"Unified Global Contractor Compliance and Multi-Currency Payments in One Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Kleos?

Coordinating compliance for marketing contractors located in various countries, including generating and processing invoices in different currencies, was a significant administrative task for us. It solved these operational issues by unifying the international contractor infrastructure into one platform. Every month, the multi-currency payment system works well so that our department's budget does not suffer unnecessary currency conversion penalization and processing delays. In addition, the software checks the need for compliance in the area and automatically makes the onboarding document requirements. This allows for the seamless setup of localized digital campaigns in new locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kleos?

The standard platform setup establishes a preliminary plan to provide ongoing collaboration with the internal onboarding team to verify local contract guidelines for specialization. There is a potential to improve the engineering documents in order to connect our internal performance dashboards using an API in the self-service developer docs. Preferably, first phase configuration of the deployment should be able to be performed on a dedicated basis. It will not be affected after the system goes live once the payment is done. "Kleos Simplifies Global Contractor Compliance and Multi-Currency Payments"
5/5
What do you like best about Kleos?

Due to labour laws, our HR team faced additional administration burden and a lot of challenges to hire global independent contractors. Kleos takes care of the hectic operational load by tracking the work and payments of the dispersed workers across borders on one platform with one contract. The multi-currency asset dispersing framework works effectively in a bill life cycle. There are no holdups or covert forex mark-ups; everything functions as it should. The tool helps in compliance tracking, updates, and maintaining compliance of the localized onboarding documentation from Day 1 of global hiring. Furthermore, it generates this without any manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kleos?

The standard platform requires a certain amount of initial planning and back and forth with their internal verification team to ensure all clauses for specialized local contractors are 100% verified before bringing on live team members. It would be beneficial to employ stronger and more realistic engineering guides, which are found in their self-serve developer documentation, to link the internal HR infrastructure via the API. The setup requires a scheduling with the following configuration steps below. Once activated, they never interfere with the monthly payment cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Multi-Currency Billing and Compliance-Ready Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Kleos?

Our SDR tracking has faced delays in the past because we had to comply with in-country regulations paperwork and international independent contractor billing. Kleos faced these challenges as the cross-border payment of the contract to the system was by a foreign contractor. Our system functioned seamlessly at every billing cycle and did not cause a slow down in any part of our accounts. Since the pay-out pipeline operates in multiple currencies, there is no delay in processing times or currency conversion fees. Onboarding documentation for every jurisdiction is automated so that our country operation & market-entry are compliance ready from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kleos?

Though it would need scheduling on our end for the initial setup time, they have never stopped the monthly transaction processing. Based on the standard implementation timeline, there is a lot of discussion, and planning with their validation team to validate the special local contract clauses before the live onboarding of contractors in detail. We could also leverage with stronger engineering practical examples within their self service developer docs for connecting internal tracking dash boards via the API. "All-in-One Platform for Compliant Distributed Workforce and Cross-Border Payments"
5/5
What do you like best about Kleos?

Managing account workflows involves enormous administrative burden as they have to constantly surveil international compliance parameters and track independent contractor associates in different geographies. Kleos combines the whole Distributed Workforce and cross border payments infrastructure onto a unique technology platform governed by a single Corporate Agreement. Clients can be certain that their operations won’t be delayed by processing or concealed conversion mark-ups. Our platform oversees worker onboarding paperwork at the local level, ensuring that our service delivery is fully compliant with changing labor laws from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kleos?

The standard deployment process requires some initial planning as well as back and forths with their validation team to ensure that the specialist regional compliance clause is completely validated before going live with contractors. We would also like to see practical examples in the self-service developer documentation that provides details of how to link external databases. Once they are finalised, these technical deployment arrangements need to be carefully orchestrated on our side. However, they never interfere with the execution of live monthly payments. "Kleos Simplifies Global Contractor Compliance and Cross-Border Payments"
5/5
What do you like best about Kleos?

Due to compliance requirements for different countries and independent contractor bills, there has been a lot of backend admin overhead on us. Kleos alleviates this burden by including our whole distributed workforce management and cross-border payment infrastructure in a single corporate contract. Every billing cycle the payment pipeline settles the payouts in foreign currency in a line. It guarantees 100% unexpected processing delays and hidden conversion mark-ups on all our operational core accounts. We handle your localized worker onboarding documentation so that all your corporate records and compliance with local labour laws are in place from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kleos?

