The little challenge would be the learning curve for new users. Keypup is a powerful tool, but it’s not the most intuitive to pick up initially, especially for those who are more familiar with building dashboards directly in Jira.

There is a bit of a shift in terminology and how data is structured, which can take some time to get used to. It does require a certain level of technical understanding to fully utilise its capabilities. That said, once you get past the learning curve and understand the concepts, it becomes much easier to use and the value of the insights really comes through.

For Improvement, it would be great if we can have:

1. New feature build for automatic notification sent to selected users when certain work items are staying on same lane for over X numbers of days and prompt users to review.

2. Have a flag to display green/amber/red

3. AI assistant to provide automatic insights on flow efficiency as part of coaching Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keypup is extremely flexible in its reporting. Once you get your raw data connected, there is almost nothing it can't do. There is a wealth of tables, charts and other reports available. As Director of a software development team, I use Keypup to report on our work efficiencies to senior managment. Keypup makes this task very simple to produce each week. There is a learning curve to figure out how to build your own insights.
