## Jobber Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlines Scheduling and Field Operations Efficiently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like that Jobber is really easy to use both on the computer in the office and on the field, which makes my work much easier. Especially in the field, it is very simple to use, and everything we need is right there. The clients can sign, we can bill, and they can pay on-site, all seamlessly. It's amazing how all the essential information is available, showing what needs to be done. The easy-to-use scheduling dashboard allows us to reassign technicians to tasks and reschedule customers effortlessly. I appreciate how we can set aside customers to be scheduled later without losing track of them. Invoicing is really easy too, with options to send off payments and remind customers via text messages and email confirmations, all integrated nicely. The switch from Workiz was also smooth and quick, with all onboarding done in a day, making Jobber a good decision for us.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The only thing I think is the maintenance agreement program. That needs to be honed in a little bit more. It can get confusing if you set it up as a recurring job. It should be a standalone process for just service agreements, so that our customers it's easy to navigate for them, and it's easy for us to know that there's a maintenance agreement customer that's due for service or needs to get their percentage discount as part of the membership.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber to schedule online, handle sales, estimates, quotes, and invoicing. It's easy to use both in the office and field, enabling clients to sign, bill, and pay on-site. Scheduling is flexible, and communication is seamless through integrated texting and emails.

 ### 2. Jobber Streamlines Scheduling, Invoicing, and Client Communication Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louise P. | Office Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

What I like best about Jobber is how it keeps everything organized and efficient in one place. It makes scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client communication much easier to manage, which helps our team stay on track and provide a better experience for our customers. The real-time updates and automation features save us a lot of time and reduce errors, allowing us to focus more on delivering quality work. Overall, it helps streamline our daily operations and keeps both our team and clients well-informed.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

There’s not much to dislike about Jobber, but at times it can feel a bit limited when it comes to customizing workflows or handling more complex jobs. Some features could be more flexible to better fit our specific processes. Overall, though, it’s been a very helpful tool for our day-to-day operations.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber helps us solve the problem of staying organized and keeping track of multiple jobs, clients, and schedules all at once. Before, it was easier for things to get missed or delayed, especially during busy periods. With Jobber, everything is centralized, so we can manage appointments, send quotes and invoices, and communicate with customers more efficiently. This has improved our response time, reduced errors, and helped us provide a smoother, more professional experience for our clients.

 ### 3. Jobber’s Intuitive UI and Visual Reporting Make Work Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

What I like most about Jobber is the user interface. It’s really easy to use, and everything is right where I expect it to be, so I don’t have to go digging around for the features I need. I also really like the visual reporting.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I feel like Jabber is missing some of the newer features. They’ve started using AI, but it doesn’t work, and it won’t even open on my phone. They also attempted to roll out a pipeline, but it’s only for quotes, and they decided to charge extra for it after the beta. It still isn’t available on phones. There’s also no pay-for-performance option; they rely heavily on integrations, but those integrations aren’t managed very well and don’t work most of the time.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel like Jobber solves the problem of overly complex CRM software. It’s straightforward for technicians in the field to use, which makes them more likely to actually adopt it and keep using it.

 ### 4. Streamlined Business Operations with Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew T. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I love the customization and the support from Jobber. It allows me to personalize my company, which gives my clients a better perception of my business and how it appears online. The setup was very easy, especially with the support team helping to set me up and get familiar with the features. This made the whole process smoother and more beneficial for me.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I think it's lacking invoice templates. We shouldn’t have to create a quote to utilize templates when it’s so common to schedule a job and invoice for it. I think we should have the ability to select templates when at the invoicing stage. Also the ability to add events to the schedule on the mobile app. I know it’s available on desktop version but I think it would be much better especially when closing off dates on the schedule for events, holidays, etc.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber streamlines my business, enhancing customer scheduling and invoicing experiences. It also gives me a professional looking website for my customers to utilize.

 ### 5. The Jobber Standard: Professionalism & Automation for High-End Pool & Sauna Service.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miko K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

As a veteran in the Pool & Spa industry who has managed $26M+ in annual revenue, I don't have time for manual follow-ups. Jobber’s 'On My Way' automated texting and the Client Hub are game-changers. It allows my business, Pool Scholars, to maintain a high-frequency, professional image. The ability to send a virtual diagnostic quote ($49 'Scholar Series') and have a client approve it instantly keeps my cash flow moving while I’m in the field.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The transition between tiers (Core to Connect) is a significant jump in price for a bootstrapping business, but the ROI on the automation features usually justifies the cost if you are focused on scaling. Unfortunately, the cost may be too much to absorb for some businesses.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber solved my 'Communication Gap.' In the pool industry, clients want to know exactly when you're arriving so they can secure pets and unlock gates. The automated routing and 'On My Way' texts saved me at least 5-10 hours of manual coordination per week. It allows me to focus on the technical side—like LSI chemistry and infrared sauna repair—while the software handles the 'office' work. It’s the digital backbone of my 'Passenger to Provider' mission.

 ### 6. Simple, Seamless Workflows from Request to Payment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny V. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I think the general simplicity of the systems and workflows. From getting the request form set up on my website to the automatic client creations when they make a request, ( I don't use the schedule appointment that often as we are small) then the quote, acceptance & scheduling.

