## About Josys
Josys is a modern AI-native identity security and governance platform. Enterprise AI adoption has made identity the fastest-growing attack surface — and the hardest to govern. Josys discovers, governs, and secures every identity - human, machine, and AI agent - across every application in the enterprise. Built on policy-led governance, Josys lets security and IT teams define access policies once and enforce them autonomously: risk is surfaced, access is controlled, and identity threats are remediated in real time, without manual oversight. ## Josys Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined User-SaaS Mapping and Account Management in Josys

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Clear visibility of user-SaaS mapping & direct account management from the dashboard
I really appreciate how clearly Josys visualizes which SaaS applications are assigned to each user. Furthermore, for integrated apps, we can issue (provision) and revoke (deprovision) accounts directly from the Josys dashboard. This eliminates the need to log into each individual SaaS application, significantly streamlining our account management workflow.

Linking devices (IT assets) directly with user accounts
Being able to view and manage hardware assets (like PCs) alongside user account information on a single dashboard has significantly reduced the stress of updating our asset ledgers. Yes, Josys is definitely worth the price. It has eliminated a lot of manual administrative work and reduced security risks from forgotten accounts, which saves our team a substantial amount of time. Considering the efficiency gains and peace of mind, we feel we are getting great value for our investment. Yes, Josys is definitely worth the price. It has eliminated a lot of manual administrative work and reduced security risks from forgotten accounts, which saves our team a substantial amount of time. Considering the efficiency gains and peace of mind, we feel we are getting great value for our investment.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Expanding the library of integrated SaaS applications
While integrations with major SaaS tools work seamlessly, it would be even better to see expanded API support for niche software and local Japanese applications.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Josys, we manually tracked employee SaaS usage and device assignments using spreadsheets. This process was time-consuming and carried security risks, such as outdated information and missed account deprovisioning during offboarding.

Josys has solved this by centralizing all user-to-SaaS and user-to-device mappings onto a single, clear dashboard, dramatically reducing the stress and burden of manual updates. Additionally, being able to issue and revoke accounts directly from the Josys interface eliminates the need to log into multiple individual services, saving us a substantial amount of administrative effort and time.

  ### 2. Centralized SaaS Visibility for Account and License Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

What I like about Josys is that it allows us to review our SaaS applications, user accounts, and license status in one place. Since this information would otherwise be spread across multiple services, Josys makes it easier to understand our overall management status.

It is particularly useful for checking accounts during employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers, as well as for identifying unnecessary accounts and unused licenses. It does not automate every aspect of SaaS management, but it is a useful tool for maintaining visibility across our SaaS environment.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

One area for improvement is that the amount of information available and the level of automation vary depending on the SaaS application being integrated. For some services, we still need to check the original administration console or complete certain tasks manually, so not every aspect of SaaS management can be handled entirely within Josys.

There are also times when synchronized data is not reflected immediately, which means we may need to check the original SaaS application when we need the latest information. Josys would be more useful if it supported a wider range of services and offered more consistent integration capabilities.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys helps us address the challenge of maintaining visibility into the SaaS applications, user accounts, and licenses used across our organization.

Previously, we needed to check the administration console of each SaaS application separately. With Josys, it is easier to review the overall status in one place. It is particularly useful for checking accounts belonging to former employees, accounts that have not been used for a long time, and licenses that may no longer be necessary.

As a result, it has made our account management review process more efficient and helps reduce the risk of missed actions and unnecessary licenses.

  ### 3. Reduced Manual IT Workload by 95% with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katsuhiko W. | IT Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

What I like best about Josys is its incredibly user-friendly UI, which makes daily operations a breeze. The comprehensive automation features have significantly reduced our manual workload. Additionally, IT inventory management and auditing have become so much easier, and detecting shadow IT is now simple and efficient. It's truly a game-changer for our IT team.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

While the overall platform is highly efficient, it often falls short on the finer details. Managing complex workflows or edge-case license assignments requires manual workarounds, as the tool lacks deeper customization options. We hope to see more flexibility for enterprise-level operations in future updates.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys has solved the massive bottleneck of manual IT administration. By automating account provisioning and deprovisioning during onboarding and offboarding, and by systemizing our IT inventory management, we have successfully reduced our operational workload by an incredible 95%. It has completely transformed our IT operations.

  ### 4. Better Account Offboarding and Efficient Inventory via Surveys

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yohei K. | Infrastructure Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Josys has become essential for our IT asset and SaaS account management. When we performed our first account inventory last year, the survey feature was a game-changer. It allowed us to streamline the communication with employees and finish the task much more efficiently than expected.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

In the PC asset registration page, the "Manufacturing Information" category is somewhat ambiguous. I found myself hesitating over what data to input there, so adding tooltips or clearer instructions would be very helpful.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The operation for interviewing employees and collecting their responses during inventory audits has significantly improved. By moving our PC asset management from spreadsheets to a web-based system, we have successfully reduced data entry errors. Furthermore, Josys has helped us minimize oversight in deleting accounts for former employees, ensuring tighter security.

