KloudMate is an AI-powered Observability and Agentic SRE-Ops platform, that enables engineering teams to monitor infrastructure, applications and networks, while autonomously identifying, diagnosing, and resolving incidents, fast. It offers a unified interface for AI-powered RCA, metric dashboards, logs, tracing, alerts, incidents, and more. Teams use the platform to monitor and run IT operations seamlessly. It monitors networks, infrastructure and applications, identifies and turns thousands of alerts into a handful of real issues, finds the root cause on its own, and opens a ticket with everything the engineer needs. **What do you like best about KloudMate?**

It is easy to find logs, all CloudFormation applications are aggregated into one stream and it has a great insight monitoring for most AWS services.

**What do you dislike about KloudMate?**

The product is still in early development process, but the team is very open to feature suggestions and is constantly improving the experience.

**What problems is KloudMate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Serverless monitoring.

**What do you like best about KloudMate?**

It has seamless functionality. Easy managing of AWS serverless environments, monitoring performance, identifying issues and rapidly resolve customer-impacting issues.

**What do you dislike about KloudMate?**

Nothing to be disliked as such observed till date.

**What problems is KloudMate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing cloud cost for Database management, seamless observability, open dashboard and good AWS serverless debugging. Nice metrics alarms too.
