## JobScore Reviews
 ### 1. JobScore Is Essential for Tracking Candidates, Posting Jobs, and Team Activity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonja V. | Director of Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore makes my job easier. I have a place to keep track of active and passive candidates, post my jobs, send email campaigns, and also track my teams activity. I could not live without JobScore.
I am able to search for candidates, search for jobs, and easily find my candidates with the software. The drop and drag feature to add candidates is great. I can also upload database information to create jobs.
Our company uses Data Discovery data so we have thousands of candidates to call. The software helps us keep track of who called who. It also has notes, we can attach resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and add tags so that we can search for candidates in the future.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

We learned that when we upload, the software will overwrite data if there is similar phone numbers. Now that we know that, we make sure we don't overwrite old data.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have an applicant tracking system prior to having JobScore. Previously we kept track of literally thousands of candidates on a spreadsheet. That will work for 1 recruiter, but we now have 3. JobScore keeps everyone honest, and keeps everyone on track on a daily basis.

 ### 2. Exceptional Support and Intuitive Experience with JobScore

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra L. | Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I love the professional and human attitude from Daniel, my account manager, who has always been a great help. The user experience is so well done in JobScore that it feels intuitive; I always know where to go to find what I need, like searching for pipeline or workflows. The system is really reliable; it's never been broken, and I trust it won't be. I also appreciate having my candidates in order and being able to see their work stages clearly, which makes it easy to recommend JobScore to my coworkers and other people.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Well, now I want you to help me with artificial intelligence because right now, I'm using a few softwares, but actually, it's a particular artificial intelligence I'm using for sourcing. So, it would be nice if you can apply AI more regarding sourcing.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore helps me keep my candidates in order and the user experience is so intuitive. The platform's reliability ensures I see my work stage without issues, and customer relations, especially with Daniel, make me feel supported and secure.

 ### 3. Streamlined Recruitment with Effective Communication Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tavie C. | Director of People & Organizational Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I like the notes function in JobScore because it lets me tag the hiring manager as a recruiter and send them messages about a candidate to nudge them to review the candidate. I also appreciate the templates for emails and any communication we send to potential new staff members. Plus, I really value being able to build out the actual script and template for interviews, ensuring we follow the process with fidelity and ask the same questions for each candidate to create the best candidate experience.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I think the API feed with ADP could be improved. Some questions it asks are about information you don’t have when you're just hiring the candidate, like their social security number or date of birth, which you only get after they fill out new hire paperwork. With the API feed, it asks for that info, and I can't provide it. I've only been able to use the feed two times, and that was only after sending them the paperwork first. So that could definitely be improved.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore lets me track candidates through recruitment stages and manage timelines efficiently, ensuring roles are filled promptly and candidates are properly handled.

 ### 4. JobScore: Streamlined Candidate Tracking and Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I find that JobScore is easy to use. It helps us maintain good files on candidates that we either want to revisit or that we do not want to join our organization. I like the drop-down candidate's tracking system, so as a candidate moves through the process, we are able to move the title and know where they are in the interview and hiring process. Daniel, our JobScore rep, made the initial setup very easy.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

It would be nice if there were some better recruiting reach out features.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore helps track candidates, know their process stage, and keeps them engaged with automated information.

 ### 5. JobScore makes hiring easier and better!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore’s interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Their Help site includes plenty of useful articles, which makes it simple to find answers whenever I have questions.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I wish they offered more one-sheeters and training materials that admins could share with new users. That would make it much easier to onboard people and help them get started using the platform.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore has made our hiring process far more organized and efficient. It’s now much easier to collaborate with colleagues on open roles and candidates, and communication with candidates is smoother overall. Scheduling interviews is also much simpler, which helps keep everything moving.

 ### 6. Excellent, Responsive Customer Support from JobsScore

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan N. | Business Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobsScore has excellent customer support. Its very refreshing to have that level of service from an ATS provider. They are always willing to work with us on our specific requests and the level or responsiveness is great.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Like any ATS designed to work with a complex business, it doesn't cover off every need. But no ATS system is perfect!