It all works together well

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Biggest overall dislike:
- ROUTING - we do snow and I just want to make routes for my employees to check off, same route every time + a master. Don't want it optimized just same thing every time so I don't have to do it manually and give it to them out of order every day (because its a surprise storm at 1am and putting it in order takes forever for multiple routes) They check it off (which creates a completed visit) and thats it. (or something like that)

- Would really like more insight into budgeting & estimating like competitors
- More in depth job costing

Day to day
- bulk deleting visits from a day
- creating quick visits in the app without clicking through so much

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

switched this year to running our snow operations through jobber. Certainly had hiccups but have made it work decently well and saved the money from previous snow software. Saved 10's of hours a month with the visits flowing right into the billing

- Overall general organization of everything.

 ### 7. Effortless Estimates, Needs Invoice Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor X. L. | Forman (VP), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I use Jobber for my handyman business, and I really like its simple format, which makes things straightforward. Creating legit professional estimates and managing invoice payments professionally is another aspect I appreciate. The estimates feature is invaluable as I can create an estimate just by clicking on line items saved in the system, and I can easily click and adjust pricing, which is excellent. The initial setup was also very easy, and I definitely find it convenient.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

When creating an invoice that has received a deposit, it’s hard to create the final invoice that ties in what was paid. When closing out the job fully, allow an add-on where it reflects the deposit made with the date received and automatically deducts the total deposit off the final invoice for easy plug and play.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber to create professional estimates and invoice payments easily. The estimates feature lets me create quotes with a simple click on line items, adjusting pricing effortlessly.

 ### 8. Efficient CRM Tool with Strong Review and Integration Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neill R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I believe I like the review tracking for Jobber because it lets us track our standings compared to our competitors and provides feedback on what we need to improve. The AI infrastructure for this feature has been great, allowing us to identify our highlights and reinforce them with the team. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and the training went well. We adapted quickly, and we're consistently using it.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Maybe the financial tracking of overall planning for financial income. Currently, when we send off our jobs, they're not just one-off or one-day projects, so it requires percentage invoicing. The accountant needs to track how much money is actually inbound or gonna be paid out, but finding that easily is not possible. So being able to track financials from a 50,000-foot view would definitely be more ideal.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber for capturing inbound clients, tagging lead sources, tracking job growth, client scheduling, estimating, and as our primary CRM for saving client information.

 ### 9. Jobber Transformed Our Team Coordination and Cut Last Minute Cancellations to Near Zero

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla C. | I own the business, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Overall organization between admins, clients and team members has improved by leaps and bounds. This enables us to coordinate a larger team, more jobs, more details and with less mistakes. The automated reminders have cut our 'at the door' cancellations to virtually zero when we had at least a few per month in the past. It quickly became an essential and we r talk in terms of pre Jobber and post Jobber now.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I admit that it took me a long time to learn. I was doing a lot on paper, billing in Quickbooks, google calendar for schedule, a three ring binder for team instructions, clients used my person cell number all the time. It took a lot of learning to master the full usage of Jobber-it's a big platform! I will say there are features that don't work well for us like the location timers or payroll sync to Quickbooks.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication all around was a problem at times and Jobber puts it all in one place, away from my personal cell phone. With that capability my managers have access to messages and everything else so I'm able to actually step away fully at times. As a business owner that is priceless. The fatigue and chronic stress level has dropped off as I have been moving managers in so that there is always someone 'on' to watch Jobber messaging. For scale, we are coordinating about 180 cleaning visit appointments per month.

 ### 10. Jobber Keeps My Small Business Organized and Professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like best that Jobber helps me keep my small business organized and professional in a way I couldn’t manage as efficiently on my own. The scheduling system, drag-and-drop calendar, automated client reminders, quoting, invoicing, and easy client communication have saved me hours each week and reduced missed details. It has improved my workflow by keeping everything in one place, which is especially valuable when managing clients, employees, and day-to-day operations. For me, the cost has been worth it because it saves time, helps me present a polished client experience, and supports growth. I’ve also appreciated how intuitive the platform is to learn and how helpful it has been for building processes as a newer business owner.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

While I like the platform overall, I’d like to see more flexibility and lower pricing for very small businesses, since subscription costs can be significant at an early growth stage. Some features feel geared more toward larger operations, and I’d love more customization for pricing structures, service options, and workflows to better fit smaller service businesses. There can also be a learning curve when setting everything up efficiently, which can slow adoption for new users. I’d especially like to see simpler onboarding guidance and more scalable pricing options for solo operators and small teams. Overall, these are refinements rather than major problems, but improvements in those areas would make the platform even stronger.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber is solving major organization and workflow problems for my business by keeping scheduling, client communication, quotes, invoicing, and job details in one place. It reduces time spent on administrative tasks, helps prevent missed appointments or overlooked details, and makes the business look more professional to clients. That benefits me by saving time, improving efficiency, and helping me focus more on growing the business and delivering quality service.

 ### 11. Flexible Forms, But Change Orders and Build Options Create Extra Manual Work

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teague P. | Lead Technical Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I really like being able to edit and create forms to fit different client needs.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I don’t like that there isn’t an easy way to change the order directly within the job. I’m also very disappointed that when you use the build option feature, you can’t add line items. Instead, you have to manually calculate the cost for each option and then enter it for every option, which creates so much extra work. Another thing I don’t like is that when a customer uploads a picture in the chat, we can’t really do anything with it. We have to take a screenshot and then enlarge it just to read it or even identify what the picture contains.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As far as I know, the problems I’m experiencing aren’t being addressed. I could be wrong, but I haven’t been notified either way.

