Easy to navigate and find information that I am looking for... also easy to get the help we need regarding how to set things up most efficiently for our operation. Highly customizable platform. For example, I am not able to set up a task type on the fly-- if I am setting up an automation that needs a specific task type that we don't have, I have to back out and go set up the task type first, then go back and and set up the automation.
