"Streamlines Scheduling and Field Operations Efficiently"
What do you like best about Jobber?

I like that Jobber is really easy to use both on the computer in the office and on the field, which makes my work much easier. Especially in the field, it is very simple to use, and everything we need is right there. The clients can sign, we can bill, and they can pay on-site, all seamlessly. It's amazing how all the essential information is available, showing what needs to be done. The easy-to-use scheduling dashboard allows us to reassign technicians to tasks and reschedule customers effortlessly. I appreciate how we can set aside customers to be scheduled later without losing track of them. Invoicing is really easy too, with options to send off payments and remind customers via text messages and email confirmations, all integrated nicely. The switch from Workiz was also smooth and quick, with all onboarding done in a day, making Jobber a good decision for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

The only thing I think is the maintenance agreement program. That needs to be honed in a little bit more. It can get confusing if you set it up as a recurring job. It should be a standalone process for just service agreements, so that our customers it's easy to navigate for them, and it's easy for us to know that there's a maintenance agreement customer that's due for service or needs to get their percentage discount as part of the membership. "Jobber Streamlines Scheduling, Invoicing, and Client Communication Effortlessly"
What do you like best about Jobber?

What I like best about Jobber is how it keeps everything organized and efficient in one place. It makes scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client communication much easier to manage, which helps our team stay on track and provide a better experience for our customers. The real-time updates and automation features save us a lot of time and reduce errors, allowing us to focus more on delivering quality work. Overall, it helps streamline our daily operations and keeps both our team and clients well-informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

There’s not much to dislike about Jobber, but at times it can feel a bit limited when it comes to customizing workflows or handling more complex jobs. Some features could be more flexible to better fit our specific processes. Overall, though, it’s been a very helpful tool for our day-to-day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jobber’s Intuitive UI and Visual Reporting Make Work Easy"
What do you like best about Jobber?

What I like most about Jobber is the user interface. It’s really easy to use, and everything is right where I expect it to be, so I don’t have to go digging around for the features I need. I also really like the visual reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I feel like Jabber is missing some of the newer features. They’ve started using AI, but it doesn’t work, and it won’t even open on my phone. They also attempted to roll out a pipeline, but it’s only for quotes, and they decided to charge extra for it after the beta. It still isn’t available on phones. There’s also no pay-for-performance option; they rely heavily on integrations, but those integrations aren’t managed very well and don’t work most of the time. "Streamlined Business Operations with Customization"
What do you like best about Jobber?

I love the customization and the support from Jobber. It allows me to personalize my company, which gives my clients a better perception of my business and how it appears online. The setup was very easy, especially with the support team helping to set me up and get familiar with the features. This made the whole process smoother and more beneficial for me. What do you dislike about Jobber?

I think it's lacking invoice templates. We shouldn’t have to create a quote to utilize templates when it’s so common to schedule a job and invoice for it. I think we should have the ability to select templates when at the invoicing stage. Also the ability to add events to the schedule on the mobile app. I know it’s available on desktop version but I think it would be much better especially when closing off dates on the schedule for events, holidays, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Jobber Standard: Professionalism & Automation for High-End Pool & Sauna Service."
What do you like best about Jobber?

As a veteran in the Pool & Spa industry who has managed $26M+ in annual revenue, I don't have time for manual follow-ups. Jobber’s 'On My Way' automated texting and the Client Hub are game-changers. It allows my business, Pool Scholars, to maintain a high-frequency, professional image. The ability to send a virtual diagnostic quote ($49 'Scholar Series') and have a client approve it instantly keeps my cash flow moving while I’m in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

The transition between tiers (Core to Connect) is a significant jump in price for a bootstrapping business, but the ROI on the automation features usually justifies the cost if you are focused on scaling. Unfortunately, the cost may be too much to absorb for some businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Seamless Workflows from Request to Payment"
What do you like best about Jobber?

