KentMora.com Reviews & Provider Details

I build revenue engines, not just campaigns. Over 25 years, I have led marketing organizations for growth-stage and PE-backed consumer brands, turning around underperforming businesses and scaling high-growth companies through disciplined capital allocation and rigorous execution. My foundation as a former CFO for a $150M DTC company gives me a commercial lens most marketing executives lack. I operate in unit economics, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and business outcomes, seamlessly bridging the gap between marketing, finance, and operations. Based in Southern California, I have a proven track record of bicoastal and national leadership. I am highly flexible and fully equipped for extensive travel or hybrid commuting, having previously managed full-time roles in NYC and New Jersey on rapid-rotation travel schedules. ► RECENT SCALE & IMPACT: • SHEEX: Increased DTC revenue by 156% in under a year while leading the company's national television launch and managing the process that secured a $1M private equity investment. • EFFICIENCY: Improved marketing efficiency by 40% and reversed declining pipelines through full-funnel digital and omnichannel transformation. • CHANNELS: Scaled multimillion-dollar campaigns across digital, TV/CTV, and Amazon while maintaining profitable unit economics and strong marketing efficiency ratios (MER). ► HOW I PARTNER WITH FOUNDERS & PRIVATE EQUITY: I thrive in high-stakes environments where the path isn't obvious, navigating rapid growth, turnarounds, market shifts, or preparing brands for an investment or exit. I build the foundational infrastructure (teams, tech stacks, attribution models, and data processes) that allows consumer brands to scale sustainably without breaking. ► CORE COMPETENCIES & ALGORITHMIC SEARCH INDEX: Fractional CMO Strategy • DTC, D2C, & B2C Ecommerce Scale • Performance Marketing • Brand Strategy • Paid Social • SEM • Programmatic Advertising • TV/CTV Ads • Amazon Ecosystem • Lifecycle & Email Marketing • MarTech Stack Optimization • Attribution Modeling • Board & Investor Relations krm@kentmora.com | www.KentMora.com | (949) 230-6942
