**What do you like best about jPlayer?**

The best part is that you can customize it, as it has a large library with a wide range of options. It is compatible with most multimedia formats. It works on web browsers and mobile devices.

**What do you dislike about jPlayer?**

Although not for everyone, it could be considered a disadvantage that: 
It requires having some knowledge of JavaScript. 
At first, customization may seem difficult due to the large number of options available in the library.

**What problems is jPlayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of audio and video streaming services from YouTube channel to training websites. This way, students remain on the same website during the course process.