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobscore has been really helpful in setting up custom reports that give us visibility on what is going on in the business.

 ### 7. JobScore is great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore is very user friendly for both hiring teams and the admin staff. They are responsive and helpful with any suggestions or requests. Their customer service team is very professional.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

As for now the only issue I have is employee's having to go through JobScore to reset passwords. I would like to be able to reset passwords for employee's that aren't as tech savy.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore was able to provide me with the option to remove email notifications for referrals on job postings. Our hiring managers don't like receiving any emails so being able to have that feature fixed was very beneficial.

 ### 8. Reliable but somewhat tedious

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica C. | Staff Data Analyst, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Jobscore platform allows me to refer and share jobs at Sojern. The concept of team competition of referrals is also interesting, yet not highly used across our company. It is fast to see open task items for me to complete.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I find the platform tedious to use. I generally have to click on a few places before I find what I am looking for, like writing notes for an interview. After repeated attempts, I still do not have notification emails set up the way I wish. I cannot permanently decline Feedback tasks, even though this is something my team has decided we do on our own cadence instead of what is set up in JobScore for us. Most annoyingly, the system doesn't seem to allow some users (like myself) access to our own notes on interviews, causing me to keep a duplicate set of notes that I can refer back to since I cannot view them in JobScore.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore is helping Sojern find and hire high quality candidates. It provides trackability of our hiring pipeline, connecting the HR team with the hiring teams.

 ### 9. Jobscore is a robust ATS with GREAT customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carmen W. | Director, Talent Acquisition, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Jobscore puts the candidate relationship at the forefront. Great ability to put in notes, auto-captures emails, easy and customizable candidate steps and offer process, integrated offer/Docusign process, creation of tags for candidate tracking purposes. I could go on and on. We also have an account rep that over the 5 years we have had JobScore I feel as if I know personally and if there is a glitch in the system of a new element that has been rolled out, I KNOW will not only listen and help in the moment but shares with the product team if necessary. More than once I know that feedback I provided has been heard and used to improve the system. Honestly, you couldn't ask for more from a product Talent Acqusition folks basically live in for their daily jobs.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The new UX roll out has been a bit weird. I have full faith that the organization will make the necessary changes and listen to customers over time. Right now the new UX is light in color, a funky font and WAY too big to the point that not as much information is present on the screen before needing to scroll. Again - knowing how well JobScore does with customer feedback - I see even this small part of a larger UX overhaul will be fine.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore not only functions as a solid ATS system but our organization also uses it to track and maintain passive relationships. This is not the intented function of the system but we are able to do so because it was built so well. Through conversations with our account rep, she has guided me to make changes over time that again, we are not using the system as intended, but instead of trying to make us abandon our approach, being a strategic partner to utilize the system in the way we are using it. Love this company.

 ### 10. It seems to be a great way to sort and categorize the various candidates and job positions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared B. | Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I like that any of the assigned hiring managers can make a note that all of us can see regarding the status of or questions about a candidate.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I wish that if I "copy" an existing job listing to create a new listing, I could populate all of the candidates from the original to the new listing as an option. We track our hiring efficiency based on how long a particular posting is open. We may have multiple people applying and decide to fill/close a posting and create a duplicate to start the calendar over for the search. I would like to move some of the candidates from the old one to the new one at that time.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore nicely compiles applicants from many different search sites. This allows me to advertise on many platforms but sort through them on just one.