 ### 12. Jobber is overrated and overpriced.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

The mobile app itself is well built and generally functions smoothly for day-to-day use in the field.

The Client Hub is also a strong feature, especially for recurring clients with multiple properties. It provides a centralized, organized view that works well for ongoing service relationships.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Jobber is an overengineered platform that still lacks basic functionality a service business actually needs. For example, confirmation emails cannot include a clear list of services being provided for a specific visit, something that should be standard in any field service software.

Several integrations also fall short in critical ways. The Thumbtack integration does not pass job costs through, making accurate job costing and reporting difficult and defeating the purpose of the integration.

Expense tracking is another issue. Instead of being a core function, it’s locked behind a higher-tier plan that is both expensive and unnecessarily complex for what should be a straightforward feature.

Customer support has been consistently unhelpful, coming across as patronizing rather than solution-oriented. The sales process was equally disappointing, with features represented in a way that did not align with the actual product once implemented.

Overall, Jobber prioritizes polish over practicality and does not deliver the operational basics many service businesses rely on.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber has not checked many boxes for me.
The mobile app itself is well built and generally functions smoothly for day-to-day use in the field.

**Official Response from Krista Lai:**

> Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We appreciate your recognizing the strengths of the mobile app and Client Hub, especially for managing recurring clients and multi-property relationships.

We also understand the frustration you’ve experienced around feature availability, integrations, expense tracking, and communication workflows. Your feedback on confirmation email detail visibility, Thumbtack job cost syncing, and plan-based feature limitations is incredibly valuable, as these operational workflows matter deeply to service businesses managing day-to-day efficiency and reporting.

We’re sorry to hear the support and sales experience did not meet your expectations. That’s certainly not the experience we want customers to have, and we appreciate your candor about where things felt misaligned after implementation.

If there’s anything we can do to help improve your experience or address some of these concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Support team at 1-888-721-1115 option 1 or support@getjobber.com.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and feedback with us.

 ### 13. Efficient Field Service Management, Needs Customizable Permissions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like that Jobber is easy to use. It's pretty simple for techs to collect payment onsite, which is really convenient. Jobber is more robust compared to the software we used before. The initial setup was also easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Techs can see all or nothing. Either they get access to too many sensitive items or not enough. Permissions need to be more customizable. Every element of Jobber from invoicing to notifications should have different permissions. We don't like that all techs get all visibility. Additionally, I would like some techs to see how much we are invoicing the customer and not other techs.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber for field services management. It simplifies billing, routing, scheduling, and payment collections. It’s easy to use, allowing techs to collect payment onsite effortlessly.

 ### 14. Great full service capabilities, looking forward to more AI customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber integrates scheduling, invoicing, and customer text messaging. It reduces the need for multiple systems and subscriptions, making operations simpler. The customer portal allows both the customer and the business to see past, current, and future visits all in one place. The app for crews in the field adds visibility across the whole team for jobs today and their upcoming schedule.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

AI Receptionist needs to be customizable, trained to our business, not a quirky one-size-fits-all. Wish we could use our dedicated phone number for outbound calls. The online booking doesn't let customers pick their crew or book with a crew of 2 cleaners.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber integrates scheduling and invoicing with customer text messaging and provides an app for crews, reducing the need for multiple systems. It offers a customer portal for tracking visits, making operations smoother.

 ### 15. Best software out there

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber keeps my entire workflow organized in one place. Scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client communication all run smoothly without extra steps or confusion.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The mobile app is good, but occasionally feels slower than expected when switching between jobs or uploading photos. And not being able to see my job cost and margin from app

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

obber helps me keep my entire service workflow organized and consistent. It centralizes scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client communication so nothing slips through the cracks. The automated reminders reduce no‑shows, the mobile app keeps my team aligned in the field, and the job history makes it easy to track work, materials, and follow‑ups. Overall, it saves me time, improves cash flow, and gives customers a smoother, more professional experience.

 ### 16. Effortlessly Streamlined Workflow, Stellar Quoting System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I use Jobber for a variety of things for my business. It helps me streamline my workflow and provides me with a dedicated schedule, making it easier to access client information about multiple properties and their units. One of my favorite features of Jobber is the quoting system, which allows me to have bundles within quotes, making it easy for clients to see what is offered for each job and select items that fit within their budget. This is a huge help in selling work to clients. My clients have mentioned how easy it is to pay their invoices via the online portal. I've also found Jobber's marketing suite very helpful in getting positive reviews for my business listing on Google. Additionally, the initial setup of Jobber was 100% seamless. It was plug and play, making it easy. I started my business with Jobber and I don’t see ever not using them

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

One thing that I think could be improved is working with more software companies that will allow them to integrate more seamlessly with Jobber.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber to streamline my workflow, manage schedules, and access client information easily. The quoting system is a huge help, allowing clients to choose items that fit their budget. It also simplifies invoice payments and helps me get positive reviews on my Google listing.