  ### 5. Josys Delivers Full SaaS Visibility, Automated Access, and Strong Governance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Josys gave us real visibility into our SaaS footprint. It syncs with our identity provider to map every authorized app, catches shadow IT our old tools never flagged, and even surfaces bots and AI agents touching our systems. That alone changed how I answer questions on risk exposure.

Onboarding and offboarding now run on autopilot, with access provisioned and revoked automatically by role and department, approvals routed by risk level, and app roles mapped cleanly into RBAC. Usage analytics helped us cut idle and orphaned licenses, and finance gets a clean spend breakdown by department instead of chasing invoices.

Security ties directly to identity. Compromised credentials surface instantly against real employee access, privilege creep gets caught early, and the platform can auto suspend access or enforce MFA the moment something looks off. Access reviews that once took weeks now run as structured surveys with a clean, exportable audit trail.

Device inventory sits in the same view as app access, covering everything from laptops to mobile across the fleet, with refresh alerts and clean recovery built into offboarding so nothing goes missing.

Integrations are where it really pulls ahead. Native connections into our identity provider, HR system, and MDM tools cover the backbone, and hundreds of single click integrations across collaboration, dev, CRM, and IAM tools keep usage data current without any manual syncing. For the handful of niche vendor apps our other tools never supported, the AI powered integration builder let us bring them into governance without waiting on a vendor roadmap, the kind of AI feature that actually pays for itself rather than being a checkbox.

Our CSM made sure we used the full platform, not a fraction of it. On top of everything, the interface itself feels modern and intuitive for a platform doing this much, the depth of features we get relative to the price point is hard to match, and performance has held up well with no downtime or lag even as our usage grew.

Josys is now our single governed system of record, replacing scattered spreadsheets and point tools.

A dedicated CSM guides each account from onboarding through adoption, so the full feature set gets implemented rather than left unused.

Beyond a standard SMP, Josys pays for itself by cutting idle licenses, reducing manual IT hours on access management, closing credential and privilege risk early, and giving finance and security one governed system instead of scattered tools.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Honestly, the platform covers so much ground that the initial setup took some getting used to for my team, mapping our full app and identity landscape is not a five minute job. The native integration catalog is already extensive, but there are still a handful of smaller regional vendors we use where we relied on the custom integration builder instead of an out of the box connector. Neither has been a real blocker, more a reminder that a platform this deep takes a bit of ramp up to get full value from.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Josys, we had no single view of every app in use across the company, which meant shadow IT and orphaned licenses went unnoticed and access reviews were a manual, spreadsheet driven exercise. Onboarding and offboarding also depended too much on individual IT staff remembering to revoke access, which is a real security gap.

Josys solved this by giving us one governed system for identity, apps, devices, and access. We now catch shadow IT and compromised credentials as they happen instead of during an audit, access follows role and department automatically, and license spend is visible enough that we have meaningfully cut waste. Governance and compliance reporting, which used to take my team weeks, now runs as a structured, auditable process. The net benefit is less operational risk, real time savings for IT, and a system finance and security both trust.

  ### 6. Enables centralised management of SaaS, significantly reducing operational costs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

One of the most valuable aspects of this experience was the ability to consolidate account information for each SaaS service within Josys, making it easier to track which services were already integrated and to what extent post-implementation operations (such as creation and deletion) could be managed through Josys.
It is also important that we can integrate with HR master data via API to import organizational information, thereby improving the accuracy of account management and inventory checks. Even in environments subject to organizational restructuring or personnel transfers, being able to structure operations based on this master data integration has made it easier to reduce the burden of manual maintenance and the risk of missed updates.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

The issue is that we cannot complete the inventory check entirely within the tool itself, meaning we sometimes have to rely on Google sheets and the like. In particular, Slack guest users are detected as unmanaged users, and this inventory check is proving time-consuming.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys resolves the challenges of ‘fragmented account management’ and the ‘operational burden of control and inventory checks’ that often arise as SaaS usage increases. Specifically, by visualising which employees are using which SaaS applications and enabling inventory checks through employee verification, it effectively bridges the gap between understanding the current situation and taking the next course of action.
Consequently, this offers clients the following benefits: firstly, it reduces the risk of oversights in account management associated with new hires, departures and transfers; secondly, it facilitates licence optimisation (cost optimisation) by identifying unused accounts; and thirdly, it enables the organisation to scale effectively even as the scope of management expands, whilst strengthening categorisation and group management.

  ### 7. Intuitive UI with Centralized SaaS and Device Management for Enhanced IT Asset Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

What I like best about Josys is its intuitive UI, which makes it easy for users from various backgrounds to use without difficulty.
Compared to other tools, both the setup and day-to-day operations are simple, and even non-IT team members can use it comfortably, which I see as a major advantage.

