I like that it keeps task management inside Gmail, where most of our work starts. I’ve been using Kanban Tasks for about 10 months across multiple client teams, and it’s one of the few setups that doesn’t turn into a mess once you’re juggling more than one group. The big win is turning an email thread into a card and moving it across a simple flow like To Do, Doing, Waiting, Done. The email context stays attached (subject + link back to the original email), so I’m not copying things into a separate tool or losing track of where the request came from.
