Karla Reviews & Product Details

Karla is the post-purchase experience platform for DTC e-commerce brands. We take care of everything that happens after checkout: branded tracking pages in the brand’s own look and feel, proactive shipping notifications via email, SMS and WhatsApp, and AI-powered support automation that answers “Where is my order?” questions before they reach the inbox, cutting delivery-related tickets by up to 75%. Karla also turns the time between purchase and delivery into a revenue channel, with one-click post-purchase upsells and product recommendations on the tracking page. With Resolve, returns and exchanges run through the same flow. Karla integrates with Shopify and the major carriers, is an official DHL partner and a K5 Commerce Award winner 2026. Brands across Germany, Austria and Switzerland use Karla to reduce WISMO tickets, earn revenue after checkout and turn delivery into a reason to buy again.