In addition, the ability to centrally manage and visualize SaaS applications and devices makes it much easier to track accounts and licenses, helping prevent oversights and reduce operational workload.

Furthermore, the support system is excellent, and I truly appreciate how quickly and flexibly the team responds to feature improvement requests.

Overall, Josys is a highly effective tool for improving efficiency and visibility in IT asset management, and I would strongly recommend it to organizations facing similar challenges.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There are a few areas where I feel there is room for improvement.

In particular, the flexibility of IT device status management could be enhanced. Currently, it is not possible to customize statuses such as “in use” or “in stock,” and there is no option to represent shared devices at the department level. As a result, devices need to be assigned to specific individuals to be marked as “in use,” which does not always reflect actual usage in practice.

Additionally, in terms of HR data integration, even when hire or termination dates are registered, user statuses are not automatically updated to active or inactive on those dates. This creates additional manual work in day-to-day operations.

Furthermore, when reviewing devices assigned to members, it is not possible to open individual device details in a new tab, which can reduce efficiency when checking multiple records. Improvements in alert settings would also be beneficial, as more granular control over notifications (such as disabling specific alerts) would enhance usability.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys has helped solve the problem of fragmented management of SaaS accounts and IT devices. Previously, onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as tracking IT devices and licenses, required significant manual effort. By implementing Josys, we are now able to manage everything in a centralized manner, which has greatly improved our operational efficiency.

In addition, tasks that were previously dependent on specific individuals have been standardized and streamlined through the use of Josys.

Furthermore, improved visibility has helped prevent management oversights and has also reduced the workload on the IT team.

  ### 8. Asset management with superior UI and easy operation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It requires no special learning and allows anyone to act as an administrator immediately.
It also allows for flexible tagging when managing, making it possible to manage various IT assets such as Ethernet adapters and smartphones, in addition to PCs, headsets, and keyboards.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

The number of applications that can be linked may be fewer than other competing products. However, since the company plans to focus on this area in the future, we believe that the gap with other competitors' products will be further filled in the future.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT asset management starts with Excel and spreadsheets in many companies, but it is also the beginning of chaos.
Josys is very strong in IT asset management, especially in linking user changes and past history, and eliminates the worries of IT administrators.

  ### 9. JOSYS Streamlines Asset Management with Centralized Access Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

What I appreciate most about JOSYS is how seamlessly it connects employee information with IT assets, enabling truly comprehensive asset management. The platform provides clear, centralized visibility into user permissions and access rights across different systems, which has been invaluable for security audits as well as our onboarding and offboarding processes. From the initial inventory setup to ongoing tracking and management, everything can be handled entirely within the platform, which has significantly streamlined our day-to-day IT operations.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

JOSYS is a solid platform, but it’s still evolving as a product. Some of the more advanced management and reporting capabilities are still in development, and a few integrations—especially those related to SSO configurations and connectivity with legacy systems—can have occasional limitations. That said, the vendor is very responsive to feedback and actively works to address user concerns. Given their development roadmap and the cadence of regular feature releases, I’m confident these gaps will keep narrowing as the platform continues to mature.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JOSYS has fundamentally transformed our IT asset management. Before implementing the platform, we were dealing with fragmented and incomplete inventories spread across multiple systems, which made it nearly impossible to optimize costs or keep asset records accurate. Now, JOSYS gives us centralized, real-time visibility into all our IT assets and their utilization patterns. As a result, we can identify underused licenses, eliminate redundant subscriptions, and make genuinely data-driven spending decisions. Beyond the cost savings, the platform has significantly improved our operational efficiency and provides leadership with the actionable insights they need for strategic planning and more informed budget allocation.

  ### 10. On the usability of Josys

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The UI is intuitive, making it easy to link devices with member information, which simplifies account and device management. I also appreciate how it allows IT admins to monitor security risks like Shadow IT, which is a great advantage for effective account management

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

I would like to suggest the following features:

1. Default Settings for User Account Creation
For example, if there is a fixed password, having it set as a default rather than entering it manually each time would help prevent input errors.

2. Person-Centric Offboarding Workflow
Instead of receiving separate email notifications for each account deletion, it would be much more user-friendly to have a single workflow that allows us to confirm the deletion of all accounts associated with a specific individual at once.

Currently, we receive an email for every single account, which leads to an overwhelming number of notifications. We would appreciate it if you could improve this process.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we managed devices and accounts using Excel and Google Sheets, but we struggled with numerous tracking errors and couldn't keep an eye on who held which accounts or devices. Since implementing Josys, we can now search for a member and instantly see their linked accounts, devices, and apps. This centralized view has made our management significantly more efficient.

  ### 11. Good value for money

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Bulk import and export via CSV files are supported, which makes registration and verification tasks straightforward. In addition, the UI for managing frequently used devices and members is intuitive and easy to operate.

