**What do you like best about Kennect?**

Great Product to manage sales incentives. Customer support is the best time to execute any changes. The platform itself is a no-code platform, making it easier for us to collect sales incentives

No complaints so far. It is an excellent product. It can have better UI in some features. Amazing team, so no complaints! Compared to others, Kennect is really innovative and the easiest to work with!

**What problems is Kennect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kennect Sales Compensation Management has enhanced the way I manage sales compensation. The software is user-friendly, and efficient, and helps me keep track of sales performance and compensation plans. It has made my job as a Sales Incentive Administrator much easier and more manageable.

The application name is  Kennect and it's a very innovative app.It helps the clients in various way and it serves good number of purposes.It has variety of features like it describes about the sales activities,incentives activities and so on.It is very beneficial app to all the employees.So I recommend this app to be used by all our employees and clients.

**What do you like best about Kennect?**

The platform is easy to use with a friendly UI/UX. That makes the overall purpose hassle free, improving productivity and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Kennect?**

Since its a new concept, it requires some handholding and training. There is also constant fear of lags and data security, which I'm hopeful will not erode its adoption.

**What problems is Kennect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helps in getting 360 view of sales performance and right incentive planning, to boost productivity and efficiency of the team.

**What do you like best about Kennect?**

With Kennect's help, we have eliminated the need for shadow accounting by Sales Managers for their and team’s incentive calculations. It also provides us with real-time performance visibility for each individual and ties that with their earnings which in turn helps them understand their gaps and where they need to focus more to maximize their earnings.

Automation of incentives has also reduced the time spent by Sales Operations teams. It took us around 2 months to implement the system with integrations to multiple systems for close to 7000 of our sales team.

**What do you dislike about Kennect?**

Nothing specific. Their support teams are prompt in addressing any issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Kennect:**

Initially, we were skeptical about the offerings and the efficacy of the system, but now that we have implemented the systems, Kennect has delivered everything that they pitched. Our manual incentive-related tasks have been reduced and the sales operations teams can spend more time on designing the incentive plans rather than the implementation.

**What problems is Kennect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to do manual incentive calculations which led to errors and delays in the final payouts. This is one of the main issues that we tackled with the help of Kennect. Moreover, the time that was spent in shadow accounting by Sales Managers and teams is now saved and they can focus on other important tasks.

**What do you like best about Kennect?**

The platform is quite flexible and adaptive. It can accommodate complex scenarios and plans that may differ even at an individual level. I particularly like their query management module that enables the reps to raise queries from within the app itself and also provides the management with the context of that particular query. The nudge feature is also a great way to keep the reps in line with their planning.

**What do you dislike about Kennect?**

Although most visualizations are supported in Kennect, we would have liked it if they could add more designs as per our preference. We requested them to do it and have agreed to include it in their product roadmap.

**What problems is Kennect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apart from the other benefits, the main issue that Kennect helped us in solving is the minimization of payout errors. In uncertain times, with ever-changing incentive plans, we needed a platform that could convey the changes in the incentive plans with a few clicks. Kennect's modern solution played an instrumental role in doing the same.

**What do you like best about Kennect?**

Kennect's platform is an easy-to-use software that needs minimal time to get acquainted with. The non-technical scenario builder makes it convenient to build scenarios by ourselves without needing any help. Their support team usually answers the queries in the decided windows. Their simulator feature has helped our reps to choose a target and then work on it. The same has reflected in the performance of some of our representatives.

**What do you dislike about Kennect?**

They can inform us in advance if they are updating the app or running scheduled maintenance. However, they have started to inform about such events.

**What problems is Kennect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to do all the tasks manually and much of my team's time was consumed in doing repetitive work. Kennect has made it possible for us to avoid doing this repetitive work. For an organization as big as us, this saved 1000s of productive hours.

**What do you like best about Kennect?**

Kennect provides detailed sales and incentive reports for managers for in-depth analysis. They are also helping us with Sales Data Attribution to Reps and Managers based on specific business logic. We saw above 95% engagement rate across hierarchies on the sales and incentive tracking module compared to 60% in the previous system.

**What do you dislike about Kennect?**

Nothing as far as sales incentives are concerned.

**What problems is Kennect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Change in the billing system to SAP mandated creation of new Sales Tracking platform. We were also finding it difficult to maintain special orders with discounts – Creation, Approval Flow, and Posting to SAP. Kennect helped us with both the challenges.

We have witnessed increased user awareness on their incentive earning potential which used to be a major pain area for us.This has resulted into increased motivation and productivity from field users. We had complex integrations and I thought that it'd take a great deal of time in implementing them. However, Kennect was able to deliver it on time and handled the complex integrations swiftly. Their system can easily pull data out of any source and this is a big relief for my team. Kennect is a one-stop solution for all our incentives implementation-related tasks.

**What do you dislike about Kennect?**

It'd be better if they tell us about the new features that they are working on. We can let them know our additional company-specific needs.

