There is so much content. As a customer, There has only been me. I now have a team, but need to train them. This is more a me issue, than an actual issue with the product.
Providing phishing simulations for employees. We have been using for 5 years. Our insurance is now asking us about the training. We can truthfully say we are using training for employees and tracking and following up with the employees. This is one tool, along with other education.
The ease of use. It is user friendly to both the end user and the admins.
I haven't found anything thus far that I don't like. It's great you can clone the trainings.
It is solving keeping our organization safe and benefiting the ease of use for me of training my end users.
There are so many offerings through KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training. The trainings cover a variety of topics, many of which our users have struggled with in the past. The trainings are engaging and don't feel overwhelming once a month. Our Customer Support Representative has been super helpful with setting up our trainings and helping us set up other features. We also enjoy the newsletter and scam of the week features.
It can sometimes be difficult to find a specific training video that we want to see or that is directly relevant. We haven't yet started pushing out phishing campaigns, but we are excited to start on that later this month.
We use the Security Awareness Trainings to educate our users on cybersecurity and internet best practices. We had trainings through our previous vendor, but they were inadequate and didn't give us any visibility. It is nice that we are now able to see who is completing the trainings and at what capacity.
I like how easy the trainings are to follow and listen to in a short amount of time.
I can't say I have any downsides, but if I had to it would be the threat of the week emails can be lengthy at times.
The trainings help remind staff to always be cautious even while on work emails accounts. KnowBe4 keeps up to date examples and trainings to show why it is so important.
It is very user-friendly with great content. Also easily tracks everyone's progress.
It is not easy to omit users from specific training.
Issue of users clicking on phishing emails. The benefits are PCI Compliance and teaching users more about phishing and what can happen if they click on a phishing email.
Informative, engaging, and insightful, helping end-users spot malicious phishing attemps.
Some users may become overly suspicious and report emails that are actually okay but this is better than the alternative of not even detecting malicious ones.
Prior to this KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training, our users were over 60% at risk for phishing attacks. That number illustrated that it was only a matter of time before our organization fell prey to malicious attackers. Now, with the training in place, our risk has dropped to 37.8%!
Augments our general compliance training that is not specific enough with mostly tech-focused security training. Replaced in-house materials that were challenging to update.
Our (mainly IT) staff have recognized the senders for phishing tests and set up email rules to divert them.
Increasing awareness among staff about the breadth of potential threats.
Haven't used much of anything training solution out there, but KnowBe4 was very easy to use for the admin side for IT and for Staff to use and access.
Adding a single person to training. for example. There is an IT group training, and you want someone from HR group to take it to; you can't just add that one person.
We have the problem of Staff not knowing the difference between a real email and what is fake. The training shows them how to spot fake emails, what to do, and what can happen if clicking or replying.
It's quick and reviews important security principles that all employees should be aware of. Reports are easy for tracking employee compliance. Overall easy to configure and use.
The training is a bit basic for IT staff but is the correct level for general staff.
It is reinforcing what users should be aware of for IT security, especially spam and phishing.
Our organization appreciates the clarity and duration of most of the content. It was intuitive to get setup and information related to our internal customers.
I do wish that their integrations with SSO providers allowed for more information Sharing. It would be nice to see groups in SSO brought over into the tool.
The major problem we were dealing with was user engagement. Stock training is sometimes very repetitive and lacks quality and polish. After engaging with KnowBe4, we have users at all levels looking forward to the training.