 ### 11. Working on an Interview Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris D. | Sales Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I've been impressed with JobScore's process for collaborating with others on the interview team and the hiring manager. Having the pre-built templates for the interview team to work with during interviews while all of the candidate's information is readily available helps.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

There are some automation for Job Sync ups and interviews that become excessive reminders and clutter the inbox. At times, once the interview or even the sync up is complete the reminders come through constantly, even after the fact.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobscore is helping me to work full time in sales while also supporting the hiring process for our team without ever feeling that it's a burden. Some programs make it much more difficult to integrate hiring into people's schedules that are not in HR or PeopleOps

 ### 12. All the bells and whistles with flexible pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy B. | HR Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

As HR Consultants to small business and nonprofits we love to recommend JobScore. JobScore has every feature we find in much larger systems, is intuitive and easy to launch, yet provides small businesses and nonprofits with the flexible month-to-month pricing options they need. And the pricing is based on number of jobs posted rather than number of users. Big plus. Finally, and probably most importantly, JobScore delivers on qualified candidate pipeline. Every time we switch a client from another ATS they are blown away by the ability of JobScore to provide candidates they actually want to hire. We are big fans.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Unlocking some of the email templates at the lower plan levels would be really nice.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides small business and nonprofits with an affordable, effective, applicant tracking system to help recruit great candidates.

 ### 13. It gets the job done!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keiko H. | Assistant Sore Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

It is quite easy to navigate and use. I like that you can see the progression tracking of your candidates and can make notes on their profile. I also like the brief overview of the candidate before screening their resume (eg. available days to work).

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Sometimes candidates will apply, and then their profile will disappear. It has happened a couple of times where we have sent our interview invitations and then after we've secured interviews via email, we can no longer see their profile on Jobscore to refer to their resume/cover letter.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobscore has helped us with our recruitment process for our retail store. Our company chooses to use Jobscore for all our recruitment. It has been easy to understand it- simple and easy.

 ### 14. JobScore is a Robust Tool for Recruiters

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathy M. | Associate Vice President for Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Many templates are customizable to a variety of employer types. From the application, to the individual candidate questions, automated responses, question sets, offer letters, etc. you can build the system how you would like.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

We have a decentralized recruiting approach at my organization and those people are not HR folks or 'recruiters' in the traditional sense so the system is not intuitive to all of them. As a result, it has required a lot of training to teach non-recruiters how to use the system.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the integrated email and calendar features - makes scheduling candidates with multiple people easy. I like that all the candidate records and notes are in one place. Reporting and candidate sourcing information is also very helpful to refine recruitment practices.

 ### 15. Easy to Use and Cost Effective.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhonda G. | Human Resources Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore is easy to use whether you have one job to post or many. I like the functionality to include access for hiring managers who also find it easy to use. I also love the email syncing feature. To have copies of all emails with a candidate in one place saves us significant time. The function also allows us to communicate in a way that looks more natural and not automated.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The candidate searching functions are not ideal.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate the quick posting to many sites for little to no additional cost. I also love the dashboard feature, which allows us to see the status of all jobs at a glance.

 ### 16. Very good customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I think one of the best assets of Jobscore is how easily you can find support if ever you need it. They have a chat service and if you chat in an off hour, they will definitely reach out through email. Also, the UI is straightforward and user-friendly. I also really like their bulk resume feature. It's just easier to import resumes all at once.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Their report feature. More often confusing and lacks filter option. I specifically had a hard time when I try to download tasks. I wish there is a way to filter by dept and also download it all at once. iIf the task is more than 100, you have to download every page which is a real hassle tbh

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobscore is a very effective ATS. We are even using them despite us having an integrated Workday recruiting software because we got so comfortable using the system. We use Jobscore mainly for recruitment management.

 ### 17. Intuitive, organized, and topics are cleanly categorized.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaelene S. | Community Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I appreciate the ease of hearing my colleague's feedback about candidates. Having and sharing notes in-real time (before and after an interview) makes the interviewing process collaborative and smooth.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Well, there is a lot of information to digest all at once - not a bad thing since it is organized, but maybe having the ability to customize what we want to see first/prioritize might be helpful.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering multiple candidates and organizing their information (i.e., resume, cover letter, etc.) in organized tabs and categories. Eventually you start getting used to seeing the main items you want to see for each candidate - like if they wrote a cover letter or not.