I find the device management feature particularly excellent because it allows you to add custom fields, making it possible to create the fields each company needs. When I run into issues, I can contact customer support and they respond promptly, so I’m especially satisfied with the level of support.

Addendum:
In recent years, updates have been frequent. I see it as a positive that they incorporate user feedback and add requested features, continuing to improve the system over time.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

It depends on the situation, but when the asset management number changes, bulk-editing the CSV causes it to be added as a new device. That makes it a hassle because I then have to delete the original device and make other adjustments.

It can be linked to various apps, and the number of apps that can be linked seems to be increasing almost every month. However, depending on the plan you have, there are still some apps that can’t be linked.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Originally, we were managing everything in Google Spreadsheets, so things would sometimes get missed, and there weren’t any additional features to support the process.

Even when we were able to make it work, using GAS was still a hassle and took extra effort to maintain.

Now that we can manage everything centrally with Joesys, it’s much easier from both a security and an administration standpoint, and we’re happy with it.

  ### 12. Helpful for ISO 27001 audits, but shadow IT detection and customization need work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Maintaining and renewing our ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001) certification, it requires mandatory inventory checks for IT asset management, privileged account management, and personnel access control. Being able to demonstrate to external auditors via actual screenshots that JOSYS manages these processes ensures our company's reliability is properly safeguarded, which is a great help.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Since it's an unmodifiable, general-purpose tool, it often suggests approaches unsuitable for our management methods and has inaccuracies in detecting shadow IT. So we've raised these issues with the vendor's representative, but they didn't get resolved easily. Development seems to be handled offshore, and it's unclear when our requests are actually reviewed or not. For this reason, although the scorecard function operates on a 100-point scale, scores tend to plateau after reaching 60 points. Recommended actions that our company has decided not to implement continue to be displayed indefinitely.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT personnel were able to promptly track employee onboarding and offboarding procedures as well as organizational transfer procedures, ensuring thorough maintenance of access permissions and providing verifiable proof externally. Furthermore, the introduction and utilization of JOSYS was recognized as evidence of proactive IT investment.

  ### 13. Effortless Asset Management and Seamless Integration with Josys

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arai S. | general staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The introduction of Josys has been a very important reform for us.
First and foremost, the ability to easily manage assets through the system is the key point of this solution.
One of the main benefits is that with just this single system, we can manage our employee master data and instantly check who is using what.
Since the master data can be integrated with our existing systems, there’s no need for any special setup or extra steps — and that’s another major advantage when getting started.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

We hope to see the expansion of integrated applications accelerated.
It would be great if the number of compatible apps could increase more quickly.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system allows us to check who is using what — both in terms of devices and SaaS applications.
By knowing which devices each employee owns, we can now manage the entire device asset lifecycle effectively.
There’s no longer any need to compile data manually in Excel.
Since the information is constantly updated, it’s always kept current, and our maintenance time has been significantly reduced.

  ### 14. Consistently High-Quality IT Storage and Shipping You Can Trust

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

They consistently maintain high quality and handle IT equipment storage and shipping with great care.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Updates and feature releases are so frequent that it’s hard to fully master and utilize all the functionalities.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By integrating with SmartHR, we can smoothly handle offboarding tasks—especially preventing unremoved accounts when employees leave and easily tracking unreturned devices.

  ### 15. Great Device Tracking, but Limited SaaS Integrations

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Users can track both active and inactive devices, which makes it easier to see what’s currently in use and what isn’t.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

One drawback is that it integrates with fewer SaaS applications than similar services.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By tracking device status, you can combine it with device status data from other systems to verify device security.

  ### 16. Experience after introduction

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 寛徳 . | Information Systems Department, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The ease of use and the clarity of the settings make it simple for users to navigate and configure without requiring extensive guidance or prior technical knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

One of the challenges is the lack of transparency regarding the update schedule, which makes it difficult to anticipate when improvements or new features will be implemented. Additionally, the limited flexibility in customizing the forms restricts users from tailoring them to their specific needs.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to manage assets separately for each company has streamlined operations, and we feel that license management has become much easier and more efficient.

  ### 17. Visualize shadow IT and prevent the risk of confidential information leakage in advance.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 敏紀 . | 情報システム担当, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

By visualizing shadow IT, you can preemptively identify and prevent the risk of confidential information leaking to unauthorized storage services and generative AI, which is a commendable point.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

The visualization feature is inherently limited in scope because it is based on browser extensions and IdP integration. Additionally, it can be circumvented by using a different browser or utilizing incognito mode.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regarding account management, I feel that we are able to significantly reduce working hours.

  ### 18. The integrated management of personnel, physical assets, and services has become easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Efficient Operation: By linking devices and accounts to each user for centralized management, we have achieved significant efficiency improvements in what was previously a complex management task.

