"A Helpful Tool for Simplifying ERP Integrations"
What do you like best about Knit API?

What I like most about Knit API is how simple it makes the integration process. It saves a lot of development time by connecting multiple systems through one unified model. The real-time data sync works smoothly, and their support team is always quick to help whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knit API?

The main downside of Knit API is that it doesn’t support many smaller or niche apps yet. The documentation could also be clearer in some areas, which sometimes makes setup a bit tricky. I’ve also noticed occasional bugs that seem to come from limited testing on larger setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Consistent API with Broad HRIS & Accounting Coverage—and Writeback Flexibility"
What do you like best about Knit API?

Knit covers a wide range of applications out of the box, especially across HRIS and accounting. The API design feels clean and consistent, which has made it easier for our developers to work with and integrate. I also appreciate that we can write data back, not just read it. That added flexibility has unlocked more use cases for our customers and made the overall integration more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knit API?

The initial configuration takes careful planning, especially if you’re working with complex data models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Data Integration with Real-Time Sync"
What do you like best about Knit API?

We use Knit-API whenever our clients require their data to move seamlessly between different systems. I appreciate the unified model it offers, as it has spared us from having to rewrite data transformations for each individual platform. Since many of our clients depend on having current CRM information, the real-time synchronization feature has proven to be especially valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knit API?

While a few specialized connectors are missing, I appreciate that their support team responds promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integrations and Fast Setup for Backend Teams"
What do you like best about Knit API?

As a backend engineer, my main concern is avoiding the need to rebuild the same integrations repeatedly. Knit-API made it much easier for us to connect with various CRMs and HR tools, eliminating the need to write custom code for each integration. The setup process was faster than I anticipated, and the event-based sync feature ensures our data stays up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knit API?

When working with custom objects, I found it necessary to experiment in order to understand how everything functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knit API?

Knit makes it possible to connect various systems without the need for custom development. The data synchronizes in real time, and the setup process turned out to be easier than I anticipated. "The Smartest Way to Manage Integrations"
What do you like best about Knit API?

Knit API streamlines the process of managing complex integrations, making it remarkably straightforward. I appreciate how I can link several systems together with very little setup, all while retaining complete control over my data flows. The webhook-based synchronizations are both quick and dependable, and the documentation is clear, which helps me get started without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knit API?

I would really value having more detailed insight into data transfer metrics, such as a latency dashboard or a traffic monitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integrations and Proactive Support—A Game-Changer for Our Team"
What do you like best about Knit API?

I am mostly liking how Knit is cutting our CRM and calendar integration timelines, connectors are ready, the dashboard is nice and simple, and the team is starting with almost no training so work is moving smoothly. Support is proactive, they revert fast, clarify docs before we even ask, and suggest better API usage patterns which is improving ROI visibility. Best part is we are not wasting days on edge cases and stability is production ready, full marks for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knit API?

More guides on edge cases or legacy applications would help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"10/10 for simplifying our integrations"
What do you like best about Knit API?

The common model saved us a lot of time because it standardized everything right away. We no longer deal with messy mappings, and the data stays accurate without constant polling or heavy server load. The security setup was easier than I expected, and the pricing works well for an SMB like ours without losing important features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knit API?

The docs are helpful, but I wish there were more examples for advanced use cases. Things like bulk operations, handling rate limit spikes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