 ### 18. Easy to administer but not the best user experience ATS

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Jobscore was fairly simple to set up and administer, especially for a small business. It does the job and makes posting across job listing sites easy.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

It is not the most intuitive user interface. For interviewers, it's a bit clunky and not the easiest to use, so it results in people not using it to its fullest potential. For example, it's not streamlined for the interviewer to see the evaluation matrix and interview notes based on the job and stage they're interviewing in - they have to select from a long dropdown list for the right template. There are a lot of features we could use to make our recruitment process more seamless but the tool doesn't make it simple and intuitive to leverage some of the more advanced features. For example, integrated scheduling with calendar and Zoom, email templates, etc.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobscore is solving the problem of needing a centralized place to track candidates, interview history, and job postings.

 ### 19. Good Aggregate For Job Posting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave W. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I like how it automatically posts to all the job sites so I don't waste time doing it manually and it has a somewhat intuitive UI/UX for posting overall. Definitely makes my life easier.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The UI/UX is hard to use initially and it feels a bit dated. It can be a bit complicated and I wish there was a way to sort through lower job scores and eliminate them completely.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to post on all the job platforms and checking each site and signing up for them. Jobscore makes its easy by automating that process and making a hub where I can see all applicants

 ### 20. Makes the hiring experience so much easier!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anya S. | General Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

It shows me everything I need to know about the candidates that apply which makes it easier to go through large numbers of applicants without wasting a ton of time

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I dont have any complaints! Jobscore makes it so much easier to find the best candidates for the positions that I am hiring for. It tells me tons of information on the candidates ahead of time.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it easier to find better candidates on jobscore because it rates them based on how good they would be for the position they are applying for. It makes it easier to choose better candidates to spend time interviewing.

 ### 21. Where are all my previous interviews?

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I like that there is usually a template for what hiring managers are looking for a response to an interview. It's also nice to see the info on the employees all in one place.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The UI is no intuitive. The minute I finish the interview, it says I'm behind on my taking but finding the place where I can write my notes on the interview is a little hard to find. I also can't see the previous interviews I did. Often I get put into meetings to discuss the candidate and I can't seem to find my notes on Jobscore.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To us, it's a portal that HR at our parent company uses to gather our thoughts on a candidate they propose. It benefits me because I don't have to write the documentation needed to send to HR about a candidate.

 ### 22. Hiring Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miriam V. | School Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Being able to send quick messages to candidates and follow the hiring process. I've also really enjoyed being able to screen resumes and send updates to team members.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The calendaring and next steps were difficult to navigate so I believe that maybe this feature needs to have a better description. I am unable to calendar or sent it over to the next team member.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The calendaring and next steps in the actual calendar option are confusing and need attention. I also believe that maybe you should take a look at the notes section and allow more people to be able to link to see notes.

 ### 23. Easy to use, low cost ATS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Jobscore is a fantastic value for the vast majority of recruiting needs at startups and small/medium businesses. Many tech startups purchase Lever or Greenhouse because they are more trendy and as a result, end up overpaying for a more robust feature set they likely do not need. I've been using Jobscore since 2013 at three different tech companies, ranging in size from 10 employees up to 200, it has been more than sufficient and at times more than 50% cheaper than the alternatives.

My favorite feature for hiring managers is the daily digest candidate email. They can browse candidates without having to log into a platform.

My favorite time saving feature is the job board syndication, that allows me to post a job in multiple job boards with a single click.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I don't really have many parts I actively dislike. It could be nice to have even more job board syndication options.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobscore is our primary ATS. We embed their job listing code into our Careers site too.

Combined, is it a single tool that facilitates recruiting & does not require time from our dev team.

 ### 24. Job Score Usefulness to Daily Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela Nancy V. | Talent Acquisition, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

The tools on JobScore and its update -- is making my job easier as I have to track and update the applicants/ candidate status and activities. I also like the templates because it saves time, especially in composing an email.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I just don't like that I have to log in everyday typing in my password. I already saved my log in information but it keeps on asking the password.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that JobScore is solving - I can refine filters with the jobs and candidates. It is more convenient for me and easier for me to look up for the candidates.