User-Friendly Design: The UI is very sophisticated, making it easy for first-time users to navigate without confusion.

Rapid Implementation Process: The lead time from development request to implementation is short, allowing for a speedy start to operations.

Continuously Evolving Support System: The follow-up after implementation is very thorough. Recently, the "accompaniment-style" problem-solving support, which goes beyond mere responses, has been strengthened, providing even greater peace of mind in terms of operations.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Expectations for the expansion of linked apps: If integration with other external apps (third-party) becomes more robust, it will be easier to manage everything centrally, so I'm looking forward to future updates.

Flexible response to developing features: Since there are still some features under development, it would be helpful if flexible improvements and updates could continue to be made to meet on-site needs.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

・Consolidating multiple ledgers into a single one has significantly reduced our administrative overhead.
・Previously, we had to provision accounts for each service individually, but now we can do it for all integrated services in bulk, which has drastically cut down on manual work.
・In terms of security, it has been effective in preventing forgotten/orphaned accounts and detecting Shadow IT.
・The ability to detect unused licenses has also led to significant cost savings.

  ### 19. My Experience Using Jyosys

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

It offers a comprehensive range of services essential for the Information Systems Department.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

This may be true of any tool, but unless the initial integration and setup are handled properly, you won't be able to get the full value out of it. I would like to see features that make it easier to get started—such as more automated integration.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing the management of information assets enabled a reduction in management costs.

  ### 20. Best partner for corporate IT engineers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 健都 . | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

They’ve continued to add support for newer services like Linear and Cursor. I also like that they now offer an RPA-based Integration Builder, which lets users create their own custom integrations.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Stability could be improved. Integrations sometimes fail due to seemingly random connection issues.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Modern company uses much amount of SaaS services. Managing them are confusing and complicated task. Josys provides easy-to-use web-based service to manage company's SaaS accounts all in one place.

  ### 21. In addition to SaaS management, they handle device management, initialization, and shipping.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Can automatically retrieve and manage information through app integration and handle everything from device management to shipping.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Limited number of compatible applications, and manual registration is required for custom apps

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for the centralization of SaaS and devices, and since they also handle device storage, you don't need a storage location. Additionally, they take care of packaging and shipping, significantly saving time.

  ### 22. Effortless User-Device Linking, But Needs More Integration Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

It is easy to associate users with devices. Furthermore, since user information can be linked with Microsoft, there is no need to separately add users here. The ability to confirm this in the recently added questionnaire for license management is also appealing.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

In our company's case, we primarily manage human resources (HR) information using AppSheet. Therefore, if we were to stop using Microsoft in the future, it would require additional work. We have also implemented Google, and if the API were public, we believe it would be possible to use it for integration. Since many organizations likely manage HR and devices within their own proprietary systems, the system would be even better if it could accommodate such cases.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is very useful for managing users and devices within the company. It allows us to grasp at a glance who is using which device. Furthermore, because license usage status can be managed solely within Joesys, there is no need to go to the administration screen of each individual SaaS, enabling basic management to be performed within Joesys.

  ### 23. Centralized User, App, and Device Management with Various Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evgenii K.

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

I appreciate that Josys enables me to manage users, their devices, and their access to various applications all in one place. Unlike other services that tend to specialize in only device or user management, Josys integrates all three, which significantly streamlines my workflow. I find it particularly useful for maintaining compliance with security standards such as ISO/IEC 21007, ensuring that devices and accounts are efficiently managed and secured. The setup was effortless, requiring just minor adjustments when importing data from our previous spreadsheets. This integration allows me to promptly address employee problems by providing vital information at my fingertips, such as device purchase history and user assignment details. The numerous integrations with essential software like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and others are invaluable. Furthermore, the constant improvements to the UI and the addition of new integrations every month are compelling reasons for me to continue using Josys. It's no surprise that I would rate my likelihood of recommending Josys with a solid 10.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

I find Josys's user page lacking because it doesn't show a comprehensive list of all devices used and returned by the user. This feature is essential for me, as I sometimes need to reference previous devices a user had. Currently, to acquire this information, I must export and manually review a CSV file of returned devices, which is inefficient.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys centralizes user, device, and app management, ensuring compliance and streamlining operations. It simplifies tracking devices and accounts, enhancing security and efficiency, especially in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  ### 24. cost efficient, smooth management ops

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toshimasa I. | IT management / IT security management - senior support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

User master data auto syncs with Google Workspace account database, plus syncing with many SaaS services just makes our account management ops way easy. Oh, plus IT device management is smooth too, simple UX to use.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Lacks the function to add custom fields to user and app databases, only on device is available at the moment. Need these to serve as central management database for us IT management division.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

[On SaaS Management]
Tipical problem: creating emploees google workspace account, plus many other SaaS service accounts (eg. Slack, Notion, Asana) ... and after a while when he/she leaves the company, us IT management team will have to delete all those accounts. So we have to keep track of which accounts we gave to who. Pretty much effort needed there.

