Easy to implement and set up campaigns. Employees receive reminders automatically. Wide variety of content that is engaging and relevant to our employees. Reporting capabiliites are excellent. And unlike other content I have viewed in the past, I think employees actually pay attention because it is not dry, boring training videos...and they actually learn something!

I don't like that I have to add content from the "store" to my library before being able to add it to a campaign or assign it to an employee. Would be simpler if all content that was available to us was already available in the library.

There needs to be a tier of coursework that corresponds to using the AIDA templates. They're really great templates, but the training for those orgs needs to result in enhanced awareness.

Very little. Sometimes the quality of the training videos varies, but there is enough variety and options to find what you need to fit your team.

Their support is top notch and usually get back to me with a workable response...even if what I'm trying to do is outside of the systems functionality scope.

At times, the quizzes used at the end of the modules are not as accurate as they could be or there is ambiguity with the possible answers.