 ### 25. It is a little difficult to use

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

It makes it easy to see who else is interviewing candidates and the order and time so you can ensure that you are asking different questions than the other people who may be on a panel.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The submitting feedback function is confusing and it seems like you can only access it from the email reminding you to submit it and not on the website itself. The Ui of the website in general and how you interact with interview is not intuitive.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an engineer I only interact with it to complete my interviews so I am not the one really dealing with these problems, but generally i think it is safe to say that organizing people to find new hires can be challenging and having one place to keep a lot of that info could be good.

 ### 26. Our ATS of Choice for All Our Clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer S. | Senior HR Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

We work with a number of small to medium employers and recommend/use Jobscore for all of them. It's easy, intuitive, has the functionality we need, is affordable, and is customizable. If you aren't working with an ATS now for hiring, try it. I've used all of the big systems - Bamboo, Brass Ring, Taleo. I'd take Jobscore over them. It gets the job done at a much better price. I can have jobs posted on multiple sites within minutes.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

There is literally no downside to using Jobscore.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to get clients up and running on an ATS in a day. Try that with any other vendor.

 ### 27. Jobscore is a recruiters best friend

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph O. | O, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Jobscore not only helps collect resumes but also is a great tool for sharing recruiting notes and easily moving and following candidates through the hiring process.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Pricing plans can be limiting, and there is a constant need to upgrade to a higher plan to make use of all of its desired functionalities. This is most felt during periods of growth and greater needs to move candidates through the pipelines.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobscore's keyword function helps identify those candidates that exhibit desired traits that are vital for roles trying to fill. This is definitely a time saver.

 ### 28. Easy way to track and manage job applicants

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I enjoy the feature of dragging and dropping a resume. The program auto-fills all the applicant's information very accurately, in my experience. This feature is useful when receiving applicants from a recruiter.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Sometimes I go to a specific job and click "add new applicant". When adding this new applicant, they will not automatically be assigned to the job I was previously in. You have to assign them in the resume upload process manually. Not a big deal - just caused some confusion when I was first using JobScore and didn't realize I hadn't assigned some applicants to the specific job.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to upload Jobs to a multitude of platforms all at once. This is very convenient and saves a lot of time when we are putting new jobs out there. Good feature.

 ### 29. Great user experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen W. | Human Resource Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I find Jobscore very easy to use. Not only are my open positions sent to the major hiring platforms but they look great as well. Additional new features are always being added and the customer service is excellent!

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

There is an integration with ADP. I would like it if more information can be added when someone is hired.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is quickly helping us find great candidates for our positions, organizing the applicants, keeps track of applicants we have seen and automates the process of responding to them.

 ### 30. It is a helpful ats

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelou Q. | Recruitment Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

That you can basically create your own recruitment flow in the app itself. Very understandable and user friendly. You don't really need a developer for you to have the whole process in the system. Also, their tech support is great

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

There are just some bugs but then technical support help immediately.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The recruitment process. Helps us a lot specially we're dealing with tons of candidates. It is not just easy to use for the HR side but also to the managers who are doing the interviews

 ### 31. Great Features, Excellent Customer Support, Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I have used a number of ATS systems over the years as a recruiter. JobScore allows me to schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers because it syncs to Outlook and other calendaring software. JobScore stores all email correspondences with a candidate in one location so I never have to hunt for an email in Outlook because I can go to the candidate's profile. JobScore also has a section for notes for each candidate; therefore I can record my interview notes and any necessary detail about the candidate. The customer support is excellent and I enjoy working with my account representative. I have a team of six recruiters and they quickly learned JobScore, so it is easy to use. I also use the reporting features and the system is OFCCP compliant.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I really don't have any dislikes. They continue to add new features as needed, so there is constant improvement. The integrations with other systems such as our IRS, Outlook and LinkedIn is highly useful.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When Covid hit, they quickly did an integration with Microsoft Teams so that we could use video/calls for interviews rather than in-person interviews. Again, the system allows you to schedule interviews using Outlook or any other calendaring/email software.