Josys solves: Google workspace and (a portion of) other SaaS services are synced with Josys, so it automatically tracks which accounts are given to who. And with a couple of clicks, we can delete all SaaS accounts related to a single employee. Giving us way less effort.

[On IT Asset Management]
Problem: Same as above, we have to keep track of which devices we lend to who.

Josys solves: although nothing is auto-synced, we can add device to josys database, and attach to employees we gave it to. So again overall operation (on new join/leave) gets easy.

  ### 25. Makes SaaS Account Management Clear and Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Takuya K. | Corporate IT Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Josys helps us understand who is using what SaaS tools across the company. We can see account usage in real time, which helps reduce shadow IT.
Even non-technical team members can help manage accounts if IT sets it up. This has made things smoother for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Right now, Josys supports automatic account creation for only some SaaS tools. We hope to see more supported services in the future to fully automate our user lifecycle.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Josys, we had to log into each SaaS admin console to create or delete accounts. This took a lot of time and caused mistakes. Also, some services didn’t allow fine control over user roles, so we had to give assistants more access than necessary.

With Josys, we now have a clear view of all accounts and can manage them faster and more safely. It saves us time and helps prevent shadow IT. Our team can focus more on creative and valuable work instead of routine admin tasks.

  ### 26. The best way to manage user accounts!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Eliminates the burden of user account management, and mismanagement of user accounts can now be detected.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

I don't really dislike it, but there are products that are necessary for our business that are not yet integrated. For example, Snowflake and ChatGPT.
I look forward to its future evolution.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Failure to delete account of retired user.
Audit response.

  ### 27. Centralize management of SaaS and devices for efficiency; future expectations for integration scope.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

It is the point that allows centralized management of SaaS and devices, significantly reducing the effort and errors in asset management tasks.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

- There is a lack of support (or limited support) for integration with minor SaaS and some overseas tools, resulting in manual management remaining.
- When the number of IDs or devices to manage is small, it is difficult to feel the benefits relative to the implementation cost.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Issues Solved by Josys
- Complication and errors in operations due to manual management (such as spreadsheets)
- Security risks from failure to delete accounts of former employees

Benefits
- Reduction of burden and improvement of efficiency in IT and general affairs operations
- Enhancement of security

  ### 28. Centralized Management Helps, but Security Restrictions Cause Linking Errors

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Centralized management is easy.　What used to be managed in Excel can now be found easily.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Security features may prevent easy linking, sometimes resulting in errors.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to see which apps each employee is using. This is a convenient feature for our company, which has full-time employees, seconded employees, and contractors.

  ### 29. SaaS that can be used with peace of mind with appropriate support and convenient features.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

I appreciate the features of the SaaS and the appropriate support from the person in charge. I find the measures against the omission of account deletion for retirees to be useful.

Please continue to support us in utilizing and revitalizing it in the future.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There's nothing in particular, but it would be helpful if the license were cheaper. I feel it would be appreciated if automatic generation of minutes and transcription were provided.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are cooperating as a partner with the information systems department, which is suffering from chronic lack of resources and manpower.

  ### 30. Efficiently manage PCs with JOSYS×NinjaOne integration, and the price is also reasonable.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The range that can be managed through the integration of user management (licenses, etc.) on the JOSYS side and NinjaOne is extensive. The ability to automatically gather PC management information and manage it as a de facto ledger has improved the time performance of PC management. The pricing is more reasonable compared to other well-known asset management software. The sales response is quick.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

The ability to manage software licenses is a selling point, but there are some aspects that are somewhat difficult to see, and there are instances where the desired number of licenses is not actually obtained. (For example, the number of administrator licenses for antivirus software is obtained, but the number of licenses actually applied to PCs is unknown.)

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best part is being able to automate the centralized management of asset information, which was previously complicated and full of manual tasks. Additionally, it can also manage software licenses.

  ### 31. You can centrally manage devices and licenses, making it easy to understand through user association.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The ability to centrally manage device information and application licenses for PCs, smartphones, and other devices. Additionally, it is easy to verify who owns which device or license by linking it with user information.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Sorting can only be performed on specific items on the UI. The apps that can be integrated are still in the addition stage.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, management was conducted individually for each device or license, but by being able to manage everything centrally, the complexity of management has been reduced. Additionally, by linking with users, it has become easier to detect any omissions in the granting or removal of licenses.

  ### 32. Creating and deleting Google Workspace accounts is easy and convenient.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

I think it's great that creating and deleting Google Workspace accounts can be done easily.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

I am using the IT device management table, but I find it inconvenient that only certain items can be sorted in ascending or descending order, and that it cannot be quickly viewed in a list like Excel.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you submit improvement requests, they seem to consider and respond relatively quickly.

