"Versatile for Live and Recorded Meetings, but Pricey and Harder to Use"

What do you like best about Jump?

The fact that I can use it with multiple meeting types. I use it for live zoom meetings but also am able to download recordings of meetings and put them into zoom as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jump?

It is very expensive compared to the other competitors out there. It is also becoming harder to use. The interface needs improvement as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