I think the general simplicity of the systems and workflows. From getting the request form set up on my website to the automatic client creations when they make a request, ( I don't use the schedule appointment that often as we are small) then the quote, acceptance & scheduling.

It all works together well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

Biggest overall dislike:

- ROUTING - we do snow and I just want to make routes for my employees to check off, same route every time + a master. Don't want it optimized just same thing every time so I don't have to do it manually and give it to them out of order every day (because its a surprise storm at 1am and putting it in order takes forever for multiple routes) They check it off (which creates a completed visit) and thats it. (or something like that)

- Would really like more insight into budgeting & estimating like competitors

- More in depth job costing

Day to day

- bulk deleting visits from a day

- creating quick visits in the app without clicking through so much Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Estimates, Needs Invoice Improvement"
What do you like best about Jobber?

I use Jobber for my handyman business, and I really like its simple format, which makes things straightforward. Creating legit professional estimates and managing invoice payments professionally is another aspect I appreciate. The estimates feature is invaluable as I can create an estimate just by clicking on line items saved in the system, and I can easily click and adjust pricing, which is excellent. The initial setup was also very easy, and I definitely find it convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

When creating an invoice that has received a deposit, it’s hard to create the final invoice that ties in what was paid. When closing out the job fully, allow an add-on where it reflects the deposit made with the date received and automatically deducts the total deposit off the final invoice for easy plug and play. "Efficient CRM Tool with Strong Review and Integration Capabilities"
What do you like best about Jobber?

I believe I like the review tracking for Jobber because it lets us track our standings compared to our competitors and provides feedback on what we need to improve. The AI infrastructure for this feature has been great, allowing us to identify our highlights and reinforce them with the team. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and the training went well. We adapted quickly, and we're consistently using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

Maybe the financial tracking of overall planning for financial income. Currently, when we send off our jobs, they're not just one-off or one-day projects, so it requires percentage invoicing. The accountant needs to track how much money is actually inbound or gonna be paid out, but finding that easily is not possible. So being able to track financials from a 50,000-foot view would definitely be more ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jobber Transformed Our Team Coordination and Cut Last Minute Cancellations to Near Zero"
What do you like best about Jobber?

Overall organization between admins, clients and team members has improved by leaps and bounds. This enables us to coordinate a larger team, more jobs, more details and with less mistakes. The automated reminders have cut our 'at the door' cancellations to virtually zero when we had at least a few per month in the past. It quickly became an essential and we r talk in terms of pre Jobber and post Jobber now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I admit that it took me a long time to learn. I was doing a lot on paper, billing in Quickbooks, google calendar for schedule, a three ring binder for team instructions, clients used my person cell number all the time. It took a lot of learning to master the full usage of Jobber-it's a big platform! I will say there are features that don't work well for us like the location timers or payroll sync to Quickbooks. "Jobber Keeps My Small Business Organized and Professional"
What do you like best about Jobber?

I like best that Jobber helps me keep my small business organized and professional in a way I couldn’t manage as efficiently on my own. The scheduling system, drag-and-drop calendar, automated client reminders, quoting, invoicing, and easy client communication have saved me hours each week and reduced missed details. It has improved my workflow by keeping everything in one place, which is especially valuable when managing clients, employees, and day-to-day operations. For me, the cost has been worth it because it saves time, helps me present a polished client experience, and supports growth. I’ve also appreciated how intuitive the platform is to learn and how helpful it has been for building processes as a newer business owner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

While I like the platform overall, I’d like to see more flexibility and lower pricing for very small businesses, since subscription costs can be significant at an early growth stage. Some features feel geared more toward larger operations, and I’d love more customization for pricing structures, service options, and workflows to better fit smaller service businesses. There can also be a learning curve when setting everything up efficiently, which can slow adoption for new users. I’d especially like to see simpler onboarding guidance and more scalable pricing options for solo operators and small teams. Overall, these are refinements rather than major problems, but improvements in those areas would make the platform even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
