**What do you like best about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

It is just so easy to use. Other tools we tried were so complicated and had so many features we could never figure out. With KeyMetric, we get most if not all of the same features but it is so easy to find everything and figure out how to use things. And when we have questions the support team is amazing.

**What do you dislike about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

They don't have all the features of other tools, but that is not a bad thing as it helps make the tool easier to use.

**What problems is KeyMetric Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use KeyMetric to track our digital marketing and as part of our referral program to track the performance of our affiliates and referral partners. We get all the information we need broken down into clear reporting and we can provide each affiliate with their own login to view their data. This really helps us to improve our keyword bidding, adjust our campaigns to focus on which ones generate the most inbound leads, and to monitor the performance of our affiliates.

It just works. No outages. No issues with calls. Excellent reporting. Great features. So easy to add and manage numbers for various stores and locations.

**What do you dislike about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

They don't have all the features of some other competitors, but they are things we can easily live without.

We trackin all inbound calls to our locations and to client locations to prove which marketing is generating the best, and most direct-response leads.

**What do you like best about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

The Keymetric dashboard and reports are super easy to use. In addition to the call analytics, we also track all our website engagements and the real-time data is invaluable to helping us maintain timely communications with our customers. They also have the best support team we have ever worked with.

**What do you dislike about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

I wish they would simplify their enterprise API integration a little. Their engineering team was amazing helping us tie into our reporting system though.

**What problems is KeyMetric Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use Keymetric to track inbound phone calls, record calls, and use the transcribed calls to maintain a record. We also use them for fund raising and HR.

I don't have time to sit on analytics all day, so KeyMetric's dashboard and alerts are critical to keeping me productive.

**What do you dislike about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

I want to get my alerts/notifications as webhooks.  KeyMetric says this is coming soon, though.

**What problems is KeyMetric Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to know when our traffic and engagements spike so we can scale appropriately.  KeyMetric keeps me updated when there are noteworthy changes to my analytics.

KeyMetric makes it easy to see where all my traffic and calls are coming from at a glance.  International features are a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

International phone numbers are very expensive, like most call tracking companies.  But I found their international number-less tracking was a great alternative.

**What problems is KeyMetric Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to identify the source and origin of our traffic and calls, and KeyMetric's free product allows us to do that without spending a  lot of money.  As a startup, we need to watch every dollar we spend.  KeyMetric allows us to put more of our budget into marketing and less of our budget into tools and monthly expenses.

**What do you like best about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

I have received excellent and attentive customer service. Our contacts Toni and Jerry have gone above and beyond to answer questions and requests.

**What do you dislike about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

I would like to see a better reporting interface for larger enterprise clients that also includes call recordings. Some of our clients have upwards of 900 locations and multiple channels to track from, currently, we do not have an easy client-facing way to view this data by store location, as well as then connecting this reporting to the call recording files for QA purposes. The client also wants to have some of their team members log in and review call recordings for the same reason, so this would help with that issue.

**What problems is KeyMetric Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better call reporting data across digital advertising and location-based services. Call reporting for QA purposes on behalf of clients and working to train them on how to use the platform as well.

The vacation rental industry requires advertising across a LOT of different sites.  Being able to track where our calls and bookings are coming from is critical for directing our advertising budget.  Keymetric makes it SO easy to add phone numbers and track our different advertising venues.

**What do you dislike about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

Phone support would be nice - but I love that they keep their prices affordable - and their email support does a great job anyway.

**Recommendations to others considering KeyMetric Call Tracking:**

Give Keymetric a try - their entry level package is very affordable and lets you easily setup call tracking.  I was using a different company and paying 3x as much.  I tried Keymetric and loved it - and saved a lot of money in the process.  Setup was easy.  Support was very quick and friendly.

**What problems is KeyMetric Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are discovering which websites and magazines are generating calls and bookings - without this service, we were only really able to track about 20% of our leads (those that filled out forms or emails) or had to harass callers to find out how they found us.  Now we can identify 100% of our customer contacts (phone, email and forms) and what vacation listing sites are driving those customers.

**What do you like best about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

We needed an Enterprise software solution that could manage our multiple locations both nationally as well as globally. The Keymetric software was our answer. We needed the analytics and intelligence that would help us know where to invest our marketing dollars both here and abroad, which saved us money and made us money all at the same time. I was shocked how easy it was to implement the site tag and the amount of information we receive from the tracking code is invaluable to optimizing our campaigns ROAS. In addition to a great product, the Keymetric support team is some of the best I have ever encountered; their expertise and knowledge have proved to be invaluable with our AI-enabled analytics.

**What do you dislike about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

Sometimes they don’t have numbers I need in other countries, and I need to wait a day or two, but that seems to be the norm with everyone.

**What do you like best about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

Keymetric is the only call tracking software we found that can track the phone calls from our marketing campaigns using our OWN phone numbers!! Telephony costs have always been a concern when researching a call tracking company because we have lengthy phone calls that use a lot of minutes. Other call tracking companies' pricing is based on numbers and minutes. With Keymetric numberless call tracking, we could use our own phone numbers and minutes, which made the service affordable for us. Finally... a solution that works and is cost-effective!

**What do you dislike about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

The reporting on the old platform was a bit hard to navigate, but the new platform is excellent and easy to use.

We needed to know where our calls were coming from for our production and marketing efforts. I used KeyMetric at my other job and brought it to my new job.

They are incredibly kind and always work hard to find us the best solution. Most of my communication has been with Jerry and Toni, both of whom are always willng to hop on a call to answer questions right away.

Some of the reporting itself is a little hard to navigate but can be worked around with proper training on the platform.

Working with Jerry & Toni has been great! They're personable as well as very responsive and helpful. For the service itself, it's nice that there is more opportunity and flexibility, compared to other companies. Also, the new numberless tracking shows that KeyMetric listens to their partners/clients, understands their needs, and adapts accordingly.

Since working with KeyMetric, there hasn't been any dislikes/frustrations from me.

Transparent pricing, no contracts (others are terrible about this), good integration features, and the new dashboard is excellent.

**What do you dislike about KeyMetric Call Tracking?**

No real complaints so far. Local numbers of a particular prefix are hard to get in some areas, but that isn't a challenge unique to KeyMetric.  I have used this platform in the past, and it had only gotten better recently.

Clean reporting. After hours call routing. Keyword data. Detailed  call geo-targeting. Amazing customer support. Great pricing.

Can't always get the referring domain for a call if untracked.

**Recommendations to others considering KeyMetric Call Tracking:**

This tool is very good. We also tried their API for Enterprise tracking and it worked well, but we eventually transferred all our numbers to KeyMetric. If you want to tool that is easy to use and will give you the information you need then this is it.

Goal = get more leads & calls from Google & Microsoft paid search campaigns while knowing when & where is best to target our ads. We get all the data we need to make those decisions and have seen substantial improvement in campaign performance.

accuracy of ppc keyword data & match type. Getting referring domain information. scalability.

Old UI is somewhat data. New UI is excellent.

identifying what keywords and media are delivering phone calls. We've been able to improve call conversion success rates substantially without having to spend more on advertising.