 ### 17. Time-Saving Powerhouse with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clifford G. | Owner head cook, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I own and operate Odds & Ends Handyman Service, and Jobber has saved me a significant amount of time doing paperwork—about 40 hours a month. It not only saves time but also improves accuracy with calculations, invoicing, and payments. I also appreciate the digital notifications that Jobber sends to my customers, keeping them informed about their jobs. The client hub is another feature I find valuable, as it allows clients to log in and find answers to their questions themselves. The amount of time, and therefore money, it saves is what I like most. Furthermore, the support team is very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. Setting up was very easy; I was able to use it the same day I subscribed.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I'd like to see AI estimating installed inside the software. Having the ability to use a copilot for AI estimating, where I can take a picture and have the AI come up with applicable content, takeoffs, and materials pricing, would make Jobber the complete package.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber saves me 40 hours a month on paperwork, ensuring unmatched accuracy. It handles invoicing and payments, sends digital client notifications, and allows customers to self-serve, streamlining my communication process.

 ### 18. One-Stop Shop with Helpful, Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Regina B. | Back Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

It’s a one-stop shop for our business. I also appreciate that I can reach out to the team whenever I need help, and they’re always very helpful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

They recently changed the interface, and it’s a bit confusing since I’ve been using the old one for years. I’m still getting used to where everything is now.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The process for accepting job orders is straightforward, and it’s easy to dispatch our technicians because it helps us map out routes.

 ### 19. Simple, Affordable, and Integrates Seamlessly with ArcSite, QuickBooks, and Google

**Reviewed by:** Megan J. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

I like the simplicity of jobber. It integrates with all of my other apps like arcsite, quickbooks, and google. The pricepoint was a big selling point for me it is cheaper than 90% of competitors.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The phone/tablet application is awful and very limited in scope of use. the schedule layout is difficult to move through.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our complete CRM. I'm able to integrate all of my apps into one filing system for my guys to view in the field

 ### 20. Transformed Our Business Operations with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** alexis c. | Founder, CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I love how Jobber has transformed the way I run my business by organizing everything in one place. It makes my business feel organized, professional, and under control, giving me peace of mind. My clients trust us more, and my team is clearer on expectations, allowing me to focus on growing the business instead of putting out fires. I appreciate the reminder texts, simple quote format, and how it seamlessly converts quotes to jobs, updates the calendar, and sends invoices directly to clients. The setup was extremely seamless, with great support from a mentor through Jobber, which was incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I would like an option to edit my invoices. It automatically prompts it I guess, the setting is automatically at net 15, and I would like it to be upon receipt.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber organizes everything in one place, managing reminder texts, schedules, follow-ups, and payments, making my business feel professional and under control. It improves client trust, clarifies team expectations, and gives me peace of mind to focus on growth.

 ### 21. Time-Saving Scheduling and Reminders, but Reporting Needs More

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Drag-and-drop calendar changes save me hours every week. I can assign tasks to crew members in just a couple of clicks, and being able to view schedules by team member, day, or week makes it much easier to balance workloads and avoid overbooking. Clients also appreciate the automated appointment reminders, which help cut down on no-shows and reduce last-minute confusion.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I’m not a fan of the fact that I can’t add a subtotal when creating an invoice. We have a specific invoicing process we need to follow, and not having that option makes it harder to stay consistent.
I also wish that when editing Jobs, there was an option to change the category to an event, task, request, etc. It would make organizing and updating work much more efficient.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I appreciate most about Jobber is how intuitive it feels. I didn’t need a long onboarding process or a stack of tutorials to get up and running. The interface is clean and logical, and my team picked it up quickly, even the ones who aren’t tech‑savvy. I also like that everything—from quotes to invoices to job notes—lives in one place. Instead of wrestling with software, I can focus on my design work and building client relationships.

 ### 22. Effortless CRM, Professional AI Assistance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I use Jobber to send estimates, invoices, and collect payments, and I find it to be a great CRM. I love how easy it is to send an estimate and how the AI re-words it in a more professional manner. The vocabulary it uses is much better than what I come up with. Jobber keeps all my customers in one place and helps me manage my business.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Sometimes the routing feature can be confusing to use. Sometimes it does the opposite of what I was expecting. Like when I pick customers for the snow removal route, it will pick the ones I didn't pick.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber to send estimates and invoices, collect payments, and manage my customers in one place. It's a great CRM. I also love how it makes my estimates more professional with its AI rewording.

 ### 23. Consistent Review Requests and Smooth Workflow with QuickBooks Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

It automatically asks clients for reviews, and I’ve had far more consistency than ever before. Last year, I received at least one review every single month, which never happened previously. I also like that it integrates with other software like QuickBooks. On top of that, I can send “on my way” texts, set reminders, and schedule jobs directly from an accepted estimate, which makes my workflow much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

No way to track my separate DBA's without getting a separate Jobber account. I have different divisions per se that have different DBA's. I need a way to have two different logins. I need it to still link to the same quickbooks main company. But public facing i need it to look like different. Like s residential side and commercial as an example. Cost is prohibitive when only a1 person shop. Makes it hard to justify but I see the value as I add employees. Just hard upfront.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me remember to ask for reviews and keeps my notes organized. I attach my permits, material orders, lock box codes, and pictures from Company Cam, so everything is synced and I can get a general overview of which job it was.

I do wish the edited pictures from Company Cam would sync too, or even better, that there was a link that would open that specific job directly in Company Cam. I’m not sure that can be done since it would require something on their end.

I'm looking for a way to add files i can choose from that i save on jobber rather than looking for it every time on my phone. Like my required right to lien paperwork I have to send. Would be nice to require signatures from clients on specific documents i attach.

Accepting estimates with signatures, and paying online is huge for me. Getting deposits upfront helps keep the people who change their mind from canceling on me.

