**What do you like best about K1 PreOrder Now & Deposit?**

We are using the K1 preorder app since several months. The evolution is great, but was stable right from the beginning. The support is outstanding and unique. The UI is very well thought out. Multilingual support is perfectly integrated. The settings aren’t overloaded, but are focused precisely on what matters to us as users. The app is a welcome exception to the norm: here, the developers have really put the users first. With other apps, it’s the users who have to adapt to the programmers.

**What do you dislike about K1 PreOrder Now & Deposit?**

The speed at which new, exceptional features are integrated is impressive, and they all run smoothly right from the start. Suggestions from us as users are always given careful consideration and are often implemented very promptly. That’s simply brilliant.

**What problems is K1 PreOrder Now & Deposit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have over 1,000 products in our shop, each with different variants. Some of our customers’ orders contain several hundred items. The K1 app works very reliably in this regard. Our customers can choose whether they would like to place an additional order for items that are out of stock. This improves the customer experience and ensures that we do not lose customers or revenue due to items being out of stock.
