Automated security awareness training on a regular basis, phishing assessment automation, generating risk metrics for our org.

Easy to set up reoccurring phishing test and knowledge base materials for clients. The videos are not all long, they can be completed in a quick amount of time - users who not fishing can automatically be reminded of the course they still need to complete and when their due date is.

I wish there was a feature to automatically set up reports to automatically sent to account owner's email.

It would be nice too if t had more training videos that are less than 5 minutes.

Going through ASAP to setup the program. Working with the Client relations team and support to discuss issues. setting up & using the tools. Ease of deployment. Time was taken to setup everything up and there was an immediate value add to the program sponsor.

Phisher could use some more built in rules and default settings.

Not all phishing campaigns are able to reach our Office 365 users.

More upfront and out of the box than other products that had similar features in their roadmap.

Knowbe4 helps fill the gaps in training, awareness. Most of all the ability to offer thoughtful proactive phishing/spam reporting that IT can monitor and make decisions on. Continual awareness through newsletters and scam alerts is vital these days to stay aware of what is a threat.

I like that it trains our users in best practices. It raises the awareness. And our users are much, much less likely to click on links.

Nothing of value is truly free. I might wish that it would slightly cheaper, but the value is there 100%. It is easily worth what you pay for. And I wouldn't want to do without the features.

Get it. The price is cheap compared to the risk mitigation that it offers.

All our end users are concerned and aware of cyber security. It's a team effort and a constant conversation. I feel much more comfortable with our security now.

Really like the ability to automate so much of the program. We can automate the emails that get sent out to the users. The ability to "clone" your training campaigns is awesome. Reporting is also one of my favorites.

The one downside of Knowbe4 is that unless you have the top tier level (Diamond) then you don't often get the better shorter videos.

Just making our users more aware of all the ways that they are vulnerable and turning them into skeptics is fantastic! I love that our users realize personal benefits in addition to professional knowledge with the Knowbe4 training and phishing tests.

Excellent tool that is relevant in todays world. We use it to train employees on Cyber Security. We also use the Knowbe4 to conduct monthly Phishing training, random emails are sent monthly to employees to see if they practice what they have learned. We have also begun using non-technical trainings such as Active Shooter, which is very relevant in todays world.

Nothing to dislike. When support is needed, response times are great.

Training users on Cyber Security is our main use of the product. This method is much better than having a speaker or using other educational tools. Each user can take courses at their own speed, and repeat them if they need to.

Our account manager has been really helpful in walking me through the setup, getting phishing and training campaigns planned out and executed and helping to keep me on track.

There are some features and trainings that are only accessible at the Diamond level like HIPAA training. We are at the Platinum level.

Having a consistent and regular way to ensure out team members are getting trained and tested. We can now SHOW were we started and the improvements that are being made.

This is information management excellence. You programme the system to automate online training for your organisation. The dashboard and reports provide assurance metrics that are dynamic, powerful and informative. It's an outstanding system.

There are no downsides to this system, but more up-to-date GDPR training modules would be useful.

We had a target of reducing our organisation phish-prone score to below 14% in 90 days. We reduced it to 3% in less than 90 days. The system is also flexible enough for us to use it in customised ways: for instance, SAR training for our supporter care staff is now automated and hits our control measure in accordance with the ISO. Therefore, KnowBe4 is supporting our data protection strategy under GDPR.

KnowBe4 has changed our organization. My users are well trained to spot phishing attacks, and not only that. They are also now keenly aware of social engineering tactics, HIPAA, and many other topics. I love the platform. It is easy to use, and it is very insightful and intuitive. You can use AI to make phishing tests more attuned to users' individual needs. The reports are fantastic, and it is extremely automated. Set it and forget it. The ModStore has so much content that you can use for trainings or share with users, it would take a lifetime to go through it all. KnowBe4 is constantly improving and changing. The product is not the same as it was even a short time ago, and it will not be the same as it is right now 6 months from now. There are always new features being added.

There is just much I can say about KnowBe4 on the negative side. I guess if I had to pick something, it would be the cost. It does have a fairly hefty price tag, so it might be hard for smaller organizations to afford it. But the product pays for itself in prevention.

I would say to really analyze the cost of a security breach vs. the cost of KnowBe4. If you purchase the product, they have a great customer success person that will be assigned to you, and also they have a guide that you answer some questions about your goals and your organization, and it produces a step-by-step guide you can use to get set up and go live. It's a great tool.

We are keeping our users up on the latest threats in the cyber world. Before we purchased KnowBe4, we had a couple of security incidents, Since KnowBe4, we have had none. The knowledge that we have been able to impart to our users has been immeasurable, and being able to test them and see where our weaknesses are has prevented us from being attacked.

The product is good, but the support is even better. The KnowBe4 team is totally invested in helping you implement the product to get the most for your money. My rep, Ashley Fox, has been fantastic. She has helped me streamline our training and make it so that I don't have to touch it regularly to keep campaigns going.

The only issue I have had is with the product being used on smartphones. I tell people that it is recommended to do training from a PC, but people continuously try to do these from the phone and usually have issues.

Service is excellent and staff seem to really care about their mission. They follow up with me when I am not running a campaign - just to check in.

Accessing training via a smartphone. Benefits are that people are more aware of what to look for and are more careful than they were a few years ago.