 ### 24. Customized Client Journey with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Customer Success Enablement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I love Jobber's ability to communicate directly with customers at any part of the customer journey. It's great for scheduling initial requests, sending booking confirmations, and automating reminders. I enjoy being able to send quotes and manage requests for changes effectively. Texting, sending pictures, and getting customer feedback throughout the job are really helpful. Jobber's proactive communication, which is unusual in the home improvement business, really helps us stand out. I also appreciate how it handles communication at the invoice and payment stages. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and I appreciated having ninety days with an implementation specialist, which was extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The one thing that needs the most improvement in Jobber are their reporting features and options. There's no ability to do custom reports, and although they have a lot of out-of-the-box reports, most of the time I find that the data and insights I need aren't covered in any of those.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber enables me to customize quotes and collect payments efficiently, manage client communication across the journey, and streamline job scheduling and marketing campaigns, standing out with proactive communication.

 ### 25. Jobber Streamlined Our Estimates, Scheduling, and Invoicing in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Using Jobber has dramatically improved how quickly we handle estimates, scheduling, and invoicing.
As a window treatment company, we manage consultations, measurements, product orders, and installations — often all happening at different stages for multiple customers. Jobber allows us to:
Create and send professional estimates quickly
Convert approved estimates into scheduled jobs instantly
Schedule consultations and installations without back-and-forth confusion
Send invoices immediately after installation
Collect deposits and final payments online
What used to require multiple systems and manual tracking is now handled in one place. We spend less time on admin work and more time serving customers.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

It would be fantastic if there were an option to clone a specific product or service when entering a quote.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Jobber, we were juggling estimates, client communications, installation scheduling, and invoicing across multiple systems. As a window treatment company handling consultations, custom orders, and installations, we needed one centralized platform to manage the entire customer journey — from initial inquiry to final payment.
Jobber helped us streamline:
Lead tracking and follow-ups
Sending professional estimates
Scheduling in-home consultations and installations
Collecting deposits and final payments
Keeping all client communication in one place
Jobber has given us much better visibility into our workflow. We can clearly see what stage each project is in — consultation, measuring, ordering, installation, or completed.

 ### 26. Professional Edge with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seth M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I really like Jobber because it makes me look professional, allowing me to send very professional-looking quotes and invoices. It helps me stay organized, which is crucial for my handyman/contractor business. Another feature I love is how it lets my clients approve quotes and pay deposits without needing help from me. Jobber also makes me more efficient, as I can send out quotes and invoices much faster. Lastly, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I tried to have the software clock in and clock out for me as soon as I arrived at my projects to better track my time, but that feature has never worked for me. And the cost analysis isn't very user-friendly and seems pointless. I have yet to see how it could have helped me track things. It would be nice if the clock in/clock out feature didn't need me to open the app and could use Google Maps to track my whereabouts. This function alone makes it harder to track things, which makes the cost analysis pointless even if I did input all my expenses in there. I don't know how to make inputting expenses easier and quicker, but that also takes a lot of time. I tried using Jobber with QuickBooks, but all that did was input all transactions twice and made doing my books much more difficult.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber keeps my clients, projects, and quotes organized, preventing forgetfulness. It makes me look professional with its quote and invoice features, allowing clients to approve and pay easily. It enhances efficiency by speeding up quote and invoice processes.

 ### 27. Efficient Invoicing and Superior Customer Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I really like how Jobber helps keep my day-to-day jobs organized with its organizational capabilities. It allows me to keep track of jobs and provides daily reminders about what needs to be completed. Once I finish a job, I can simply check it off, and everything is saved. This feature significantly saves time at the end of the month when it's time to invoice because I can just click a few buttons to send out all the invoices at once. The customer service is also amazing, with great communication whether through emails or phone. The onboarding agent, Cecilia, has been incredibly helpful through the process of getting everything set up before my busy season.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I'm new to Jobber, so it's just learning the software. I wish a couple more options were available instead of having to kinda keep upselling. And have to buy certain options, wish some of those options were packaged with them. But, again, I understand business, and you guys gotta make money as well. I do wish a few more items were added with the subscriptions.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber makes my invoicing faster and more organized, saving me significant time. It helps me keep my daily tasks organized, sends reminders, and allows for seamless invoice processing at the end of the month.

 ### 28. Intuitive, All-In-One Solution with Fantastic Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber is easy to use and implement. Setup is straightforward, and the interface makes day-to-day operations straightforward for our team. We appreciate the ability to customize certain menu options, which we did not find in our other platform. It provides a centralized, real-time view of scheduling, team assignments, and job locations, which improves coordination and visibility. Route optimization is also helpful when adjustments are needed. We value that Jobber actively seeks customer feedback and iterates quickly. Their listening programs and responsiveness to requests make it clear they are invested in continuous improvement and customer success.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

While Jobber has improved significantly over the last two years, reporting still has gaps. Commission reporting, technician-specific tip reports, and clearer revenue breakdowns would add meaningful operational insight. Jobber AI is still early-stage. At this point, it is slower than competing most tasks manually, and it often takes longer to explain what is needed than to simply do it. My concern is not that AI exists, but development focus should not tilt too heavy in that direction before core reporting and financial visibility are strengthened. These would deliver more immediate value.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber creates a central scheduling tool, automating reminders, invoices, and referrals. It integrates payments, streamlining bookings, invoicing, and payments into one system and maintaining a solid transaction history.

