I wish we had a more direct integration with Active Directory that would remove users from the system when they leave the credit union. We have a backlog of users in the systems so anytime I need to access the user page, it can take an extremely long time to load. A more automated way to clean up "expired" users would be great. The best part about it is the time it saves. Instead of manually clicking and dragging signature boxes onto a long loan document, the software automatically figures out where people need to sign. It also connects directly to major banking systems. This means when a user signs a paper online, our system updates automatically.
