I like all the options you can pick for SAT, there's enough options that you can figure out exactly what your users would benefit the most from. Also nice administration process in terms of assigning training. Automatic training assignments for clickers is pretty beneficial too
I do wish there was some more granular control over automatic training assignment.
The problem is users clicking on stuff they shouldn't; we have seen significant downward movement in bad clicks the more integrated into the KB4 platform we've gotten
I have been using KnowBe4 since 2020. Even when I switch irganizatikns, I continue to use the products. They easily help my simulate attacks and then train my coworkers.
Did I go to far once and now have them questioning everything? Maybe, but they now look at email addresses, check to see if they are real and don't just click randomly.
Not too much that I dislike honestly. The only thing I could ask would be updated trainings!

Even though the trainings have good information, a few of the trainings can take a while to do. I believe it is because they have a lot of information that gets put into a training.
As I stated earlier, they are up to date on the latest attacks. The trainings let our end users know there are several ways they can be tricked into letting an unauthorized person get access to our network.
It' s simple, easy, and to the point. Trainings are short and sweet.
No major downsides. It would be nice if training campagins updated to the latest content automatically.

Some of the steps of the ASAP program seem a bit out of chronological order. Setting up the policy, communicating with stakeholders, sending out newsletters etc should be the first steps.