  ### 33. Powerful IT Asset Tracking, but New Releases Need Better Quality Control

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Josys’ IT asset management features are extremely useful. You can quickly see who is using what, and it’s very convenient because the device list and history let you track past owners as well.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

“I think Josys IT engineer team should enforce thorough quality control to ensure there are no bugs when new features are released or when the product is updated.”

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manage IT assets in Google Sheets, but sometimes we didn’t know where devices were. After we started using Josys, we can manage IT assets without problems.

  ### 34. Centralized management of IT assets, SaaS, and devices to visualize management status and reduce burden.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The ability to centrally manage IT assets, SaaS, and devices. We feel the major benefits are the visualization of management status and the reduced burden on IT and administrative departments.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

While it is extremely useful for streamlining IT operations, I found that initial setup and designing operational rules require a certain level of expertise.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys addresses the challenge of decentralized SaaS, IT assets, and account management. By centralizing device management, it prevents operational errors and missed responses, simultaneously streamlining IT operations and enhancing security levels—a significant advantage.

  ### 35. Shadow IT detection is powerful, but the large number of detections makes it difficult to eliminate them.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The point is that shadow IT can be detected. Regarding implementation, there is no need to perform various tasks on each device as it is integrated with Google Workspace.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

The detection of shadow IT includes the content of GAS, resulting in a very large number of detected applications. While high accuracy is a good thing, having too many makes reconciliation difficult.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many functions related to internal control can be covered by this service. It is more cost-effective than achieving it by combining other services.

  ### 36. Accompany you to operation with frequent updates and extensive support.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The point that frequent updates are constantly making improvements. The point that support is extensive, and they assist you for a long time after implementation, helping you through to operation.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

If I were to mention it, when you master Microsoft 365, not only users but also shared mailboxes are included as members. (I am aware that they can be classified as non-paying members depending on status or employment type.)

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, it was unclear which accounts needed to be deleted when an employee resigned. Since account issuance was handled by multiple departments rather than just one, it was also ambiguous whether the necessary procedures had been completed.

JOSYS links people with accounts, allowing you to check a list of accounts that need attention upon resignation. The deletion/suspension process is also visible, helping to prevent any oversight in account deletion when someone leaves.

  ### 37. Josys is equipped with AI functions, is easy to operate, and has significantly improved the efficiency of managing unmanaged IDs and employees who have left the company.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karin A.

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

I use Josys and find the unmanaged ID feature particularly useful. It clearly identifies unused accounts and also identifies remaining accounts of former employees, making it easier to deal with them. Furthermore, I find the ease of investigation very good, which is one of the reasons I will consider purchasing it again and again. I would also like to recommend this product to others with a rating of 9. For me, Josys is extremely effective in managing accounts and IT devices, and it has greatly supported my work.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There's nothing I particularly dislike about it, but after doing some research, I think the cost is a little higher than other companies.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys makes it easy to manage unused accounts and accounts of former employees, and is also very useful for identifying unmanaged IDs.

  ### 38. It's convenient to be able to centrally manage SaaS and IT assets, making operations much easier.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

What I like the most is the ability to collectively check and manage multiple SaaS accounts and IT assets such as PCs.

When dealing with account setups or terminations and inventorying devices during hiring or resignation, the number of services to check and management sheets tends to increase. However, by checking Josys, it's easier to grasp the overall situation, which helps prevent oversights. The effort required for management tasks has decreased, making daily operations significantly easier.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Depending on the services being integrated, it may take time for information to be reflected, or the cause of errors may be difficult to understand. Since it may ultimately be necessary to check in the management screens of each service, it would be even more user-friendly if the integration status and error details were displayed more clearly.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, IT assets such as SaaS accounts and PCs were checked through separate management screens or spreadsheets, which took time to manage and raised concerns about potential oversights.

Since implementing Josys, it has become easier to collectively check who is using which services and devices, facilitating processes during onboarding and offboarding, as well as inventory management. The time spent on verification tasks has decreased, making it easier to notice any missed account deletions or unused licenses, which has been helpful.

  ### 39. Automatically collect usage information and smartly support the creation of an app ledger.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

It is a place that automatically collects app usage information through browser extensions and supports the creation of an app ledger.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There were times when I felt inconvenienced by not being able to obtain information on unmanaged apps via the API, but considering the accuracy of the information, I thought it might be unavoidable.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it contributes to automating the license ledger management tasks that many information systems departments face, thereby reducing management man-hours.

  ### 40. Significantly improve operational efficiency with the detection app and user inventory.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shigeharu W. | 情報システム管理者, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

The use of the detection app and the user's inventory function are very convenient and help improve business efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

At this point, there are no particular concerns, but I will continue to look forward to it.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Device management is helping with the monthly asset reports.

