Invoice and PO management systems are the best.

**What do you like best about Kloo?**

at the moment nothing. a lot needs to be looked at.

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

it is not user friendly. The features does not allow you to do most basic thing.

Not recommending this for a company that has a complicated project requirement.

The platform needs to be easy to use. the basic features don't give you the data you need to see in a glance. 
the features does not talk to each other - you need to open all the drop downs to search one thing  - they should be able to search this as a whole and all the information relating a PO/Invoice should come out. 

the system does not show the PO's that an invoice has been GRN - you can only put one purchase order. And as a company who is very reliant on project codes the system don't allow you to use two PO's with different project code which is a trouble when you are looking at an invoice that relates to two projects.

None - its not helping my day to get my work load easy.

We can raise PO and processed invoice in one platform thats all benefits me.

**What do you like best about Kloo?**

The web and app portals and clean and well designed and make accessing all the key features and functions nice and simple.  If you have any issues the customer support is fast, friendly and knowledgeable and it has been easy to implement and integrate Kloo into daily workflow.  I particularly like the ease with which I can upload copies of reciepts for expenses doing away with a pocket full of paper.

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

Nothing to speak of at this time but perhaps it would be nice to be able to brand expense cards in the future, just a thought.

**What problems is Kloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple expense management with the ability to upload and evidence on the go via the app.

**What do you like best about Kloo?**

It is really easy to see everything in one place, and the communication around finance is easily done within the tool itself. It has a pleasant UI and it is simple to follow and complete to the required standard. I really enjoy that it skips the process of returning cards for reimbursement and the focus is instead on requesting a digital card which can be used immediately for relevant purchases.

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

Google services temporary hold was a bit confusing at first and I struggled to resolve the issue. It could be improved with additional functionality that provided a high level oversight on how many is spent (Accomodation, food, misc etc)

**What problems is Kloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the process of paying for things which are a business expense much clearer and easier. I don't have to keep receipts or other business process relevant items, I can make my request and with the approval I can make the purchase and upload it all in one. It's a one stop shop which does everything.

**What do you like best about Kloo?**

I really like the way that the card is easy to access from anywhere and allows me to purchase things for work easly.  The integration with receipts etc is seamless and makes the whole process of spending seconds rather than taking ages as it did with previous companies.  I've been using Kloo for over a year  now and my opinion hasn't changed, there are times when a physical card would be useful, but overall I haven't found not having one a major issue, there are normally ways round it!  I've never needed support or anything like that as it is so simple

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

I've not really found a downside yet, as long as you pay for things such as hotels etc upfront, I only have a virtual card rather than a physical one, so that could be overcome if I needed

**What problems is Kloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the how do I purchase things I need for work without being out of pocket issue.  It makes the subsequent handling of expenses, just uploading the receipt and saying what the purchase was for very eay and very quick.  As it only takes seconds I tend to do it immediately rather than building up a block of expenses to deal with.

**What do you like best about Kloo?**

I would say the best thing about Kloo is compareing to our old systems we have purchasing system and invoice tool all on one platform.

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

Well i dislike when you have a GRN issue with regards to offset not match and i need to email Kloo support to get the problem sorted, which deals in us from processing a urgent invoices which may need paying.
Also we currently still don't have approval workflow active at the moment which is a big issue.

the fact that we can't do search across all categoris, this would be a big improvement if this was installed.

**What problems is Kloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i would say the only benefit is that we currently raise purchase order numbers and view invoices on the same platform ,which we wasn't able to action in our old systems.

**What do you like best about Kloo?**

The UI is really intuitive - it doesn't take a long time at all to upload receipts. It's simple and easy to request new cards that are labelled and easily trackable. I use Kloo quite a lot for random office bits and their app is quite helpful to remind me about receipts when standing orders are filled.

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

The amount of login codes and phone verification is a bit annoying. It's difficult to justify why I've got to use at least 2 phone verification codes to purchase and upload a receipt on the web.

Kloo solves my expense management & tracking problems.

**What do you like best about Kloo?**

Option to have virtual and physical cards which is great depending on the usecase. Also nice to have cards for regular spend versus ad-hoc spend. Option to view all expenses in one place which is great to track spend across different avenues. Customer support was definitely prompt but not always helpful.

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

The app itself is very temperamental. Quite often it freezes and you are unable to access your virtual cards. When submitting a request for a new card the only option for OTP is via text message which if you're abroad is not always possible. Given travel expenses will be a core use case, it would be great to have another option - email or whatsapp given wifi is likely to be more readily available. The card also does not work with all cash machines which means when travelling it can be frustrating to get cash out. Would be helpful to perhaps have a map function where you can see all approved ATMs.

**What problems is Kloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We never had a centralised expense management system - it would be spread across various business cards and no one has visibility over our subscription/travel spend. Kloo has solved this problem.

**What do you like best about Kloo?**

The platform has saved our AP team hundreds of hours monthly. Non-finance staff find it seamless for managing POs and invoices, while its features aid in better spending decisions. Our use of procurement cards has significantly enhanced spending control. Plus, the responsive support team is a bonus. Overall, we love it!

