Kanera Reviews & Product Details

Kanera is a work management platform that combines familiar project boards with cross-project visibility, structured reporting, and a clear record of changes. Create standalone boards for independent workflows, or group related boards in workspaces with shared lists, labels, custom fields, templates, and automations. Plan work in Kanban, Table, Calendar, and Timeline/Gantt views. My Cards brings personal assignments together across accessible boards. Team Cards and Team overview help coordinators review workload and progress, while Up next provides a ranked queue of assigned work across projects. Connect dependencies across boards, map blockers, and identify ready-to-start work. Timeline planning shows critical paths, working-day slack, and scheduling conflicts. Time in Progress tracks working hours spent in active workflow stages. Review delivery through Work Done reports and attributed activity. Timestamped card history and description diffs help teams understand who changed what. Table reporting supports filtering, grouping, totals, averages, breakdowns, and Excel or JSON exports. Bring existing AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Copilot, and Cursor through MCP, the official CLI, or REST API. OAuth-connected agents have clear attribution, while live agent runs show ongoing work, waiting states, and outcomes directly on cards. Keep context alongside tasks with rich descriptions, assignable checklists, sub-checklists, comments, attachments, shared notes, and a private Scratchpad. Global search, private reminders, and configurable notifications help people stay focused. Import Trello boards, CSV files, or Kanera archives. Pro adds one-way board syncing, board-scoped guests, custom webhooks, unattended agents, and Slack, Discord, Telegram, and Zulip destinations. Kanera is available as a hosted service or self-hosted with Docker Compose under Elastic License 2.0. It supports desktop and mobile browsers, installation as a PWA, offline browsing of cached boards, and 11 interface language options.
