**What do you like best about Kloutit?**

What I value most about Kloutit is that there is nothing comparable in the market. The platform covers very specific needs that we previously managed manually and in a scattered way. Additionally, the support is exceptional: the response time is practically immediate and they always receive my inquiries with a problem-solving attitude, exceeding my expectations in every interaction. The Kloutit team is fabulous, approachable, and expert; I really feel that they are a partner and not just a supplier.

**What do you dislike about Kloutit?**

There really isn't anything that I "don't like" as such. On those occasions when I've seen opportunities for improvement, I've been able to convey my feedback with complete confidence. The team has always been very receptive, has valued every suggestion, and, in fact, many of the improvements I've proposed have been implemented, which demonstrates their commitment to evolving the product and actively listening to users. It's a dynamic that I value greatly.

**What problems is Kloutit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kloutit allows me to save a huge amount of time in the generation and management of disputes, a process I used to do completely manually and repetitively. Thanks to the automation and centralization offered by the platform, I can now dedicate that time to analyzing cases from a more strategic perspective, understanding patterns, improving processes, and elevating the quality of all fraud and chargeback management globally. In short, Kloutit transforms an operational task into an efficient, intelligent, and scalable process.

**What do you like best about Kloutit?**

What I value most about Kloutit is the real involvement of the team. From the first day, I was surprised by how they side with the customer: they listen to our needs, understand our pain points, and act quickly to help us. They don't just offer a tool; they become a partner who works with you to achieve the best results.

**What do you dislike about Kloutit?**

So far, I haven't found anything that I really don't like.

**What problems is Kloutit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kloutit helps us manage and optimize our chargeback disputes. Before, we had little visibility, scattered processes, and inconsistent results. With Kloutit, we better understand what information is missing, how we should structure each dispute, and what data increases our chances of success. This has improved our internal efficiency and significantly increased the quality of the disputes we submit. The platform is very intuitive and allows for easy creation of disputes, either from scratch or using templates that you can enrich with additional data. But the most useful aspect is the service that accompanies the product: their "four hands" approach, working together, reviewing cases one by one, and providing their expertise to ensure each dispute is optimized before being sent. This provides enormous value and makes a difference.

**What do you like best about Kloutit?**

Time saving: Generating such a complete dispute manually would take much more time. Kloutit makes the process fast, in addition to having a super friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about Kloutit?**

At the moment, in our case, it is necessary to manually update the resolutions, which can take some time. Despite this, we trust the Kloutit team as they constantly introduce improvements and we understand that this will eventually no longer be necessary.

**What problems is Kloutit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly the reduction of management time, we receive a high number of chargebacks and there comes a point where it is not scalable to manage them one by one manually.
