**What do you like best about Kana AI Copilot?**

I like that it's note taker is very apt and grounded in the session. I also like the preview of client profiles that they provide including the pre-session briefs as it helps me to save a lot of time.

I dont dislike anything about Kana AI Copilot yet.

**What problems is Kana AI Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of taking notes in between sessions. It is also helping me save a lot of time on documentation and reviewing charts before and after the session. Along with this, it also provides a detailed analysis of the client history that makes it easier to claim insurances.
