The tool and its interface are very user-friendly and customizable. Most importantly, I received great support from the Klea team every time I had specific requests for customization or doubts on how to use it. There is nothing I dislike, but only few features that can be improved (e.g. in the reporting phase). As a frequent and expert user of entity management tools, I spot few features which could be improved based, of course, on my personal and company needs and experiences. KLEA has a very clean user interface. It is clearly structured and provides all features we need for our legal entity management. The customer support of the KLEA team is awesome and very fast. They are really interested in our view on the application. The implementation was very quick and integration into our system (including single sign on) was no problem at all. The reporting features of KLEA are limited and cannot be customized: KLEA exports data into excel sheets and sometimes we would like to see additional information (fields). We need this to further work with these data, e.g. via PowerAutomate or to cereate our own automated lists. However, KLEA has also now provided a solution via API.