  ### 41. Efficient Account Management and Shadow IT Monitoring with Josys

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

It’s convenient because by integrating services with Josys, you can manage accounts in a ledger.
You can also quickly check the status of former employees, which helps prevent forgetting to delete their accounts.
It’s also useful for checking shadow IT through the browser extension.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

We use the browser extension to check for shadow IT, but it would be helpful if we could also see the devices being used, not just by each user.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Josys, account management can be centralized in a ledger, preventing the oversight of deleting accounts for former employees. Additionally, the browser extension allows for checking shadow IT, enabling early detection of security risks. This improves operational efficiency and provides the benefit of using services with greater peace of mind.

  ### 42. Efficient Account Management for Internal and External Users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

It has a system for collecting and managing account information not only of your own company members, but also of external members who are participating in your company's system environment.
You can efficiently take stock of accounts using information such as the apps they use and the last login date and time.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Because there are so many functions, it takes a lot of human resources to operate it in order to make full use of them all.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously didn't have detailed information about our internal SaaS accounts, but by introducing Josys, we were able to visualize the situation and manage it centrally.
This reduces the effort required for account inventory and helps create a secure system environment.

  ### 43. Excellent Overall Experience with Seamless SaaS API Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

We were able to manage our information systems operations centrally, which significantly improved our overall operational efficiency. The support from our account representative was consistently attentive, responsive, and reliable, making it easy to address questions and move forward with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

This is unavoidable, but because the system relies on the APIs of the integrated SaaS platforms, it isn’t possible to carry out actions like account creation across all SaaS services.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys enables centralized management of our information systems operations, which helps reduce operational overhead and improve overall efficiency. In addition, their strong support gives us the confidence to run day-to-day operations smoothly.

  ### 44. Makes Device and Account Management Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

This product makes device management and account management easy.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

The inability to change the status of a device used for departmental sharing within the company while it is in use.

Eliminating the cumbersome task of device management

  ### 45. Rich Provisioning and Custom App Registration Made Easy

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Rich provisioning capabilities and custom application registration.
Integration with external systems via proprietary APIs.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

The API cannot perform exact matches for user searches.
The API cannot retrieve the admin panel URL.
Information management is not possible for anything other than users, accounts, and devices.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freedom from cumbersome spreadsheet management
Streamlined registration tasks across systems
Simplified business processes through integration with other management systems

  ### 46. A strong ally for solo IT administrators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Outsourcing/Offshoring | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Josys?**

- Visualization of members' SaaS accounts
- Reservation issuance and deletion functions for SaaS accounts

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Customizability of the UI.
However, it's not overly inconvenient.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- There was a challenge of SaaS account management being scattered across multiple spreadsheets. With the SaaS management feature, we were able to eliminate spreadsheet management and establish a robust management system through centralized control.
- By being able to schedule the issuance/deletion of SaaS accounts, we improved resource allocation at the end and beginning of the month. Utilizing the shadow IT detection feature allowed us to visualize previously unmanaged paid accounts.

  ### 47. Easy to Use, Gets the Job Done

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ERI I. | General staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Josys?**

It helps simplify the management of IT devices.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

I believe there might be a more efficient way to use it, but unfortunately I don't understand how to do use it.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been managing IT devices with Excel, but now that Josys supports device management. We're planing to transition to Josys for more streamlined operations.

  ### 48. With account management and visualization of SaaS usage, license inventory becomes smoother.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 将大 . | 執行役員, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

Account provisioning is possible. The usage of SaaS is visualized, making it easier to take inventory of licenses.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

Please improve the inability to issue tools incrementally during account provisioning.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By eliminating manual provisioning, it leads to a reduction in the workload of the management department. Additionally, since individually taking inventory of SaaS licenses is burdensome, there is a significant advantage in being able to visualize them through a system. This allows for effective deletion of licenses for retirees and unnecessary licenses.

  ### 49. Quick and reliable kitting service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noriko H. | Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

By requesting Josys to kit company PCs and smartphones, I like that the work can be completed more quickly than doing it in-house, saving time. Also, it is very helpful to be able to proceed while consulting with the person in charge when in trouble. I have heard that the procedure is not too burdensome, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

There isn't any.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Josys, you can request kitting more quickly than internally, saving time.

  ### 50. A step forward from Excel management, IT device management is smooth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 芳里 . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Josys?**

I use Josys for managing computers, monitors, and apps. It allows me to connect employees with IT devices and apps, eliminating the hassle of managing with Excel. I like that it allows for detailed settings. Additionally, since you can include photos in IT device management, it is useful not only for managing IT devices like computers but also for managing office furniture and consumables. Switching from Excel management to Josys was a good decision.

**What do you dislike about Josys?**

The point is that when deleting data of retirees, the impact is extensive, so it is necessary to keep the data indefinitely.

**What problems is Josys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Josys reduces management tasks in Excel and is convenient because it can connect employees with IT devices and apps. In addition to IT device management, it is also useful for managing office furniture and supplies.