 ### 32. The best recruiting software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

You have everything in one place. It's easy to navigate, I like that I have a record of all the referrals I have submitted over the years.
When I was recruiting it was very helpful to be able to see the hiring team's notes per candidate, it is organized and helps to make hiring decisions.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The design of the site looks a bit outdated. I would also include a tab to show what of my candidates got hired and when I am going to get the bonus from the company.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just having everything on one platform is very helpful. No spreadsheets are needed! I like that I can see when a referral submitted the application and the status.

 ### 33. Easy to use as Company to pull applicants into specific jobs.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I like that I can make notes and use templates to email to candidates. Being able to attach which managers to include on information for the jobs. Even with previous candidates.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I'm not too fond of the log of how many jobs have been opened and created. Placing a posting on hold doesn't mean that I am finished with it, so the fact that the system hides it is also hard for me. Posting internal jobs doesn't work very well for me either.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication is a significant factor it is solving because it makes it easier than going back through emails to find information on candidates. Any notes made by previous managers can still be seen.

 ### 34. Jobscore functionality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard B. | VP, Destinations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I like the ease of use. Providing a profile that includes a resume, LI profile, and data specific to the role has been really useful. Also easy functionality in sharing notes with the hiring team.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I do not have any complaints. It loads fast and gives me the real time access I need to progress candidates through the pipeline.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides the ability to be able to run through a lot of resumes quickly and also cross reference LinkedIn.

 ### 35. Easy to review candidates and move through the process.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore makes it easy to post positions and organize candidates. I have found that the scoring is pretty accurate regarding candidates I should seriously consider.
.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I posted a position that received many replies. I wanted to pause accepting submissions but was unsure of how to do so. From the description of Hold, I was uncertain if the current applicants would be notified that the position was on hold. I didn't want to confuse them, so I left the position open.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore is making it easy for us to receive and review job applicants. In the past, we have used recruiters for this process. Jobscore has saved us time and money.

 ### 36. User-friendly, customizable system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** D’Anna S. | Client Operations Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

The system is really user friendly both on the applicant side and the business side. Being able to customize it to fit our needs was also great.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I wish the job entry page had less information on it. We ended up not using a lot of the fields and I don't think we could remove them.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore has been really helpful with our EEOC reporting. It's reduced a lot of manual work.

 ### 37. Straight forward and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore has proven to be a simple and straightforward way to organize notes on candidates and marshall the hiring process forward. The templating on feedback is a useful feature for prompting interviewers to provide thorough feedback.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I don't know if there's a setting hidden somewhere, but the Google Calendar integration puts events on my calendar that are accepted automatically rather than allowing me to review the event and hit accept or not.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore is providing a curated end-to-end solution for tracking all the steps of the job posting and hiring process. With the app, we have consolidated a number of ad-hoc processes into a single coherent one.

 ### 38. Effective tool for managing applicants and postings.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

The listing of all applicants with all relevant documents in one place and just a couple of clicks in between applicants when reviewing. Additionally, being able to post to all the different websites from one program saves a ton of time.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

Dislike the applicant rating tool. Found it wasn't very helpful at identifying applicant relevance for us. May be that we never honed in that tool, but generally found that the ratings weren't helpful

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlinging the hiring and interview process by allowing us to post to many job sites at once. Then working applicants through the different stages of interviews with template emails.

 ### 39. Automated hiring solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prem P. | Conversion & Acquisition Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Easy to use
Free, robust features to get started
Affordable
Scheduling and integrating are much easier and more flexible
Cool statistics on progress and outcome

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The support team response is a bit slow but gets the job done

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From sourcing candidates to shortlisting and scheduling with the panelist and following up on the interview progress to the results and also sharing the opportunity across network

 ### 40. JobScore is easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabiola J. | Customer Success Associate Onboarding, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

JobScore summarizes the recruiting process simply.
The qualities I like about JobScore brings together all that needs to be reviewed by the team.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I received a lot of emails requesting to complete the Interview Feedback task, which had previously been completed. It would be good not to send emails when the information has already been added.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore allows you to compare different candidates.

