The automated responses seems like talking with a real person.

So far, I do not have any dislikes about Kenyt.

The Instagram chatbot helps me talk with clients and schedule appointments automatically, even when I am not on the screen. Since I have started using Kenyt, I am seeing a quick increase in the engagement and meeting scheduled.

**What do you like best about Kenyt?**

Kenyt is offering multiple tools and features to assist all the business people in growing there market reach and improving there lead generating and marketing tectics. It includes all the necessary and required tools for the better business reach, and growth on digital platform.
This is a best marketing, sales and engaging software,for smooth and better communciation and connectivity with people. This also helps in increasing customer communication and helping in boosting the leads and custromers engagement.
The customization in this and flexibilty of using Kenyt is so wonderful by all side. All the tools in this are quick to implement, select and fast in response.
The flexibilties and integration/collaboration of this is outstanding, the wonderful capabilties of this tool make it more impressive.
And also the regular OS updates of it, making the workflow more accurate and improving the software workflow.
The data correcting, extracting, and extracting features of it are quite impressive. Mostly all the tools in this are easy and helpful, these are time saving and at the same time cost effective too.

**What do you dislike about Kenyt?**

For the paid marketing on google and the google analytics features is not capable in this software. No google integration or collaboration analytics feature available in this.

**What problems is Kenyt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a complete virtual assisting tool that is helping me and my team to constantly and regularly being connected to the customers , increasing the collaboration and working abilities. The AI features of it helped in quick customer replying. It has all the best working features, that helped us to manage our work and the AI tools made us save our time and grow our business, its data gathering and customer collecting features are amazing for our team.

**What do you like best about Kenyt?**

Indeed, it was quite pleasant that Kenyt’s chatbots were not that difficult to integrate and operate. I could very facilely develop simple spewing for answering common customers’ queries or collecting leads. This allowed me to spend my time on more complicated activities.

**What do you dislike about Kenyt?**

They lacked some sort of overview that would allow me to make the necessary adjustments to the performance of my chatbots. For example, when looking at certain customers, I could not get their path or which parts of the conversation flow taught customers.

**What problems is Kenyt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kenyt was useful in a way that is assisted me in automating a lot of simple discrete customer interactions, time sparing. Quick and easy response to customers’ questions has made them more satisfied with products and services offered.

I am very happy with the results of Kenyt, I used Kenyt to automate my HR tasks. Kenyt helped me to automate tasks such as onboarding and exit interviews, this saved me time and money.

There is no specific reason to dislike although would say that I sometimes find the AI assistant to be a bit more chatty., I know it is trying to help me better.

**What do you like best about Kenyt?**

The real reason we opt for Kenyt chatbot was to decrease the number of number we receive on daily basis in the hospital,after opting for Kenyt chatbot we saw a huge amount of decrease in calls because most of the questions were answered by the chatbot ,which also helps in decreasing patients complaints and improves the conversions of  the patients

**What do you dislike about Kenyt?**

there is only onething that i dislike and think can me managed by the team is , One cant directly add the answer for the unanswered queries and have to mail the team to add the answer.

we have managed to reduce the number of calls,now most of the questions are answered by the chatbot at the website.
