Khoros (aka Lithium) used to be an awesome company. For over 20 years, it was a great product and an industry leader. I really liked the staff, the support services, and the product overall. Newer Aurora platform still has its limitations and experiencing occasional growing pains with some integrations. However, our CSM and account team have been very responsive in connecting us with the internal stakeholders who can improve those experiences and they are taking our feedback seriously.