 ### 41. Wendy's Review of JobScore

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2023

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I like how quickly and easily I can search to find a candidate and their info is listed right at the top of the page.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

It logs me out every single day, even though I have "stay signed in" checked.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobScore is solving the need to hire quickly and efficiently - since implementation a little over a year ago, we've hired so many people.

 ### 42. It's been pretty easy to use once I got the hang of it.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I like that I can see who the new candidates are. I also like that it pulls in their resume and linkedin account. The other aspect I appreciate is the ability to write notes.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

It was difficult to get used to at first. I didn't think it was easy to learn and wasn't very user-friendly. It's also sometimes confusing and difficult to get certain access.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to get candidates with a certain skill type. So it does a good job of organizing that and helping weed out candidates that don't have the necessary qualifications.

 ### 43. Pretty Easy to navigate and reuse job postings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Resumes are right there attached to the specific job people are applying for. Can reuse postings so don't need to go through all the steps for a new open position.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

When closing out a job, even our candidate that we are hiring for the position receives a 'the position has been closed. Thank you for applying email.' And when we reuse a job posting, wish we could change the 'open' date to start the tracking and candidates all over.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to go out and search for prospects. They come to us through Indeed or other job boards that Jobscore works with.

 ### 44. Quality Candidates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhea G. | HR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

With JobScore I am guaranteed to get quality candidates that fit our job requirements. Aside from that, it aids our end to end recruitment cycle.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

There should be a way to ban/ blacklist candidates who confirm for the interview but are a no-show.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped shorten our recruitment cycle. It streamlines our recruitment process.

 ### 45. 60% of the time Jobscore is reliable, 40% of the time, it's not.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke S. | BDR Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I like that it lists the pertinent information on the screen as soon as you log in.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

I have to log in to complete tasks every time. Otherwise, I'm bombarded with reminder emails. Sometimes the calendar links disappear on my google calendar.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobscore helps keep everything organized - everyone's notes can be found in one place.

 ### 46. Semi user freindly - instead of notes maybe a messaging between all consdering the candidate

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Che C. | Harvest Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

ability to add files among other things with notes. Also, having icons to easily see cover letter/ resume

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

all the pop-up windows. Wish there were easier ways to remind me of interview times

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps create channels between HR, those doing phone interviews and myself.
I often am given detailed notes for reference when considering people for onsite interviews

 ### 47. Efficient for all applicant tracking and feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Areas to rank candidates through thumbs up/down in various sections. Ability to write feedback, and also see when others have written feedback. Ability to see all information about a candidate in one spot.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

It is sometimes difficult to find where you are supposed to give feedback, unless you know exactly where to go. There are a lot of places where you can get lost.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to consolidate feedback for candidates through the interview process, track when others are giving feedback, and seeing information on the candidate in one spot.

 ### 48. Helpful tool for interviewing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan H. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

Easy/organized platform for setting up interviews and providing feedback.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The preset feedback templates are not completely intuitive, and I wish there were a neutral score for providing feedback instead of just positive and negative.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing for interview feedback to automatically deliver to the necessary people without needing to think about it.

 ### 49. Neutral User

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

when integrating to other systems, there are limitations as to what information can be transferred.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they are working on improving their systems so how it's benefiting us is being able to utilize the new improvments to educate our users.

 ### 50. Jobscore has been easy to use and helpful tracking applicants through the hiring process.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naomi H. | Recruiting Coorindator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about JobScore?**

I love the scheduling integration with google calendar! Oh and the customer service has been excellent and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about JobScore?**

The integration to BambooHR is not as seamless or as complete as I hoped.

**What problems is JobScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a growing company, an applicant tracking system is essential.