**What problems is Kennect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data integration from different sources seemed like a long tiresome process but Kennect's system can handle these integrations without any problem. I was uncertain if they can be a one-stop solution for all incentives-related tasks as far as the IT part is concerned but they were able to pull it off before the deadline.

There are three things particularly that we like about Kennect : 
- Integration with our systems to pull all the required information 
- Speed and accuracy of calculated incentives 
- Incentive planner for field force and real-time tracking against it 

And not to mention their support, which is always very prompt and helpful

Not much to dislike with the platform Kennect has.

Through Kennect, We are giving our Sales Team an accurate and latest view of their performance and earned incentives. Reps/Managers are able to estimate their current earnings and know what to work on to earn more, and this allows for transparency across the board.

- Saving a ton of manual work in calculations and analysis 
- Reducing the number of queries we would get from sales and an opportunity to address them before the payouts

Kennect has a very sleek incentive module which handles most complex of our incentive plans across 3000+ sales team members

We stared with the Incentive solution which has made the user aware of his incentive earning potential which was earlier our major pain area. Now seeing the incentives which they can earn, has motivated the field users to push themselves to perform and achieve their budgets and earn these handsome incentives. This in turn has given a boost to productivity and has direct impact on company performance.

**What do you like best about Kennect?**

Kennect's swift implementation stood up to the commitments that they made during the deal. It provides full transparency to the admins and the users as well which in turn solves the problems with disbursements and sales tracking. Kennect has helped all our sales team remain at top of their incentive earnings. They are now aware of the incentive that they have earned and can identify the gaps in their performance. With incentive statements generated in Kennect at the end of incentive cycles, the reps also know their actual earnings in detail. This has reduced the incentive queries and disputes by almost 90%.

There were some issues related to navigation in the dashboard but they rectified it at our request.

**What do you like best about Kennect?**

The app is easy to navigate and generates accurate and insightful reports. Kennect's platform reduced the manager’s and sales operations team’s effort significantly and increased engagement rate across the hierarchy. They eased my approach to build new incentive plans in the system. It helped us going from no incentive visibility to full transparency of incentive payouts at the senior management level. Their active support team helped with all the issues that were faced during the process.

Some improvements in the UI and agility with an increase in the dataset's row count will be helpful.

**What do you like best about Kennect?**

The flexibility of the Kennect system makes it easier to set any sales incentive plan as per our use and modify it whenever needed. Kennect's fast onboarding and implementation have distinguished them from the other products that I had inquired about. The rollout was done in less than 45 days for a user base of more than 1000 reps. Their pricing is reasonable and covers the requirements of my organization. Their support team is always approachable and never fails to attend to any issue.

Initially, we faced some problems while navigating through the app but it was solved immediately.

Customizing the sales incentive plans as per our need was the primary issue that we were facing and Kennect helped us in mitigating it.

- Calculation of incentives (moved away from excel to system completely) 
- Auditable output (no need to store and share incentive related data on email / local machines) 
- Analytics helps us understand impact of incentive plans (earlier, we were doing all analysis on excel)

**What do you like best about Kennect?**

Kennect's commission calculator is a convenient tool to generate error-free incentive reports for the entire sales team of our organization. It eliminates the risk of overpayments and conflicts related to underpayment. It takes just a couple of clicks to calculate incentives and generate reports with detailed information. Their support team responds quickly to address any query.

**What do you dislike about Kennect?**

I'd suggest a few improvements in UI like the ability to customize design filters in dataset visualization.

**What problems is Kennect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problems were with designing commission structures and with Kennect it is very easy to design commission schemes as per our requirements on an ongoing basis. Every payment is traceable with proper audit logs. Custom reports help to obtain data in the required format.

Not much to dislike in the tool as it has all bases covered from Sales team perspective to Admin functionalities

Manual upload of data. I guess, once we decide to integrate our CRM platform, that will go away

If you are looking at a solution, which can help you fully automate your incentive payout calculation with detailed logs, Kennect is one of the good solutions out there.

**What problems is Kennect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we implemented Kennect, the sales operations team used to spend hours working on excel sheet for each team for incentive payouts. It used to sometimes result in errors and a lot of back and forth with the field teams. 

With Kennect, the sales incentive plans, however complex they are, gets configured. All we have to do is maintain the right masters and download and verify the calculations before sharing with Finance. We rarely find any error in the output and have reduced our effort by more than 80%

**What do you like best about Kennect?**

I find it very easy to operate. It provides Sales data attribution to reps and managers based on specific business logic and gives real-time sales vs target report with growth visibility for the team. This overall helps in obtaining detailed sales and incentive reports for managers for in-depth analysis. Kennect was able to go live in 40 days from the kickoff date with integration, sales performance management, incentive automation, and reporting module.

I wish the tool could export reports quicker when the row count exceeds a certain number.

We were doing manual incentive calculations which were leading to errors and delays in payouts. Also, we were facing problems with special orders with discounts – Creation, Approval Flow, and Posting to SAP. Kennect solved both the issues.
