The automation with smart groups and ADIsync is a huge time saver. The ability to pull raw data reports on phishing, and the phishing tests are amazing as well especially when combined with remedial training modules (I'd recommend tagging some that are best for remediation of clickers and credential harvest failures.)

The VRO is highly flawed. The scoring isn't at all indicative of much of anything I've noticed. There's too much weight added to the algorithm by number of times an email address has been found on the dark web. When everyone is on there, I fail to see how that matters anymore.

Security Culture immaturity, phishing risk, credential harvesting risk, liklihood of ransomware incident, compliance reporting, and raw data availability for reporting metrics to executive leadership.

The training modules are short, to the point and applicable to day-to-day tasks.

Not having insight into the questions included in the training (right answers, who missed what, etc.).

The catalogue is comprehensive and the security mini-series are oddly wildly popular. Switching our approach to the mini-series was the best move ever. We have never used a competitive product so I can't argue that KB4 is the best, but our experience has been positive on all fronts.

- The content is topical, and with the mini-series engaging.

- The phishing tests are executed flawlessly and with the automated training and documentation really streamlines the follow up and audit evidence collection.

- We customized the Phish Alert Button to serve our purposes internally and have excellent response fro staff. They appreciate how easy the tool intergrates into their daily life.

The content is always changing with the times and offers relevant education for our employees.

I would still like to see more industry-specific training.

Data security is a real concern for our organization, and KnowBe4 keeps our employees mindful of and educated about the risks.

The training is thorough and interesting, helping to keep our staff's attention.

We've occasionally had glitches where training alert emails weren't properly delivered.

We have all new employees go through training, to get them up to speed on what we expect of them. We also do regular phishing tests to continuously remind staff of the need for diligence.

Excellent support, awesome community templates, and many training options available.

Users have to be imported from another system. It would be nice to create our own user lists to keep accurate email addresses in the system.

For compliance reasons, we need all our users to attend and pass security awareness training annually, and this system makes that a breeze to accomplish.