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

It would be beneficial to have additional customization options for reporting in Kloo. Currently, I occasionally need to download data into CSV format to conduct in-depth analyses. Having more advanced reporting features integrated into the platform would streamline this process.

Improving Emplyee efficiency by automising most of the tasks and user friendly interface helps handing over tasks to new joiners and in creating backups.

It is the same process as using a card, I'm just entering different details.  Very little training is required

Capturing the receipts is a bit cumbersome, minor point

Kloo streamlines the process of getting expense requests approved. Once the virtual card has been issued it is very easy to use it to buy the services that I require. I also appreciate how easy it is to upload receipts for the expenses. Kloo use technology to extract key information from the receipt automatically, which saves time.

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

I'm currently unable to add notes/messages to open card requests. It would be useful to have this feature to keep communication within the app.

I was really impressed by the rapid deployment of new features and responsiveness to customer feature requests. The integration with receipts is definitely a big time saver!

I would like a slightly slower time-out time. However, security is very important so this is only a very minor issue.

It helps me to manage my expenses properly. I no longer have to go out of pocket and seek reimbursement. It is an extremely quick process and has certainly saved me time.

Zero hiccups. Could use it everywhere without any issues. Being able to see my balance, allowance and transactions quickly was amazing. Used it as a daily driver for all my payments for my 2 week trip to the UK. 10/10.

The app is a bit jittery but works well.

Kloo is an user friendly software with lots of great features in it, especially in terms of invoice processing with all levels of access and tranperency. It has a great talented customer support team. You can easily link other softwares which makes data integration for effective.

The one thing that frustated about Kloo screentime. In every 5 minutes when we away from the screen, the Kloo get automatically timed out and again we have to insert the OTP to login. Although, its good for data privacy.

The implementation of Kloo was very swift and the website to track expenses and upload receipts is very simple and easy to use, we use this weekly to track and update expenses.

The process and sections you need to complete is self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

That you cannot move refunded and zeroed out expenses from the main page, we should be able to archive them, same as you can with declined payments.

It is easy to keep track of expenses especially re-occuring ones.

The automation is the best feature. Throughout AP Kloo automates processes that used to be manual. Whether it is coding of expenses and invoices or assignment to approval workflows, Kloo learns from previous examples and removes manual intervention.

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

There is not much to dislike. I asked for some improvements to platform and they added them to the roadmap, kept me informed and quickly released new features!

**What problems is Kloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kloo is making accounts payable more efficient and increasing the finance team's control. There is far less need to maintain separate spreadsheets and it is so much easier to audit who made approval decisions and when on supplier costs. The functionality for making payment runs on Kloo is also really simple and removes previous inefficient processes with bank payment files.

Kloo has been incredibly helpful in streamlining the process of submitting my work expenses and providing virtual cards. Once the card is issued, you are free to use and just submit your receipt on the kloo portal. It has eliminated the previous challenges associated with expense submission, making it a revolutionary solution for businesses.

It's saved the AP team 100s of hours of work each month.
Non-finance people love how seamless it is to manage the PO and invoice process... and the stuff that the platform does to help make better approval/spending decisions is making everyone better at managing to budget.
We use the procurement cards too and that has created a big improvement in the level of control we have on spending on company cards.
The team there are very helpful and responsive too.
We love it!

Not a lot, as it's improved our AP process across the board. 
It would be good to have more custom reporting capability. At the moment, I have to sometimes download the data in Kloo into CSV if I want to run a detailed analysis.

I've loved having the ability for my team to request virtual Kloo cards to use for client entertaining or subscriptions required for their jobs - it makes my job of managing a department budget much easier to keep track of. 

It's also a dream to submit expenses via email with little to no information, which get matched by the system to the correct expense lines - magic!

It is a little frustrating that expense descriptions and categories are not automatically populated for recurring subscription expensesthere, however the Kloo team are reponsive to product feedback so I would expect that the speedy developments they have been making with AI will help to address this soon!

Kloo is making it easier for me to pay for subscriptions required for my role and department, and to manage these against the budget for the year. This has allowed me more independence to innovate processes within our department, and also passes on the self-sufficient mentality to my reports, who now request Kloo cards for new things they would like to try. Kloo also makes my monthly expense admin much shorter, saving me about 2hrs per month I would otherwise spend uploading receipts individually.

As a non-finance user, Kloo makes it really easy to submit and approve purchase orders and invoices. I don't even have to login to the system as I can do everything via email which means one less password to remember!

**What do you dislike about Kloo?**

I have found it incredibly simple to use in comparison to the normal AP processes found on big ERPs so not much to say on improvements. They add new features rapidly so any gaps get closed quickly.

**What problems is Kloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kloo solves multiple problems for me as a non-finance user. Firstly, I can raise purchase orders seamlessly both on the platform and via email. Secondly, I can approve purchase orders directly via email - I can either do this quickly or ask the Kloo AI for additional context such as the amount spent with that supplier already. The other thing it has helped with is supplier relationships as I no longer get chased by suppliers on when payment is going to be made!