The standard deployment requires some back-and-forth communication with their verification team beforehand to ensure compliance clauses relevant to the region are fully validated before onboarding live contractors. It will be beneficial for self-service developer documentation to contain more detailed technical examples of linking with internal logistical tracking databases by means of the API. The payment processor implementation phases will need to be well-scheduled as part of your initial configuration. However, once configured they do not impact any active payment processing. "Kleos Streamlines Global Contractor Compliance and Cross-Border Payments"
5/5
What do you like best about Kleos?

In the past, compliance and payment overhead behind our technical operations was huge; managing international software engineering contractors across many territories. Kleos manages this complexity by bringing all of our international workforce and independent contractor processes through a single platform under a single corporate agreement. During the monthly engineering payout cycle, cross-border payment architecture works as intended, with no regional payments solutions to manage. Our corporate onboarding flow is fully compliant with changing labor laws thanks to the platform’s automated management of localized independent contractor paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kleos?

Often, it starts with some back and forth with engineering compliance team and full validation of unique regional contract clauses, before onboarding live developers. The self-service developer documentation could do with more in-depth endpoint examples that show how to set up my own backend database connection via the API. Once the particulars are finalized, there will be no payment processing problems with these technical, onboarding steps, but they will take scheduling on our part. "Fast Two-Day Onboarding with Daily Call Reports and Pipeline Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Kleos?

After we started working with them, onboarding was completed within two days, which was a very quick turnaround time. Our SDR team works according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) we have already established. We get call recordings and reports on a daily basis to remain updated on our pipeline. They made certain that we don’t waste our time on unnecessarry lead qualification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kleos?

Since it is a service-based agency, manual effort is required to integrate data directly with our CRM. In addition, from time to time, we have to hold small meetings to update our weekly scripts to keep them in line with certain technical brand terms, which can sometimes be time consuming. "Secure On-Prem Deployment with Powerful Compliance and Audit Analysis"
5/5
What do you like best about Kleos?

The full platform is able to be deployed in our datacentre. Our secure infrastructure guarantees that not even a single transactional file or financial client profile ever leaves. The policy regarding folder separation guarantees that data will not leak between contexts. The analysis module is capable of ingesting an array of different datasets. It can also participate in complex account audit sheets and legal trust agreements. The precise configurable workspace capability lets your compliance and risk teams compare local financial reports against up-to-date regulation guidelines with clear references to source documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kleos?

We need more technical coordination to deploy the system on our int

ernal private architecture than for a simple web application. Querying of deeply nested audit reports or endlessly large high-volume asset sheets can cause a slight indexing overhead before the citations are fully validated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kleos Streamlines Cross-Border Contractor Onboarding and Multi-Currency Payouts"
5/5
What do you like best about Kleos?

Before, our team experienced administrative bottlenecks from the international hiring and monthly disbursements across jurisdictions. Kleos combines multi-country contractor networks and multi-currency pay systems into one trustworthy dashboard governed by one transparent contract. Our cross-border payout system works across every processing cycle, enabling us to send direct foreign currency transfers that do not give rise to any unanticipated processing delays or hidden currency conversion costs. Our legislation stays clean as we onboard contractors thanks to the automatic management of compliance onboarding documents by our platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kleos?

Prior to working with new people, the setup workflow protocols involve

extra coordination for verifying regulatory clauses, which are localized to that region. An addition of more direct technical examples to link internal databases via API on their developer portal would also be an improvement. Once set up, these initial onboarding and integration configurations don’t impact active execution of monthly payments, but require some advance scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kleos Simplifies Global Compliance and Predictable Cross-Border Payments"
5/5
What do you like best about Kleos?

Previously, managing global compliance and monthly payments in different jurisdictions required an administrative jigsaw puzzle of local tools and manual spreadsheets. Kleos takes care of this overhead by bringing all our freelance contractor network into one clear and transparent contract system. Cross-border payments always processes each month in a predictable manner enabling my finance team to disburse the currency without any hidden conversion fees. All standard onboard paperwork is automatically processed with localization to keep our legal clean on Day 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kleos?

In a typical set-up process, their team goes to and fro with the clients to approve certain local compliance clauses before engaging live contractors. The payroll dashboard's self serve API documentation could use more examples for engineering teams who want to link the internal database directly to the dashboard. Onboarding steps like these need to be planned ahead. After being finalized, they do not interfere with disbursement activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
