**What do you like best about Kinective SignPlus?**

The ease of setting up workflows and defining documents for signature makes it very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Kinective SignPlus?**

Not being able to easily update a document within the document management library when there are minor changes. The reporting options within SignPlus need some work to be more user friendly and provide useful information.

**What problems is Kinective SignPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing ways for customers to sign documents electronically both in branch and remotely.
