**What do you like best about JustReply?**

Not having to download another piece of software to be able to take care of customers as an organization.

**What do you dislike about JustReply?**

Some of the features seem like they would fit better outside of slack, but even that is more of a preference.

**What problems is JustReply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team and I don't have to leave slack to respond to clients, customers, and members of our organization.

The best past about this tool is it integrated with Slack!

Nothing as such but want to integrate with social media platforms.
