Coworkers used any combination of text, email, chats, meetings, and verbal discussions, and it became impossible to track the status of a project or the latest instructions to complete it. In Kanban Tool, each task has it's own running "chat" that also includes automatic updates, such as when a task category is changed or reassigned to someone.
