**What do you like best about kim.cc?**

KimCC’s agents have helped us extend our customer service coverage, including weekends, without stretching our internal resources. Their ability to manage a wide variety of inquiries, whether customer support or internal communications, has been invaluable.

I don't have anything I currently dislike about Kim.cc, the service has been fantastic in all areas.

**What problems is kim.cc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially tested KimCC for some temporary holiday coverage, as we didn’t require permanent staff at the time. However, after seeing how seamless and efficient their service was, we decided to engage them on a more regular basis. Their team integrated smoothly with our operations, handling customer inquiries promptly and with great attention to detail.
