I like that I can see all my team and their work in Karbon. It's helpful to do e-signatures and send them to my clients. Recording my work, sending out emails, and keeping track of job statuses for lodgments are really convenient with Karbon. It's efficient and productive, giving us more value for money. I would love to have a better to-do list. I also would prefer to have a search functionality or, like, filtering in the triage. It would be great to filter per email address similar to Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Karbon allows us to request info directly from the client and send tasks to them automatically. The workflows are easy to use. I love using the templates feature so we don't have to reinvent the wheel every time a task comes along. It allows us to have repeatable consistent workflows that take the mental load off of our staff.

Karbon Time doesn't allow you to track start and end times for time entries. This is a vital feature that we need for our time tracking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that it is an all-in-one software, I can email and manage jobs, timesheets all from the same place. It has a website and phone app so I can access it from anywhere as well.

Relatively easy to use UI.

I appreciate Karbon's ease of use and how the most commonly used features are easily accessible. I find it easy to save information to client and work timelines and to follow standardized, repeatable work templates. The triage system is useful and easy to navigate, and internal communication via notes helps keep my email inbox from becoming cluttered. Karbon's newer features and integrations are heavily focused on the US market but I'm based in Canada so can't use them all. It can be hard to find some features that are less at the forefront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The navigation and different ways to view work or client information is very intuitive and seamless. I love the my week view to keep track of my schedule, Triage is easy to see things that require my attention and it is easy to move to my week, and the work view has so many variables to sort on that it is hard to not find a view that is helpful. The contacts view is not great. I am not sure why I can download a file of contact info with way more information and the view within Karbon has none of that information. Would love a view that is similar to the Work view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dev team at KarbonHQ clearly are NOT complement as they are still adding new features and improving existing ones. This is a full suite for professional services businesses with time-keeping and invoicing, a very natural pairing. There is an easy visibility to see all the work items, who they are assigned to, and how long an item has been in a status. I like the fact that you can create different types of queues for any work template/item that you may add for a client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no automations throughout a work item that would update the client that 'X' task has been complete. Having to manually send these out can be a bottleneck and it can slow the process down when you are working on numerous work items at the same time.

Sometimes the automations get very confusing, given there are the "standard" ones you would find in your settings, as well as the work item and within each section. I've had a few occasions that the automations in the settings mess with the ones in the work item. This could be user error, but I wish it was easier to see all the automations and to know which is causing the confusion.
