JRO will provide standardized templates for outreach that are informative for beginners. (I personally do not use templates) They offer a feed and a database for podcasts and journalists relating to whatever keyword you are looking for. So f.e. "hair lotion" will show you journalists who have recently written/blogged about it, and allow you to contact them. **What do you dislike about JustReachOut?** As much as the general idea is promising (all in one software for lead gen/outreach/media database), as limited are options when you are searching for international (aka mainland European) media leads. I was specifically looking for media in the D-A-CH region, and the results werent great. We have a European NGO project, and needed European contacts. Eventually, we researched and built our own database. **What problems is JustReachOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used JRO on a trial base to look for some British media leads, specifically in podcasts. For the US and UK, the software is quite useful. We ended up with maybe 20 contacts, which was ok since it was for free, but we would have been very willing to use their paid service had the results been more promising. ### 2. This service has it all ready for you - a very complete database! **What do you dislike about JustReachOut?** For me it was a bit difficult to find the right outlets, as I am working in a very specific and small niche. Every niche that is a little broader should get much value out of it! **Recommendations to others considering JustReachOut:** Use the help offered by Dimitry and you will be lead to success! **What problems is JustReachOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** If you utilize the platform right and take the help Dimitry and his team offers very kindly, you can do your press work in a very short time, highly efficient. ### 3. Dmitry and his team have a wealth of experience and do an excellent job of imparting their PR wisdom. I'm continually amazed at how the platform continues to evolve. This is way more than just a database of contacts. **What do you dislike about JustReachOut?** Nothing. They're doing a great job at improving the platform, making it far more powerful than it was only a few months ago. **Recommendations to others considering JustReachOut:** Try the platform and decide if you're comfortable using their workflow. PR usually takes time before you start seeing results. Although there are some quick wins you can get using the platform. **What problems is JustReachOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a content strategist with limited experience in PR and no budget to hire a PR firm. JustReachOut has been helpful in MarketMuse securing numerous PR mentions and guest posts. ### 4. I'll forget about them and they'll reach out for a meeting to make our PR campaigns better. They just rock. **What do you dislike about JustReachOut?** Really nothing. If you have the time and expertise to do PR yourself, that may be an option, but since we have neither JustReachOut is a good (and reasonably priced) option. **What problems is JustReachOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am amazed at the results JustReachOut has helped us achieve. I’m on “autopilot” - and legit journalists are responding to me based on the efforts of the team. In the first couple of months we’ve guest posted twice in major industry trade journals and had interviews and press mentions with several others. I very highly recommend JustReachOut. ### 5. Wow! There was a time when JRO had minor issues, but they have done a great job of addressing them all.
