## About Jurist Biro
Jurist Biro is HR software for employers in Serbia, built around a simple idea: the employee record and the paperwork that comes out of it belong in the same place. Most companies keep the record in a spreadsheet, the contracts in a folder of scanned PDFs and the hours in a third file, and spend real time reconciling the three. Jurist Biro holds one personnel file per employee — personal and employment data, job position, organizational unit, salary and employment history — with every document ever issued attached to it. Document generation is what the product is usually bought for. Employment contracts, contract annexes, leave decisions and certificates are produced from lawyer-drafted templates that an administrator can edit. Employee and employer details are written into the text automatically, so nothing is retyped and no clause is copied wrong. Each generated document stays attached to the employee with its change history, which means the current version of a contract is never a matter of opinion.