 ### 29. Streamlined Scheduling and Payment Collection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean .

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like the efficiency Jobber brings to my landscaping business. It saves me a lot of time with its wide array of tools, especially the scheduling features where I can drag and drop customers onto different days using the calendar. The invoicing and payment methods are great since I don't have to chase money; I can just collect it, and customers can store payment methods online. This reduces stress, as I can automatically bill customers without interrupting them. It allows me to offer new services seamlessly and saves me a ton of time overall.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I personally have issues and ultimately resorted to not using it and done the old fashioned way with plotting points. But, I have not been able to efficiently get the route optimization to work.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber to manage my landscaping business. It saves me time with scheduling and invoicing, letting customers pay with ease. I don't have to chase money, and it reduces stress, providing clients peace of mind and allowing me to reach out with new services effortlessly.

 ### 30. Streamlined Operations, Excellent Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pawan R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

What I love most about Jobber is the customer service and the ongoing improvement of the app. The improvements in scheduling, quoting, and follow-ups are just great. My favorite feature is the follow-ups & scheduling because it takes that task away from me, giving me more time to grow the business. It handles all the back-end tasks, follows up with clients, and overdue invoices, saving me from chasing clients. It lets me know everything in one page, like who paid and who hasn’t, which is the easiest thing for me while growing. I also love how easy the setup was; it was a breeze, just plug and play, and it's super user-friendly on both mobile and desktop. My employees love using it because of its ease, and the clients appreciate the automation. I always hear good feedback.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I think Jobber could improve its routing features. The GPS routing or making routes for my team is something that could be better since we do lawn care and visit over 10 properties a day. I usually have to pick and schedule routing on a different app, so better routing on Jobber would be nice.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber to schedule jobs, invoice clients, follow up with them, and organize everything in one software. It helps solve organization issues by keeping all my clients and notes in one place.

**Official Response from Krista Lai:**

> Hi Pawan, Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We’re so glad to hear Jobber has helped streamline scheduling, invoicing, follow-ups, and organization for your business while giving you more time to focus on growth. It’s especially great to hear both your employees and clients are enjoying the experience as well.

We also appreciate your feedback around routing and GPS optimization for lawn care businesses managing multiple properties each day. Insights like this are incredibly valuable, especially for teams coordinating high-volume route-based work, and I’ll make sure your comments are shared internally with our product team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

 ### 31. Jobber Solves My Team Management Problems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yamile O. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber has been a game-changer for YAD Cleaning Services! It has streamlined our scheduling, invoicing, and client management, saving us countless hours each week. With Jobber, we can easily keep track of recurring cleaning plans, communicate with clients efficiently, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. It has truly helped us stay organized, grow our business, and provide a better experience for our clients. Highly recommend it to any cleaning service looking to simplify operations and improve customer satisfaction!

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

While Jobber helps with basic scheduling and client management, there are some limitations. Clients on recurring plans cannot leave tips for technicians. Reports are incomplete, and to gather all the information needed for taxes, multiple reports must be run. Additionally, not all phone support staff are bilingual, which can make communication challenging at times.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main reason I switched to Jobber was that it respects the permissions I set for my technicians. My previous CRM didn’t do this, which caused issues with managing access and responsibilities. With Jobber, I can confidently control what each team member can see and do in the app, making operations much smoother and more secure.

**Official Response from Krista Lai:**

> Hi Yamile, Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review. We’re so glad to hear Jobber has helped streamline scheduling, invoicing, recurring plans, and client management for YAD Cleaning Services while supporting your team’s organization and growth.

It’s especially great to hear that the permissions structure has helped you better manage technician access and responsibilities. We know how important that is for keeping operations running smoothly and securely.

We also really appreciate your candid feedback around recurring plan tipping, reporting flexibility for tax preparation, and bilingual support availability. Insights like these are incredibly valuable, and I’ll make sure your comments are shared internally with our team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

 ### 32. Christmas lights business with Jobber

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

We have been using Jobber for the past five years for our Christmas Light business, and it has consistently helped us organize our business. It keeps track of all our clients, leads, quotes, jobs, and invoices in one convenient place. Having detailed profiles for each client, along with their specific job histories, has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. The ability to invoice our clients easily has really streamlined our operations. We have also set up templates and automated responses, which make communicating with our clients much simpler. This year, we even tried the campaign feature, and it was excellent.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The main suggestion I have is to offer the ability to switch between different email templates for various clients. This would make it easier to tailor communications to each client's needs.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber has helped us eliminate countless hours of office work, allowing us to dedicate more time to customer service. It also makes it much easier for us to communicate the services we offer.

**Official Response from Krista Lai:**

> Hi Laura, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review and for trusting Jobber to support your Christmas light business over the past five years. We’re so glad to hear the platform has helped keep your leads, quotes, jobs, invoices, and customer communication organized while saving your team valuable office time.

It’s also great to hear that templates, automations, and campaigns have helped streamline your customer experience. We really appreciate your suggestion around having more flexibility with multiple email templates for different client types and communication scenarios. I’ll make sure that feedback is shared with our product team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

 ### 33. Effortless Organization and Streamlined Operations with Jobber

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz B. | Office Boss, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

What I like best about Jobber is how seamlessly it keeps our entire operation organized. From scheduling to invoicing to client communication, everything flows in one place. It saves our team time, reduces errors, and makes our customer experience feel polished and professional.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The recent change to the payment screen has made the workflow feel less intuitive than before. The previous layout was faster and easier to navigate during busy days, especially when processing multiple payments back-to-back. The new version requires more clicks and feels a bit less streamlined for office staff who rely on speed and simplicity. I’d love to see some of the former usability brought back or more customization options added.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber has streamlined nearly every part of our operation. It centralizes scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client communication so everything flows in one place. This reduces administrative time, prevents miscommunication between the office and crews, and helps us stay organized as we scale.

