I use Josys and find the unmanaged ID feature particularly useful. It clearly identifies unused accounts and also identifies remaining accounts of former employees, making it easier to deal with them. Furthermore, I find the ease of investigation very good, which is one of the reasons I will consider purchasing it again and again. However, by checking Josys, it's easier to grasp the overall situation, which helps prevent oversights. Depending on the services being integrated, it may take time for information to be reflected, or the cause of errors may be difficult to understand. Since it may ultimately be necessary to check in the management screens of each service, it would be even more user-friendly if the integration status and error details were displayed more clearly.
