I don't have many dislikes about the platform. Assigning users to groups is actually a bit confusing but otherwise platform is easy to use.
We use KnowBe4 to train and educate end users. We deploy multiple phishing exercises each month including the AI generated campaigns. We also deliver training content via the KnowB4 library. There are lots of modules to chose from that keep our users interested!
Our staff like the training modules, especially the Inside Man series. Having syaff enjoy training is key. Setting up training for staff is quick and easy, as well. The variety of training is nice, from videos to posters and even games.