The biggest benefit is consistency—our team works more efficiently, our clients receive faster and clearer communication, and we’re able to manage jobs with far more accuracy. It allows us to focus more on delivering great service and less on juggling paperwork and manual processes.

**Official Response from Krista Lai:**

> Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review. We’re really glad to hear Jobber has helped centralize and streamline your operations while improving communication, consistency, and efficiency across your team. Hearing that it helps your business stay organized as you scale means a lot to us.

We also appreciate the candid feedback about the recent payment screen changes. We understand how important speed and simplicity are for office staff handling payments throughout the day, and feedback around additional clicks and workflow friction is incredibly valuable. I’ll make sure your comments around usability and customization options are shared with our product team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

 ### 34. Jobber Listens and Delivers Helpful Updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Itza O. | office manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I have personally sent in suggestions and I always feel like the team at jobber listens! I enjoy seeing the new updates rolls though, it makes everything so much easier!

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Sometimes, new updates can make things more confusing.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

understanding the consumers needs, for example we work with both residential and commercial customers and we feel like they have implemented new features to keep track of these two easier.

 ### 35. User-Friendly Calendar and Messaging, but Support Knowledge Falls Short

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan A. | Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Calendar, user friendliness, ability to text and email from app

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Support seems to only know what on the Jobber references - they don't know the app well. Quotes do not provide flexible options. New tests are often removed and impact our business (i.e. pipeline). Every option costs s more money - feels like nickle and diming.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

one place to do it all - scheduling, quoting, invoicing, payments

 ### 36. Jobber and its benefits for a security company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel G. | Design Specialist/Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber provides a lot for connectivity for our team that is always on the go. And with the ability to view notes from previous jobs, it allows us to go back to when certain systems were installed to find information that is pertinent to the service call our team may be on. Things like installer codes, where devices are located, why a customer wanted a device in a specific spot, etc. I also love that when the schedule updates, it automatically sends a push notification to the technician, and we can redirect them to where they are needed. The scheduling is also extremely easy to use, with the ability to define jobs, tasks, or requests as needed. Their marketing suite also comes with an expansive set of tools, which have allowed us to reach out to customers who didn't even know they needed a service call.

Both the app and the desktop application are extremely user friendly, for every generation that works with us. Whether we need to collect payment on site, bill from our office, or create a quote on the fly, the ease of use really shines when out in the field.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Our biggest gripe is the speed. Infrequently, both the app and the desktop have slow down issues that require a reboot of the system using the app. It can make using the app especially frustrating, as one can be in the middle of writing a note or creating a quote for a customer.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber is currently solving our organization and scheduling issues that we had been having. With the way jobber is designed, it allows up to see all our employees and how their schedules are laid out for the day. This allows allows us to account for travel time, as well as planning breaks and making sure that our employees aren't too overwhelmed with work. Initially, we were overbooking and not giving our team enough time to complete jobs, but adjusting how our quotes were being done, and then tying that into the schedule has greatly helped not just our productivity, but also the work/life balance for our employees.

 ### 37. User-Friendly, Feature-Rich, and Always Improving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsey H. | Operations & Project Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

There are a handful of things I like about Jobber. Some of them include:

- Built-in request form
- Schedule
- Pipeline/Workflow (Request, bid appointment, estimate, job)
- Integrations
- You listen to what your users are suggesting to improve the platform.
- The fact that you are open to feedback.
- Estimate templates
- New features are constantly being added
- User-friendly
- Overall design/layout is easy to navigate
- The value - Jobber may not have everything we need, but the price point is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

1. Jobber doesn't offer all the reports and metrics my company requires. We have built out reporting using Smartsheet. For example, metrics for lead tracking, job progress (% complete, based on MH budget), revenue forecast, team metrics, and more.
2. Communication - I wish you could tag other users in the notes section, or that there was a built-in internal messaging section. I would also love to see an email integration. Currently, we copy and paste all email correspondents in the note section.
3. Tracking expenses - I would love to see a "cost inbox" feature, so invoices/bills from vendors could flow directly into Jobber, and then you select what job the expense goes to. I have seen and used this feature on other CRMs.
4. Multiple Invoices - We have a project that has been going on for 5 years now. We send an invoice twice a month. I would love to see a feature that, when an invoice is generated, it only pulls expenses that have not been invoiced. We are currently using Smartsheet to keep track of this.
5. More automations - We have jobs that sell 6-8 months in advance. I would like for there to be an automation to send out a "What you can expect" after a deposit is received, and then check in emails/reminders.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storing customer information, keeping track of various scheduled items (appointments, projects, internal company meetings/trainings), time tracking, and project information.

 ### 38. User-Friendly CRM with Quick Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I use Jobber as a CRM for my home repair business, and I find it very user-friendly with most functions being pretty intuitive. This made the learning curve short, which I really appreciate. It also makes it easy to quote and invoice jobs, which is a huge plus for my business. The initial setup was pretty easy as well, with an onboarding specialist providing a quick tutorial.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I would like to set up and manage and track subscriptions and membership programs more effectively.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber to easily quote and invoice jobs for my home repair business. It's very user-friendly and intuitive, which made the learning curve short.

