"Innovative Note-Taking Tool with Seamless CRM Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Jump?

I love that Jump keeps innovating with new features that make life easier. The note-taking capability is great and on point, and I find the integration with my CRM incredibly useful. The feature that allows me to create forms for clients to fill out, which then syncs with my CRM and provides a PDF version, is awesome. I'm excited about the continual improvements and new features that Jump adds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jump?

It'd be nicer if the forms could be a little bit more user-friendly. A little bit more updated would be great. Also, it would be great if you can actually turn the forms into embedded URLs to put on websites, which would be useful for advisors like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saves Tons of Time with Clear Notes, To-Dos, and Meeting Prep"
5/5
What do you like best about Jump?

As a sole practitioner it saves a lot of time and does my follow up better than I ever did. Clear review notes, to-dos and meeting prep great value for low cost. It saves me hours of administrative work each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jump?

When a call fails due to user error or interruption, I end up with two different halves of a meeting recorded. I don't think there's a way to stitch them together. Additionally, I once forgot to turn off a manual recording and ended up capturing a conversation with my assistant as well as a TV program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Transcriptions and Easy Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Jump?

I love that Jump is a really big time saver for me. I can record transcriptions from meetings and phone calls and get them quickly and easily into our CRM, meaning I don't have to type notes manually. Its interface is easy to use; with just a click of a button, I'm off and running. I love it, and the ease of use is tremendous. Integrating Jump into Zoom meetings works great, and I love how smoothly it functions. Even the initial setup was quite easy, and I'm not terribly tech savvy, so it was pretty smooth. What do you dislike about Jump?

I find it a bit difficult to invite Jump to join phone calls because it interrupts the conversation, so I haven’t used that feature. It involves a level of difficulty that might be an area for improvement. Other than that, I'm quite satisfied with Jump. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Glitchy Performance and Client Name Errors Hold Back Meeting Note Time Savings"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Jump?

Time savings on meeting notes and the ability to capture the full meeting, rather than relying on handwritten notes or trying to remember everything discussed. This would allow for more complete and consistent documentation while giving us more time to focus on the client during the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jump?

The program is glitchy. Sometimes it drops meetings or won’t start at all. We have Jump linked to Redtail, and I’m surprised by how many errors it makes with client names, even though it’s connected to the client profile. Wish we could get the notes in a better format Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jump Delivers Excellent Meeting Notes and a Truly Collaborative Support Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Jump?

What I like best about Jump is that it not only reduces the administrative burden of meetings through high-quality notes, action items, and meeting summaries, but also that the Jump team is highly engaged with customer feedback. They have been willing to partner with us, listen to our unique business needs, and work collaboratively on enhancements that better align the platform with our advisory and operational workflows. This collaborative approach has made adoption much easier and has helped ensure the product evolves in a way that supports our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jump?

I don't have any significant dislikes about the platform. One piece of feedback is related to how Jump appears when it joins a meeting. In smaller meetings with only a few participants, the Jump image can feel somewhat prominent on the screen and can be a distraction for attendees. It would be nice to have the option for Jump to appear only in the participant list, or with a more subtle visual presence, particularly for smaller meetings. "Time-Saving and Accurate, But Needs Better Voice Recognition"
5/5
What do you like best about Jump?

I really like that Jump allows me to focus on my clients during meetings by capturing details and taking accurate, detailed notes, which I might otherwise miss. The follow-up emails it generates and its data categorization are very helpful for documenting suitability and financial needs, and this saves me a vast amount of time. Additionally, Jump's ability to sync with Redtail and work seamlessly with my email is a big plus for me as a financial planner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jump?

Some of the voice recognition is not the best. Some of the mutual fund ticker symbols get garbled in translation, and I have to go back in and fix those. Sometimes the summary email is completely off. Additionally, I don't like the technology update that they have done. It used to be very easy to see the to-dos that were outstanding or meeting notes that have been or need to be filed. As it stands currently, I have to go back through each meeting and make sure the to-dos, the tasks, and notes have been filed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saves Hours with Seamless Meeting Summaries"
5/5
What do you like best about Jump?

I love how Jump saves me a lot of time every single day, it's unbelievable the number of hours I've recaptured for my business. The software creates a concise, meaningful, and well-written summary of my meetings, automatically integrates this information into my CRM, and identifies tasks for both me and my clients. It also provides a summary email to send after meetings, and all of this is completed in five to ten minutes, saving me approximately three hours each time. The initial setup was extremely easy, even for someone like me who isn't that technologically competent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jump?

I have a hard time using Jump when I'm working with clients on phone calls. I feel less comfortable adding Jump to the call to record the conversation, even though I'm sure it's seamless. Honestly, I haven't tried it much, and probably should, so I would feel more confident using it then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps Me Present in Client Conversations with Seamless Wealthbox Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Jump?

I like how it's allowed me to be more present in my client conversations. I've been able to focus more on their emotions and their reactions to the advice instead of focusing on making sure that I capture the details of our conversation. The integration with Wealthbox allows me to foward my meeting notes directly to my CRM without having to do much except confirm the data. The performance of the program is nice since even if I lose connection the recording is saved in the cloud so that next time I have connection I can reconnect to process the notes. The AI is very impressive in picking up context clues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jump?

I dislike the limitations my firm puts on the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Time Saver for Client Meeting Documentation"
4/5
What do you like best about Jump?

What I like best about Jump is how much time it saves after meetings. It captures the details of client conversations, organizes them into a format that's easy to review, and helps ensure important planning items don't get missed. It allows me to spend more time focused on the client during meetings instead of taking extensive notes, while still having a solid record of the discussion afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jump?

The biggest challenge has been the time and effort required to customize Jump to match our exact workflow and note-taking style. While the platform is powerful, it can take a lot of trial and error to get the outputs formatted exactly how we want them, and we're still refining that process. Once customized, it provides a lot of value, but getting to that point has required a significant investment of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Notetaking, Steep Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Jump?

I really like that Jump provides a to-do list for tasks that I have to complete. It allows me to go back and refer to that list to get things done after meetings. I also appreciate that Jump provides notes from every meeting, which makes it easier for me to remember and recall the discussions, even if tasks are not assigned. The initial setup was very easy, and getting a login was simple, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jump?

It was pretty difficult for me to learn how to use it at first. And I do see that sometimes the voice recognition doesn't pick up the words that I'm saying properly. But, honestly, outside of that, I really don't have anything to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
