What do you like best about Kenyt?

The real reason we opt for Kenyt chatbot was to decrease the number of calls we receive on a daily basis in the hospital. After opting for Kenyt chatbot, we saw a huge decrease in calls because most of the questions were answered by the chatbot, which also helps in decreasing patients' complaints and improves the conversions of the patients. What do you dislike about Kenyt?

There is only one thing that I dislike and think can be managed by the team: one can't directly add the answer for the unanswered queries and have to mail the team to add the answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