 ### 39. Intuitive and Supportive but Lacks Robust Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like how intuitive Jobber is to use and how clean it looks, which makes navigating it pleasant. I also appreciate the good customer support that listens to feedback and provides consistent updates on improvements. This helps us trust in the system, knowing that it's growing and getting better.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

One bummer is that there's no audit trails for anything. We don't have a way to tell who made an object and who last edited it and when. We've tried some integrations, but they didn't really work very well.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber helps us with scheduling and easy payments, solving stressful workflow issues we had before.

 ### 40. Great for Scheduling, But Updates Need Better Training

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Office M. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

It is a great platform for scheduling clients.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

There are periodic updates, but there isn’t any training provided to go along with them. The most recent update made me feel like I was using a completely new system, even though I’ve been using it for almost three years.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If this platform didn’t exist, I honestly don’t know what system I’d use to schedule appointments.

 ### 41. Streamlined Invoicing with Easy Credit Card Processing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis Felipe J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like that Jobber makes it very simple to invoice, close the job, and invoice again. It's easy for me to charge credit cards, and people can add their card very easily, which helps me keep my accounting under control. The initial setup for Jobber is also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Trying to see which person performed and specific job or some specific adjustments that would better fit my business.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber for CRM, invoicing, payments, scheduling, and assigning jobs. It simplifies day-to-day management of employees and contractors. Invoicing is very simple, and I can easily manage credit card payments and accounting.

 ### 42. Seamlessly Integrates Operations, Needs Better Routing

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like that Jobber is simple and easy to use, especially in the app. Our technicians can easily adopt it, and they can quickly start jobs, close out jobs, and invoice jobs directly from the app. This simplicity helps our business run smoothly and provides an easy customer experience. The initial setup of Jobber was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The routing functionality and scheduling feature could definitely use some work to make it easier for someone on the back end to schedule and efficiently route jobs.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber integrates various systems for a unified source of truth, allowing us to dispatch technicians, communicate with customers, and request reviews while sending marketing emails. Our technicians easily adopt it, smoothly running jobs and invoicing, enhancing business operations and customer experience.

 ### 43. Jack of All Trades but Lacks Depth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph D. | Research Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like how Jobber combines so many functions into one very streamlined experience. It's been easy to figure out since I started using it.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I think because they are trying to do so many different things for so many different people, that if you want depth in one particular function, you will probably need to invest in a second tool. They are a jack of all trades, master of none.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber combines scheduling, invoicing, and client communication into one streamlined experience, bringing all the functions of a home service provider into one space.

 ### 44. Streamlined Operations, Stellar Client Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like how streamlined most processes are. It looks great for the client as well, with a really good client interface. It keeps everything streamlined, allowing us to track time for our employees, which I really like because I don't have to use another application for tracking time. With invoicing, everything's just there ready to go. The initial setup of Jobber was very easy and very streamlined compared to other products we've set up with different companies.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I think that the quoting could be a little bit better. Having, like, multiple options. The current way they do it is a little bit clunky.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber handles scheduling, billing, and invoices, making it an all-in-one solution. It keeps everything streamlined, so I don't need another app for time tracking.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like how seamless it is to go from a quote to a job and then to an invoice.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

It’s still geared toward home service businesses. With a few minor tweaks, it could work much better for a general contractor.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to manage all aspects of my business in one program.

 ### 46. Professional Tool with Phone App Glitches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I really like how Jobber helps to schedule tasks, send estimates, send invoices, and collect payments, making things so much easier for my construction company. I appreciate the professionalism that my customers see and receive because of Jobber. I find the setup very user-friendly, which is a huge plus. I'm quite pleased with its functionality and have referred several people, rating it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The phone app doesn't work at all for me half the time. I have to use my tablet in most cases. I wish there were calls from tech support instead of just messaging a bot account online.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber to schedule, send estimates, invoices, and collect payments, boosting professionalism in customer interactions.

 ### 47. Easy On-the-Job Quoting with Handy Offline Functionality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian T. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Ability to easily quote on the job and that there are off-line functions as well

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Doesn't act like a true crm with client interaction and I doesn't integrate well with quo and I have to use a separate texting number

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quoting and sending quotesto customers in the go

 ### 48. Streamlined Our Small Business Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caiden . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like how easy Jobber is to use. The onboarding team helps set everything up effortlessly. Once it's set up, using templates makes everything basically automated, so you just put it on go.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I think the app could be redeveloped more for the back end for management when they're out in the field. And that could just be user error, but that's been the only experience that I've disliked.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber solves scheduling issues with organized reminders visible to the team. It helps with billing and job tracking, acting as both customer relations and project management software. We can easily see everything at once, knowing details for scheduling, billing, sales, and profit.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason W.

It keeps all my invoicing in check and shows me my gross revenue for the month and year. It's great at letting me know my numbers and where I stand as a business. The setup was super easy, taking just a matter of minutes, and their support staff were there for any questions I had. It couldn't have been simpler.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Nothing

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber allows me to track jobs and schedules with a clean invoicing system, helping my business grow and stand out over paper methods. It also tracks monthly revenue and account payables, showing my business's financial standing clearly.

I think that the mobile app could be improved. I use Jobber mainly for scheduling and have issues with scheduling and other things on my mobile app.
