The automation of the platform is great! Is very easy manage each module and all functions.

The phishing campaingns, in the past the time that I spent to make a campaingn is not comparative with now.
Content is so relevant and engaging. Video production is top notch and professionaly done. They set the bar for where you want a program. The content is easy to use and implement into your program. The customer support and website is fantasic. The documentation is up to date and great place to start when looking for awarness.

Delivering phishing training, delivering specialized traing for internal groups, delivering regular updates for HR consumption and tracking.
The ability to have premade security training that we can just send out to the employees.
The dashboard looks a little dated and difficult to navigate.

We have a great customer success manager who has assisted us for getting the solution up and running, leveraging all features and getting the most out of our solution. We are seeing results!
We need better metric reporting in PhishER, reports are very limited.

KnowBe4s Security Awareness Training has been great, We can keep on top of our team with monthly simulated phising tests which were easy to setup and browse for new education files to send to the team to keep up on their training.
Some of the phising emails can be a bit repetative even with multiple options selected.
We require annual training for our industry and KnowBe4 covers this requirement.
The single most important measure we can take to prevent a breach is to train our staff to identify phishing attacks. Knowbe4 is the best tool to use to not only train staff but to create a culture of security awareness. We have been using knowbe4 for 7 years now and we will continue doing so.
I wish there was LDAP intergration or an easier way to manage staff in the web console.

The campaigns work seamlessly after they are setup. It's very simple to use and you can increase complexity as your maturity grows.
The EEC Pro Analysis is pretty much useless. Without being able to mark false positives so they don't show up on the report, it's unusable.
The immediate feedback for end users when they click on a phishing email is so important. They get to learn right then and there what things they can look out for.
I like the ease of deployment and the consent stream of new content we can deploy for our users. They also make it very easy to monitor the completion of the training, through automation of emails as well as an easy list of completion percentage time spent etc...
No complaints about the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. If I were to have one complaint is that the content should be a bit longer as it is hard to hit a 30-45min training session only using new materials
The problem it is solving is having a comprehensive place to have our users get a great view of the current cyber security realm and what issues they are looking out for. KnowBe4 does a great job with a steady stream of new relevant content
Very intuitive interface, easy to configure OOB, decent automation capabilities, helpful integrations, valuable reporting, and always forging ahead!
Even with the Diamond sub, I find a lot of the material redundant and fear that our staff are getting bogged down in topics like "strong passwords", so its sometime difficult to be fresh with the trainings. Also I would love to have available a standard programming template with the trainings, configured up front for the whole year, so I can focus on stats and reports and actually proactively engaging with our data.
Aligning our corp with requirements, keeping our staff keen, proving where our weak points are. While I once found the platform daunting, the learning curve mellowed and now I'm able to set things up quickly so I can be more productive with other things.
Creating phishing test campaigns are straight forward. Training is informative and interactive to keep it interesting.
It was difficult configuring M365 to allow phishing emails through. I wish there was more documentation on configuring M365 Exchange rules and settings.
It helps us change user behavior when receiving suspicious emails. It shows us who needs more coaching and reminds users of their email handling procedures.
