phish test. I like that phish testing can lead to further training for those who need it.
Some of the training does not fit well with my organization, but with the wealth of training, there are good options for my staff. Remembering the steps to set up the branding can be challenging since I do not do it often.
The training has put my staff on guard for phishing and scam emails. It has induced paranoia about incoming emails, but we have fewer calls because of colleagues falling for email scams.
There are many things I like about KnowBe4. There are a wide variety of different trainings available. Some are short videos on a specific topic, some are set up as a game, and some are like a streaming service type serial. They cover a variety of different security topics in an easy to understand way and it really holds the attention of our users. I also like the fact that you can set up reminders to your users that sends them an email if they have not completed their training.
The first couple times you go through a setup for a training to phishing campaigns on your own it can a little difficult. But our KnowBe4 account rep was really good about walking us through it. Once you have the process figured out it becomes easier to set up and schedule training and phishing campaigns.
Cybersecurity is not just an IT problem to fix, it requires that everyone in the organization do their part. I believe that the information presented in these KnowBe4 trainings are extremely valuable to our users. Even if it’s reinforcing something they already know, it’s helpful for keeping security foremost in their thoughts.
The product has been great because it has given our staff the level of confidence that they needed to work confidently, and I also feel the investment that we have made as an organization has been positive. I found that our customer success manager, and the KNOWB4 have been superb so far.
The only dislike I have is that I have been unable to get Stu the founder of KNOWB4 to give a presentation on Phishing.

Nothing at the moment. Everything is set up perfectly fine and is customizable to tailor to any environment or user's needs. Has been great with us so far among our users.

The whole service is great! The default or customizable internal phishing campaigns, ranging from easy to hard, option to use current real-world phishing attempts catared to our users.
The part that I really dislike is that even though they say that you don't require any programming knowledge to modify their template, you actually do. I had to brush up on my knowledge in order to get my company logo and other images to work well. Using code allows the administrator to truly modify the templates and make them your own.
Now that our organization has turned to the Work-From-Home model, it is making it easier to keep our end-users training on the common threats that are happening around us and I create training campaigns to annoy the user and manager until they finish the training. We also do a rotating schedule of phishing tests one month and training the following. Most users now are a bit more weary and aware of all emails, and question them. They come to me on things that they are not sure of, and that is something that we like and feel that we all are benefiting from it.
I have been using Knowbe4 platform to provide cyber security training annually to our whole organization. I got it to say, is easy to use, I like their SSO and Provision features along with the Phish Alert bottom where users can click on their Outlook E-mails if they encounter any phishing emails.
Other than the features and easy-to-use GUI, I like that their training is up to date, especially for the annual trainings, as we know, threats changes over time and Knowbe4 helps us to keep us informed of the latest trends and educate the end users.
Another Note, our Representative always helps us out as to set up trainings for new hires, is one of those things, set up and forget it until next year.
At the begginning I did not like Knowbe4 as they did not provide an easy way for us to provision the users, but now with their new updates, this was fixed. Specially for third party IdPs like Okta. I'm sure the platform is not perfect and some videos come in premium but hopefully, Knowbe4 becomes cheaper and develop more their platform. Especially integrations hope this platform could be integrated with EDRs software as if someone clicks a malicious e-mail, they should get a training refresher automatically
Oh also their SSO integration can be a bit annoying as we always get redirection errors by the browser when one is trying to login
