# How did you handle Kleos onboarding and contract validation for global consultants?

We use Kleos to manage monthly invoicing and cross-border payments for independent marketing consultants and international advisers, and it has reduced admin work while keeping contractor compliance records in one place. The flat fee model also helps avoid surprise conversion charges, and the platform monitors changing local labor regulations. The main challenge was a learning curve plus a lot of back-and-forth during contract clause validation, and our IT team hit roadblocks connecting Kleos with internal scheduling and pipeline tracking tools. How long did setup take for you, and what helped you get integrations and custom agreements approved faster?
