Most importantly, I received great support from the Klea team every time I had specific requests for customization or doubts on how to use it. So far I am extremely satisfied with it and it is fully in line with our expectations and company needs. **What do you dislike about KLEA?** There is nothing I dislike, but only few features that can be improved (e.g. in the reporting phase). As a frequent and expert user of entity management tools, I spot few features which could be improved based, of course, on my personal and company needs and experiences. It is clearly structured and provides all features we need for our legal entity management. The customer support of the KLEA team is awesome and very fast. They are really interested in our view on the application. The implementation was very quick and integration into our system (including single sign on) was no problem at all. We use KLEA globally on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about KLEA?** The reporting features of KLEA are limited and cannot be customized: KLEA exports data into excel sheets and sometimes we would like to see additional information (fields). We need this to further work with these data, e.g. via PowerAutomate or to cereate our own automated lists. However, KLEA has also now provided a solution via API. **What problems is KLEA solving and how is that benefiting you?** With KLEA we get a full overview on our global legal entities. The support team of Klea makes the experience very easy : they are very open to improve the tool, to help you on the day to day, etc. **What do you dislike about KLEA?** For the time being, I don't have anything to mention about that. **What problems is KLEA solving and how is that benefiting you?** I did not have a tool in the past that allowed me to follow the legal corporate changes of the entities of the Group. To follow these changes was therefore very painfull and was a "waste of time". It is easy enough that our non-legal internal stakeholders are pretty much able to find their way around with no or very little training. Also, the support is truly unparalleled. Most issues / problems have been addressed and fixed in a day or less (even on weekends). Improvements and feature requests are truly considered. As a client one really takes part in the product development process. **What do you dislike about KLEA?** There might be room for improvement in the way documents are handled and retrieved, in particular when dealing with a large number of resolutions et al. **Recommendations to others considering KLEA:** Definitely give it a try. **What problems is KLEA solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a simple solution to store, manage and retrieve corporate information of a relavtively large number of entities, which had previously been done without a specialized tool, using a variety of standard office software. We have ensured that corporate housekeeping can be done faster, information is alwas acurate and up to date, and can be retrieved by internal stakeholders themselves without involving the legal department. It is difficult to measure but we have certainly feeling a considerable increase in productivity. ### 15.
